Basic addition and subtraction may be too big of an ask here. -
Congrats to Devonta Smith on winning the Heisman Trophy
DrDawkinstein replied to YoloinOhio's topic in College Football
I believe this now guarantees him as the #3 pick to the Dolphins to reunite with Tua. Which also means I look forward to him joining the Bills roster in 2-3 years when a new regime gets hired in Miami and they blow it all up. -

I absolutely hopes he pardons himself and his family, so it hands the prosecution directly to the states and doesnt become a distraction for the Biden administration. Pardoning himself would be the best gift he could give Biden/Harris. NY AG ready to put meat back on the menu! -

LETS GOOOOOOOOOOO As a Dekalb Early Voter, towards the end last night when they were like "we're just waiting for the Dekalb Early In-Person votes to be tallied which are expected to push this over the edge" I felt like the Cavalry coming over the hill. Never been prouder to be part of the democracy than this year. The mobilization of the people to get a true representation instead of this minority wealthy ruling class has been truly amazing to witness and be a part of. LETS ****ING GOOOO! -
Things were different back then. The league was still learning as it went. Now they have a better idea of how it usually goes and what needs to be done in response. Still not perfect, but it is uncharted waters.

DrDawkinstein replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You guys need to go back and read part 1 then. Not surprising after the first letter. Go Bills! -
He's undefeated in Wild Card game tho, right? 4-0 I believe.

I heard he showed up on a dirt bike chasing vodka shots with Monster -
That's why it needs to be more compared to a strike year, like 1987, than any other typical year. No one discounts that Washington win.

The NBA and NHL did in order to finish the previous season, but they arent bubbling now and are starting to deal with the same issues. Look at the NBA stars already missing games due to simply breaking protocols.

To this point, If we had won SB25 would there have been as asterisk since Hoestetler started?
-
Funny enough to your example, Aaron Rodgers has been one of the more outspoken players on saying he would absolutely not bubble even just for the playoffs. So if he catches it and is out, that's definitely on him.

Again, no one cares about "asterisks". No one says anything about Washington's 1987 Super Bowl. You may hear about it next year, but in another 3-5 years it would just be the "Bills finally won a Super Bowl in 2020".

Does this count?
