I mentioned this somewhere else yesterday. Josh has said that he changed his pregame music this year from harder, pumped up rock and rap to smoother, more relaxed stuff like Sinatra. Helps him stay settled and cool. And he said he notices he starts much better now. I'm a little worried that the fans at the game tomorrow will get our team a little too jacked to start.

This is certainly a tough point to argue against. But I will say the AFC South is far more wide open than the AFC East ever has been. The Tanny Magic (aka Derrick Henry) wont last much longer in Nashville. Neither will Rivers in Indy. Sure, Jags get Lawrence, but they are still the Jags and have a long way to go. They are more likely to end up like Darnold and the Jets than be successful. With the AFC South always up for grabs, I think it's just as possible to trade Watson away and win the division within a year or two as it is possible to build around him and win with him.

Both/All sides get to say their piece and then the person in charge makes the final decision. The Jets sending Darnold and both of their 1sts (#2 and #25ish) could maybe get it done. That gives Houston's new GM some picks to work with. Could take Smith #2 to give Darnold some weapons, or even trade back a bit with a team who is hot for Fields and stack more picks. Fun exercise even if it unlikely to happen.

I could see the Falcons trading for him. They need a new, young QB. And Watson is from here.

I said 50% chance. New regime coming in, and while Watson would probably be the one piece I'd want to keep (Watt would be the first player I traded away), I could see a new GM moving both of them in order to re-stock picks and do a complete rebuild. Even though this is unlikely. I'm still playing along because, hey, it's the NFL, and both Watson and Watt are extremely unhappy in Houston. What about Denver? They need to do something drastic to keep competing in that division with Mahomes, and now Herbert. Will have a new GM coming in.

I'm almost worried this will be a detriment. Josh has said that he switched his warm up music from pump-up music to more chill stuff like Frank Sinatra because he found he was starting games way to pumped up and excited. Thinking the crowd may have a bit of that same affect on the Bills. Not really worried, just "almost" worried.
