  1. Roger has said they are going to have a big, in-person draft. I've been a stickler for COVID protocols over the past year, but if vaccinations keep going like they are, they should be able to have people there without issue by May. Just keep getting your shots, folks! EDIT: NFL plans “large, live, in-person” draft in Cleveland https://www.sportsbusinessjournal.com/SB-Blogs/Breaking-News/2021/03/NFL-Draft.aspx
  2. The Kroger I went to was pretty strict on making people wait. But that was mostly because they were giving the J&J one-dose which is a more potent shot and has a higher rate of reaction. And when I say "strict" they were plenty nice about it, but they did make it clear that I needed to stay in the waiting room until they told me I could leave. And they timed it at 15min exactly.
  3. Got the J&J one-shot this past Sunday. Had a bad "hang over" on Monday, but feeling better than ever now, and ready to get back to life.
  4. Eeeeasy there tiger, it's 2021!
  5. We should have seen this coming. Trubisky went to the University of North CAROLINA Beane keeps the Carolina pipeline alive!
  6. Jameis Winston played for $1M last year. High drafted busts go to cheap redemption contracts. Division for sure. Real question: Is there a better duo in the Conference? League?
  7. You just described Ken Dorsey's job.
  8. It has been a concern of mine as well, as I believe we have been lucky and biding our time before Josh gets dinged. This is a huge relief.
  9. Do you think after everything he has been through, and seeing Josh lead this team to the AFC Champ last year, he is so naive to not understand the situation he just signed into?
  10. You have the ability to mute him. Im JUST SAYIN...
  11. "Eff it, make teams score 60 to beat us" -Beane, probably
  12. McD is just now realizing he never told Jake he could leave his box back in January.
  13. Knowning the players doesnt mean jack when he's skipping the balls to them in the dirt.
  14. Josh is a very physical player. He was injured last season, a couple of times. It will happen again. We all saw what happened when Barkley had to go in. This is a much, much better option. And I trust our staff will get far more from him than the Bears mess ever could.
  15. 1 year deal. Carolina. See you in 2022, Hasson.
  16. Considering it's a civil suit, what else is it about? Ruining his name and reputation? Seems even more fishy.
  17. I'd really like to find someone under 30 to bring in at DE. I know DEs age well, and it's good to have some crafty vets, but we need to get someone besides Epenesa who can be here in the future.
  18. Get some memes that arent from 2012, gramps!
  19. There are folks here who know more about Xs and Os than me that can explain how McD's defense is designed to force targets to that #2 CB. Plus, with White on the other side, teams certainly aren't throwing that way. I don't mind the targets. He makes some plays, and gets burned sometimes, but isn't a flat out liability. I hope Taron Johnson and Dane Jackson continue to battle for that #2 spot, and they all keep pushing each other to improve. Between them and Wallace, that isn't a bad mix of CBs.
  20. This is an old meme, and it's false/wrong. OJ didnt meet Nicole in Buffalo. Nicole Brown, the California blonde hottie, never stepped foot in Buffalo. OJ was married to his first wife, Marguerite Whitley, while in Buffalo. OJ met Nicole Brown in 1977, after he left the Bills for the 49ers, when she was eighteen years old and working as a waitress at a Beverly Hills private club called The Daisy. The Bills have no part in the Kardashians. That is ALL on California and the weirdos who live there.
  21. And for a lawyer, he uses the phrase "while at the same time they could care less who the mayor or president will be!" Anyone with half a brain, making public statements, would get it right.
  22. So, the one downfall of closing the original thread is that we lost out on this great post by @Bill from NYC Even though I'm in the camp that finds this whole thing sketchy, due to the situation Watson is in vs McNair, and McNair's relationship with this lawyer, and the scumminess that this windbag lawyer exudes with every social media post he types, and the fact that Watson has never had issues before, and the circumstances of all of these allegations are conveniently he said/she said.... I agree with Bill. We must take the accuser seriously. AND trust the legal process to sort out the truth.
  23. Well this is no fun. I was really looking forward to a last minute team meltdown to get under. Just goes to show, the cap isn't as difficult or as big of a deal as us fans make it out to be. I'm sure there are lots of people in each Org working hard to get their numbers right, but it always seems that even the teams in the most dire situations make it under without much issue. Womp.
  24. Not be Nathan Peterman.
