  1. Mario Watch, Maclin Watch... who are some of our other classic FA tracking threads that went on for 100 pages?
  2. Mariota to NE is a cream dream. Another 2-0 season against the Pats.
  3. This is pretty much a dream scenario for me. I've been pounding the table to get Yannick Ngakoue on this team since last offseason. As much as I want Watt, Ngakoue is the better signing for our team. We need to get YOUNGER at DE, and Ngakoue takes us that direction while Watt definitely does not. Happy to re-sign Williams and let Milano walk.
  4. Fields to the Falcons is the most intriguing to me. Partly because I'm local, but mostly because while he IS a "hometown" guy, he also left UGA and not on good terms. Not sure how welcoming Falcons "fans" will be (because most Falcons fans are UGA fans first and Falcons fans just to have something to do on Sunday).
  5. Maybe theyre all just fans of the popular youtube channel?
  6. I enjoy this news as it's yet another gut-punch to Jets fans, and some Dolphins fans as well.
  7. Exactly why I say we need another 1T to rotate with Star.
  8. Interesting. If he cant play 1-tech then I'm not interested at all. And I hope Beane isnt either.
  9. Unless he retires completely, Star will be back. But even if he does come back, we still need another 1-tech to rotate with him. And even if we got both of them, with their ages, we need to be looking for 2 more young 1-techs to sign soon. I'm not thrilled with the idea of signing another Panther cast off, but this could actually help. Maybe.
  10. I sure hope so. They thought they'd turn Butler into Jordan Phillips 2.0, but they found out he's just Vernon Butler 1.0 still.
  11. Exactly like we did with Darryl Williams last year, coming off the same type of injury history.
  12. Dont tell me, tell Magic Beanes. I'd be fine with never signing another Panther cast-off ever again. But we know BB cant help himself. Especially on that DL.
  13. I have to imagine this info is only being released to help drive up his price with the real contenders. If he seriously thinks Cleveland gives him a real chance to win a title then maybe we're seeing some early-onset CTE.
  14. I wouldnt go so far as to call him garbage, but he isnt a great QB either. And you need a QB who can be great in order to win a SB. And I disagree that he played well on bad teams in Miami. He played poorly on some good teams down there too. Especially against Buffalo, and we weren't that great back then either. He's definitely better now than he ever was in Miami. But that still isnt anything great, or enough to attract big name FAs who want to chase a ring. That last part bolded, as it was the starting point of this discussion here.
  15. I think Vrabel is actually a plus for him, and you are correct that Tannehill is a minus. JMO.
  16. Handshake deal with who? McNair has proven that he isnt trustworthy, so why would any player give him that back? Thurman was kicked to the curb by a team he still loved, and Watt was released by a mismanaged team whose dysfunction he was sick of. There isnt that much difference as far as immediate player loyalty goes. Any coach Watt might have loyalty to is long gone from the organization. And one of those coaches is now HC in Tenn.
  17. Watt isnt happy with the Texans so there is some bad blood there. Regardless if one player asked for a release and one didnt. As to the bold... well... are you just catching up? Because Watt has been released.
  18. Thats what she said! But seriously, not really that different.
  19. Imagine Thurman Thomas playing for the Dolphins...
  20. That's Chicago, where his wife works. So not really telling us anything.
  21. Well its completely fabricated and irrelevant with regards to Watt's wife so no need to worry or be annoyed by it.
  22. Huge football fan here that goes in early to watch warm ups because I'm way more interested in football than tailgating or any of the other nonsense and circus show that surrounds the game. That said, I tuned in last week only for The Weeknds performance, watched a little bit of the start of the 2nd half, and then turned the game back off. Not interested in watching Brady and crew in another one. Not interested in that Chiefs team. And personally, being content with what the Bills did but hungry to get to next year, I was just ready to move on and be done with the season. And between you and @T master, this is some great "Old Man Yells at Cloud" posting.
