  1. Yeah, I cant even say anything snarky on this. Heck of a football family. Peace.
  2. $$$$ Where the money for the fines goes changes based on the charge. Example: I get pulled over on the 90 by a NYS Trooper between the Hamburg and Blasdell exits. I plead Not Guilty, and get a court date at Hamburg Town Court (since that is where the ticket was technically written). If they keep the speeding charge, my fine $ goes to NYS. If they knock it down to 3 parking tickets, Hamburg gets that $ instead.
  3. That is why Tiger and Vijay make the drive back to Atlanta and go to Nan Thai on 17th St by Atlantic Station. They even have their own tables there, with little plaques and all. Nan has been around forever, so I assume a man-about-town such as yourself is well familiar. But if you haven't been, GO! Best Thai in the city.
  4. The craziest thing to me, going for the first time, is what a dumpy part of town the course is in. I thought we'd be driving out of Augusta a bit, and into the rolling GA countryside. Nope. It's pretty much like driving down crappy parts of Transit Road in Depew, then all of a sudden there is a 8ft concrete wall, and behind it is the most beautiful golf course in the world. Surrounded by a quarry and some crappy plazas iirc. So weird.
  5. My buddies and I are all in the lottery every year, but rarely win. We are all in Atlanta. However, I have a friend up in Amherst, NY (registered for the lottery with an Amherst zip code), and he wins tickets like clockwork every stinking year. Makes us think they do prioritize 1. Out of towners, from 2. "Fancy" neighborhoods.
  6. He's a midget (little person? sorry). So not really.
  7. I see what you did there. I noticed Murphy right away for a good play. And then noticed him all day, for other good plays.
  8. It was 12 years ago now (knock on wood), but I believe it's both? Points on your license and a sliding fine scale. If that's what you are asking. The weird thing here is the Nolo Contendre plea, which is what I ended up doing. It's not really a plea either way. Neither "Guilty" nor "Not Guilty". But certainly confusing...
  9. Ha, yeah. My first ticket in GA I automatically plead not guilty and went to court. Showed up and waited all day in court for my turn, they call me up and say "Ok, if you say you arent guilty, what is your proof you werent speeding?". I was like "Uhhh, dont you reduce it just for me showing up? Fine, I'm guilty." lol, good ol NY
  10. For every ticket I've received in NYS, I ALWAYS plead not guilty and go to court. And EVERY TIME, they reduce it to other types of tickets, no points, pay a fine... but you'll probably have to take the 6-hour course (if that is still a thing). Especially is you get a ticket on the highway. Go to court and they reduce it to something where the town keeps the money instead of sending it to the state. I learned the hard way that other states do it differently. No such luck in Ohio and Georgia. But NY, absolutely plead not guilty and go to court. If the cop already said he'd help you out then you WILL get it reduced.
  11. Maybe, maybe not. Wouldnt we all agree that the Bills should be putting up more points overall than they have in the past couple of seasons? That means finishing more drives, getting more possessions, etc. It's not unreasonable to think those additional TDs could/should come from the RBs considering our QB already scores a bunch himself, and the WRs are pretty much on league average. If we're adding even just 1 more TD per game, 16 overall for the season, I'd think at least 8 of those could be from the RBs.
  12. The greatest marketing trick Marketing ever pulled was rebranding itself from Propaganda to Marketing
  13. And has a ton of training on sliding since he was also a baseball player, and drafted by MLB. Big, gangly guys like Josh who try to slide end up jamming their knee in the turf and getting injured. So Baseball Camp?
  14. It's a bull#### PhD in "Message Board Theory" 🤣 I may have been wrong (hard to believe, I know) about being a Bills fan. Looks like it was more of just hating the home team. I just remembered a number of tweets had been dug up right after he was drafted that had to do with Bills vs Dolphins and him talking smack about the Phins and their fans. But I'll keep on believing it because it makes me like him even more.
  15. I didnt go to message board school for 10 years to be called Dareus. It's Dr Dawkins now, thank you very much!
  16. Agreed. Is there still the 6 week IR too? Maybe: IR-3 IR-6 and the dreaded... IR
  17. Splitting hairs, but something I just thought of... Do you count Moss's TD from Sunday? Or no because it was a pass?
  18. I prefer to believe he grew up a Bills fan. And remember Jerry, it's not a lie if you believe it.
  19. Maybe more of a Dolphins hater? There are a number of old tweets of him talking trash about the Phins against the Bills.
  20. I KNOW there is one where he says "Time to watch the Bills beat the Dolphins. AGAIN" or something along those lines. Still digging. Found it:
  21. They made their rounds on draft day, I'll see what I can dig up. There were a few of him talking trash to his friends.
  22. Theres a lot of these on his feed. He grew up a Bills fan in Dolphins territory. That may have been inaccurate. Looks like he just hated the home town team a lot. And since it's the Dolphins, who can blame him.
