  1. This was definitely better than Beasley's. I love Diggs in the beginning. "I aint got nothing to say. I came to work!" Me-first diva, my ass.
  2. I cant believe he hasnt taken one to the house yet. But I'll certainly be happy with the consistent good field position. Hoping he is saving the TD run back for the playoffs.
  3. Ah, yes! We are definitely on that track. (Sorry, I had contract talk on the brain and was trying to figure out how us in Buffalo would get Feliciano re-signed, hahaha)
  4. I dont expect that from Diggs either. The deal he is on is still relatively fresh (currently on year 2 of 5), and he already thought of himself as the best WR in the league when he signed it. I dont think he'll use one good season to hold out for more money. But I think it would go a long way to give him guarantees. Doesnt affect our cap situation one bit, but gives him some reassurance.
  5. Williams and Feliciano are my top priorities. Maybe getting Josh on his new deal so we can plan accordingly going into the future. Klein's turn-around makes Milano expendable at a $12-14M price tag. Diggs has 3 well-paid seasons left on his deal. No way do we tear that up. But I could see us giving him some guarantees since right now he has no more guaranteed money left on the deal. I say keep it at $11M/yr and make it all guaranteed and he'd be happy. Curious to what you're seeing. I dont think this will be a big deal. There is already a deal in place for a floor of $175M in a worst-case scenario. But as of last week there were reports that revenue is better than expected, and it looks like the cap will stay flat at $198M. No increase, but no decrease either.
  6. All good. We can beat Denver and take the Division without him this Saturday. Let him rest until the playoffs.
  7. Agreed, I always expect a lot more talking than what we get. I also assume a lot is edited out as not viable for public consumption. Micah Hyde's was surprisingly quiet too.
  8. "DAAAAAD? I love you Josh Allen!"
  9. This is a helluva first post, on playbooks.
  10. So do you keep giving ESPN the views and Foxworth the clicks/attention that keep him employed? Or tune out and ignore from now on?
  11. In and out of early voting in about 5 minutes this morning. Git r dun!
  12. Completely agree, but it isnt just running. Allen is up against the fact that almost every single "analyst" predicted him to fail and fail hard, especially being drafted in the top 10. So now they look for any reason to discount him, even though they are the same actions/reasons used to prop up other players. The "dangerous play" thing grinds my gears too. Everyone criticizes Allen for playing too much hero ball, or for crazy mistake plays, but he isnt the only one doing it. Hell, Mahomes just took a 30 yard loss on a play this Sunday and folks just kinda chuckle it off. Had that been Allen, it would be used as "proof" he still isnt an elite QB. It's maddening. The only thing we can really do is ignore it. The good news is, it seems that the tide is starting to turn and people are finally realizing how good Josh really is.
  13. I'm not a fan of either of these guys or their schticks. But the question was Why are Bills fans still paying these nobodies so much attention 3 months after the original topic was started, and that's why. It's a pissing match over who is more oppressed.
  14. It satisfies the "oppressed white guy" and "blacks are racists too" itches that so many on this board need to constantly scratch.
  15. I love going back to the comments in this thread on the Jets subreddit from Draft Night 2018... https://www.reddit.com/r/nyjets/comments/8f7qv3/bills_traded_up_for_josh_allen_upvote_party/
  16. I will absolutely check this out. May have to get some mushrooms for wild card weekend. Extra wild!
  17. Simms talks about that. Looked like the Bills have established an identity (at least in their own eyes) and wanted to come out and "do what they do". Which is let Josh spread it around, throwing intermediate/long passes on long developing crossing routes. Can't blame the team for wanting to establish their identity and impose their will on the opposition. I guess our fan-patience wore out before Daboll's did on abandoning that plan. They figured it out in plenty of time.
  18. There's nothing we can do to stop it, and McD wouldnt try to stop it even if he could. That's not how the coaching game works. This is just something we'll have to get used to now that we are a winning team. It's a good thing. Trust the Process.
  19. Agreed, it's worth mentioning and discussing. Yes, yes, we're all happy that we're down to stuff like "defending the conversion" to be worried about, but that doesnt mean we cant talk about it. I noticed it in previous games and said something as Pittsburgh lined up to the affect of "here is a guaranteed 2 points". Sure enough. This will be an issue as we get into the playoffs and the games get tighter and tighter. I'm not saying anyone needs to be fired, but it definitely needs to be addressed.
  20. It's so up and down. And they really are extreme ups and downs. The bad drops, the fumbles... Then a couple good, redeeming plays. I dont know. I guess keep him around next year while he is still on a rookie deal, but he better show some improvement between the ears.
  21. Didnt have ***** to say the last 4 years about the First Lady who was nothing more than a softcore porn star and a mail-order bride, but doesn't waste a second going after someone who is well-educated. The fear and desperation is hitting all new levels of pathetic.
