  1. I fully expect him to play again. Just mentioned that extreme result because it IS a possibility when you get that deep into brain injuries, and wanted to provide proper perspective and framework for McD's comments, or lack thereof, on the subject. It's not simply because they don't like his on-field play. He is one bad hit from his career ending.
  2. He's had like 6 concussions before coming to the Bills, and just suffered another one. He may never play again. But it is a sensitive medical issue, especially in the NFL.
  3. Just wanted to again note that Miami could have had Herbet! lol I also dont believe Trevor Lawrence is as great as some folks think. I've watched almost all his games and he just doesnt over-impress me like some other prospects have (Luck, Newton, Burrow, for examples).
  4. They got announced like that every game, right before the team announcements.
  5. I appreciate your willingness to have an open and honest discussion, but man, with all due respect, your use of talking point boogeyman labels makes it difficult (impossible) to seriously engage you. Using "socialism" and "deep state" and "globalist" and "NWO"... all the classic dog whistles and misnomers... is more an indication that you are more steeped in false and extreme conspiracy theories meant to rile than you are interested in reality. Not trying to come down hard on you, but want to point this stuff out. Coming in with this is basically a non-starter to a conversation since it isnt worth the large effort it will take to debunk this stuff just to get you to a point where we are talking about the same reality and not debating from some fantasy land that the propaganda machine has indoctrinated into you. You want the country to come together, but you arent even in the same building. I sincerely hope you find the truth soon enough. Go Bills.

  7. Roger Stone's group (S-PAC), the Committee for American Sovereignty, is now threatening the GOP that "if Trump goes down, so does their control of the Senate". They have created a new website to encourage Trump supporters to write-in Trump's name in the Senate race in order to "send a message". https://www.writeintrumpforgeorgiasenate.com/ (Spoiler Alert: There is no space for write-ins on the runoff ballots)

  9. This is great! Thanks for posting it. It really brought back some memories and nostalgia of being a kid at the game with my dad.
  10. 3 ayes, and 1 abstain. Michigan is certified! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Republicans today: we need to fix Michigan's election system! Republicans for the next four years: meh, not today
  11. Trumpers, only one thing left to do to save Trump's presidency. Show them how serious you are by NOT voting in the GA Senate runoffs!! I promise I'll cry so many liberal tears if you guys stay home.
  12. AVL just said he WILL vote to certify. Shinkle gonna go down with the scumbag ship. No surprise.
  13. And of course, Shinkle could only reply with the weakest answer ever, the classic "I'M the one asking YOU the questions" That's how you know you got someone beat.
  14. Yeah, we know that dick Shinkle wont vote to certify. And we know the 2 Dems will. It comes down to Van Langevelde, and I was originally worried when he first moved to table the motion in order for more discussion, but from his question to Chris Thomas it seems like he knows his only option is to certify right now. I loved Chris Thomas's advisement to Shinkle "You cant audit, you cant investigate, what ARE you going to do for 40 days? You have to certify in order to audit and investigate."
  15. For anyone who wants to watch the Michigan (potential) *****-show. Here is a live feed. https://www.youtube.com/user/MichSoSOffice
  16. Absolutely. The 2007 Giants backed into the playoffs as a Wild Card, and beat the 18-0 Patriots in the Super Bowl.
  17. 2010. Very interesting playoff year. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2010–11_NFL_playoffs
  18. I seem to remember Seattle winning theirs at 7-9 one year. I dont think anyone has won it at 6-10, but we could certainly see that this year. 2020, yo.
  19. Murphy is gone as UFA. All the contracts Beane handed out last offseason are cheap and easy to get out of if we decide to replace them (and we should). There is no way Beane can ignore the DE position this offseason.
  20. Does anyone in the NFC East even WANT to make the playoffs at this point? They'd instantly go from a top-10 pick to 19th overall (as a crap team) based on the draft rules.
  21. Again, JMO... I dont think so, even if we were 8-2. Really only because they are still too unproven, and have too many holes in the roster. For me it goes beyond record. Of course, you have to have a top record, but that is just the beginning. IMO, the only elite/top-tier teams right now are KC and Pitt. KC because they have the QB, the coach, the weapons, enough talent on D to get by, and a recent Super Bowl victory. I dont think there is much argument on KC. Pitt because they have the experienced QB and coach, have enough weapons, a top D, and are always a winning franchise. I dont care that their schedule has been easy, they're still a great team all around. I guess cases could be made to add Green Bay and/or the Saints, but the NFC looks weaker in general this year. I'd definitely put the Bills in that category with the Packers, Saints, and Titans as "knocking on the ceiling". The good news is, we still have to play the games. Which means any team could knock off any other team. We played KC well (and I think could take them in a rematch), I feel good going into the Pittsburgh game. So I like our chances in the playoffs against anyone. edit: I just looked a little deeper at the Saints Defensive performance this season. If/when Brees is healthy, they are an elite team. I'll give it to them.
  22. Going to get real interesting here at 1pm, when the Michigan Board is scheduled to meet and vote to certify. https://www.lansingstatejournal.com./story/news/2020/11/23/michigan-election-certification-board-of-canvassers-electoral-votes-live/6389780002/
  23. DE LB DB Entire draft should be defense.
  24. 8 teams is too many for an "elite" category. That's 1/4 of the league. Take the top 2-3 from that group. Those are the elite teams. JMO
