Yes, you have to be there at the specific time. I've seen some that have larger windows for pickup, like if they utilize another place of business as their location. But most are pretty specific. "Gifting" the task to someone else when you are not available is pretty common. We usually luck out with a few neighbors who send us if/when they are out of town.

Yeah, we have a couple options here in Atlanta, and were subscribed to one for a while. It was great, until it wasnt. But I absolutely recommend trying it out. Nothing required except a paid subscription, and going to pick it up. It's basically a monthly (or weekly) box of fresh produce from a local farm for a monthly subscription. Saves you from having to go to the farmers market.

Burrow shunning him on the sideline... All exactly as expected for this immature headcase. Wouldnt matter if his route tree looked like a 100yr Oak, he's too big of a risk. All it really comes down to is being able to make 1-2 more stops on Defense. That's it. The Chiefs Defense made 4.5 stops (I count a FG as .5). The Bills Defense made 3.5, with one of those being Mahomes fumbling on his own. We also didnt make a real stop the entire 1st half. If we made just ONE real stop in the 1st half, or one additional stop in the 2nd half, we win the game comfortably.

This is essentially what Cowherd is saying and why he blames McD. The buck stops at the HC. Anything that happens is because the HC allowed it to happen.

And Andy Reid never won a Super Bowl in Philly. But the Eagles have won one and been to 2 since he left (now 3). Goes to show, sometimes teams need to move on from good coaches in order to take the next step.

Either way, they out-foxed our coaching staff. If the Chiefs had never done this before, where they show blitz from one side but send it from the other, and did it for the first time last night, kudos to them for setting us up. I wonder what twists, tricks, and new wrinkles the Bills tried to implement last night. Because it looked like our same ol formula that the Chiefs were more than prepared for.

Possible but unlikely. DeJean was a star in college with true blue chip talents. Bishop was just a guy who played ok. There wasnt much grooming of DeJean to do. He came in and played as his normal self. DeJean would have stepped right in as Hyde Jr., Bishop isnt even Hamlin Jr yet. But had Beane made another 1st round pick on Defense, with such a need at WR in a WR draft, the board would have imploded.

Yep. The Bills beating themselves was a much bigger factor than the refs. Play like we're supposed to and that spot doesnt matter.

He coached a Ryan Tannehill lead team to the #1 seed and Divisional round multiple years. There is much more to it than just W/L record. McD's looks great, mostly because he has Josh. Give Josh to a guy who can take Tannehill to the #1 seed, and who has out-Belichicked Belichick with situational football on multiple occasions, and see how it goes. What was Vrabel/McD's head-to-head record for the times they faced each other?

Vrabel. He is the anti-McD. Always has his teams playing as the bully, and is a master of situational football.

Ok, I understand you will have an excuse ready for every situation presented and nothing is McDermott's fault. Got it. You said the step backwards would be not handling injuries well and losing before we play the Chiefs. We've already dont that with McD. When we get bounced from the playoffs next year and waste yet another year of Prime Josh, you'll at least have exactly what you wanted with the safe decision.

What is the step backwards really look like? Given the state of the division and us having a Josh, we own the AFC East for the next 3 years. Playoffs is the absolute floor. So the step back will be?... Exiting the playoffs on bad coaching?

My counter would be that at least on Offense we have Josh who can raise the level of WR play, and offense wasnt the problem most of this season (30+ points being the norm). On defense, everything starts and stops with the DL and pass rush, and we have zero pass rush at the moment. Having a pass rush would have helped immensely in covering for Rapp and Benford being out. Not allowing time for WRs to get deep, or plays to develop.
