Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe ACC needs to stick it out and try to be that 4th major conference. There are currently 130 D1 FBS teams. If they are really going to do this right, the ideal number would be 128. I'm sure we can find 2 ***** schools to cut. Oh well to them. 128 teams provides the ability to do 4 Conferences with 32 teams (SEC, BIG(10), PAC, and... ACC?). Each conference has 4 divisions of 8 teams. You get scheduling options such as, each team plays every team in their division once, and then 1 team from the other divisions (for a 10 game schedule). Or 6 in-division, and 2 games with each other division (for a 12 game schedule). Or some other combination. Then you setup the playoffs so each Conference sends 3 or 4 teams to the playoffs. 3 teams makes the ideal 12 team playoff, but 4 teams lets you do each division winner. I dunno.

However, folks absolutely gave Fields a ton of ***** about his moving around. Especially when he left UGA for OSU. Maybe I just hear more of it being down in GA myself, but he was the poster child for everyone who wanted to complain about the transfer portal for a good year or so.

Which is the craziest part. All this maneuvering since he was 10 years old, only to end up with barely a college career and no NFL career. Kinda reminds me of Todd Marinovich, except he actually had a college career and was drafted. I'm curious as to the language in the CBA regarding vaccinations, and what it will mean when the COVID vaccinations receive "Full Approval" from the FDA? Pfizer and Moderna have both applied for full FDA approval, and Pfizer's application was accepted for review last week. It is expected Pfizer could be approved before Opening Day (or close to it). And Moderna not far behind. Once they are fully approved and no longer "eXpErImEnTaL", I'd guess the NFL could require them the same way they do all the other vaccinations? And then that solves a lot of this back and forth.

From all reports, yes. And if there are others, they are likely being given their last chance after they see how serious the league is taking it, and will also soon find themselves no longer employed by the NFL.
