The Donald Trump legacy
DrDawkinstein replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Ehh, maybe, but they can get around it. They will look to make Trump the scapegoat for everything, completely throw him under the bus. And in 2 years, with the country out of the pandemic and a return to normalcy, folks will already forget about Trump. Even his most ardent supporters. Just like how it was almost impossible to find someone who voted for W. They'll all abandon him and move on. -
MAX Projection today!

That is all a lie put out by KC, with zero science to back it. They are grasping at straws so they dont seem so negligent when he plays on Sunday. But it absolutely was a concussion, and definitely not being choked out or pinched nerve that gave him those symptoms. He may have a pinched nerve in his neck as well. But that isnt what knocked him for a loop.

The conviction will happen. Not because the Republicans all of a sudden have morals and ethics, but because it is in the Republican party's best interest to convict and ban him from ever running for office again. If they do not convict, Trump will run in 2024 as an Independent. Where do you think his votes will comes from? It would mean a LANDSLIDE Democrat victory no matter who the Dems ran. It would be 70M Dems, 50M Repubs, 15-20M Trump. McConnell and Co. will definitely push to convict. Not because they care about accountability, but for the good of their own party. And I dont mind if they do the right thing for the wrong reasons. America will be better off having banned Donny and not have him in the media anymore, and everyone move on. Disinformation on social media is already down 73% since his twitter was shut down. Bye! -

I understand the need to keep her identity private, but I'm dying to know who the female reporter is, just to see if she is really "career ending mistake" worthy. What a dumbass Porter is. Didnt we all learn from Brett Favre?!?

While true in professional wrestling, boxing, and MMA, not so much in the NFL. To be the best in the NFL, you need to win a Super Bowl, against whatever team they field against you (injury or otherwise), under whatever circumstances the universe provides (strike year, pandemic, etc). I dont care if they start Mahomes grandma. I hope Hughes ends her career on our way to a Lombardi trophy and won't ever feel bad about it. It all counts as a Super Bowl win, and in a matter of weeks, no one will care or remember the details other than SUPER BOWL CHAMPS.

Chiefs Walter Payton M.O.T.Y. Prospect

Because most people saw it for what it was, an intense but jovial moment in the heat of the game. He didnt attack the coach, any more than Josh beaning Diggs with a ball during warmups is attacking Diggs. It's football. Grow up and get some thicker skin. -
Weather is the Bills kryptonite....
DrDawkinstein replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
In the 4 games you cited, we're 2-2. Not exactly what I would call "kryptonite". -
The running game has to be there vs KC this week.
DrDawkinstein replied to Toyo321's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This right here. The only thing that "has to" happen is the Bills win. However they get there doesnt matter. All passes, zero passes, 3 special teams TDs... doesnt matter. There are no style points. Just win. -
Ugly shirt, and a super sketchy site.

It appears Bills FO may remain intact for 2021
DrDawkinstein replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Going deep into the playoffs pays off. Couldnt get the interviews done and teams wanted to make moves. Plus, I think it's a good thing for all the prospects on the Bills staff. They'll be in a much better negotiating position next year when "Super Bowl Champ" is on their resume. edit: Now I'm worried about losing Dorsey to an OC position on one of these new staffs, and then not having an heir apparent for when Daboll leaves next year. My selling point to Dorsey to get him to stay is, the Bills OC spot will be a regular gravy train to HC opportunities. If he goes to OC on a new staff for a crappy team now, it's likely that staff is canned in a few years and then he's going backwards in his career.
