Josh has been running his entire 4 year career. We have tons of tape of him running. We have tape of him juking defenders out of their shoes (multiple times) to avoid hits. We have tape of him leaping over defenders (multiple times) to avoid hits. We have tape of him trucking defenders and turning them into rag dolls (multiple times) to be the hitter and avoid hits. And of course we have a ton of tape where he gets down and slides to avoid the hit. I cant think of a single running instance where he took a big hit, or a bad hit, or even a hit that made me wince a little. Not one.

My neighborhood of East Atlanta is historically the punk/bar venue capital in town. We just got a bigger/newish venue which is catering perfectly to my middle-aged parent demographic. The Shins played last week. Was going to get tickets for Interpol/Spoon next week. But now see Spoon isnt playing this show. Going to try to see Ween in a couple weeks. Clutch/Quicksand/Helmet is intriguing but probably wont make that Father John Misty on a Friday, and then Pavement the next day, is a MUST in October. Glad to have shows back!

I love that even on this team stacked with personalities, the funniest one on all these videos is always Beane.

Yeah, they arent all-pros by any means. But I'm giving the Bengals credit for making the Super Bowl with the mess they had last year, so any improvement is a big step up.

Comes down to Ravens or Bengals for me. Ravens have the coaching, Bengals have the better QB and weapons. AND Bengals had a TON of cap space this offseason to completely revamp their OL. So while I think it will be close between the two, I lean Bengals. (Pittsburgh, no chance. I wont even mention the other team in Ohio)

No, there is no need for concern here. These players, and especially Cover 1, arent telling any NFL professionals anything they dont already know or cant already figure out on their own. EVERY coach and almost every player understands the game at a whole different level than any of us civilians.

We kept 6 last year. And 7 DTs. Even if we are planning on a slightly less rotation this year, I don't see them only keeping 4 DEs. Especially with the talent in this group since whoever we cut will likely end up on another team. Miller Rousseau Boogie Epenesa Lawson I guess Daniel Joseph or Mike Love could battle for that last spot. But we might keep 6 again anyways.

The good news is that Apple and Amazon money will be hitting soon and bumping up the cap bigly.

Same thing for Tenn in 2019. Shaq and JPhillips got under Lewan's skin so bad that he committed a number of penalties and sank their offense in a close game. I still say if we had been able to keep them, we would've beat them again in 2020. He and JPhillips bring a certain swagger to the team and DL that we have been missing. And now they bring a "buy in" that really helps make these guys into a team that every Super Bowl winning team needs. Plus, not bad talent to have at the 5th DE/DT levels.
