Dolphins picking Tua over Herbert will go down as one of my favorite Dolphin drafts of all time. (Right up there with Chad Henne)- 56 replies

What was up with Beasley today?

"If these fans are so amazing, how can they hate meeeeee?!?" You're almost there, Cole. -

What was up with Beasley today?

He should understand that it's the fans' choice whether to boo or not, and they did their research and this is the personal decision they are going with. -

Cole Diseasely heard the boos himself. Enough to make another whining tweet about it. For what it's worth, I was at the Washington game and thought they sounded like boos as well. Way more than any chant of his name. And while I didnt boo, for a crowd that was supposed to be 100% vaccinated due to the new mandate, I wasn't surprised to hear it when it came to Beasley. He made his bed, now he can tweet from it. -

McBeane should have cut him the moment he went on his twitter rant, breaking team policy that they werent going to speak about vaccines. Belichick/Brady would never have stood for that during the Patriots dynasty. You dont break team code like that. Now theyre stuck with this turd and his dumb attitude. Calling out Bills fans? How dare he. Get lost, Cole. Good luck selling cars. -
W’s in the next two weeks - playoff football?
DrDawkinstein replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Our guys need to be ready to leave it all on the field these next two weeks. Not that they don't already, but they need to be ready to dig deep and gut check. After the next two, we go: BYE, Miami, Jags, Jets. Plenty of time and opportunity to recover from whatever we expend in KC and Nashville. LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! -
LeBron James has hopped on the Josh Allen train
DrDawkinstein replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It is sad and annoying. Regardless of how anyone personally feels about Lebron, he's the greatest/most recognizable American athlete in the world right now. Pretty cool to give Josh a shout out. Go Bills! American politics and race relations. This thread was headed to PPP the second it was started with all the easily-triggered folks here.- 48 replies

10/3/21 Gameday Bills vs. Texans Postgame Thread
DrDawkinstein replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Would be real nice if he pans out. Have both Tackle spots locked up with young players. Move the focus to Center and Guard next offseason. Shore up the OL for a long time. -
No, I dont think we've received any further info yet, but reports were that Milano was walking and horsing around on the sidelines the rest of the game just fine, so it seemed very minor. Plus, it just seemed like the theme for this week from our coaching staff, any excuse to pull starters, they were going to take it. I'm not overly concerned until I hear good reason to be.
-
Game plan and resting guys for KC. It was obvious the moment Poyer showed up on the injury report that the staff would be looking for any excuse to pull starters from this game. Similar thing happened with Milano's hamstring. Any bit of tightness? Pull him and let him rest for KC. I think between being in a more run-heavy defense, and Boogie activated, and wanting to keep rookies fresh for a 17 game season (plus playoff run), added up to Rousseau getting less snaps. Same for Epenesa. Same for a lot of guys. Nothing to worry about. Just a smart coach utilizing a roster that has good depth.

Great point. I'd add signing Dawkins long-term was another step in that direction. But the big changes should come next offseason. Would like to see a Center and a Guard drafted early. Interior OL drafted back to back like DE. -

Wouldnt worry about it until we learn more. The staff was just begging for reasons to pull starters today. It seemed more precautionary than anything, and Milano was walking and jumping around on the sidelines the rest of the game. -
Does anybody go to the stadium just to tailgate?
DrDawkinstein replied to r00tabaga's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes, of course people still do. We had a few friends show up just for the tailgate when a bunch of us came back to town for the Washington game. Some left the tailgate at noon to get home for the game. Some stuck around, I think at O'Neills. I'm sure there were folks who stayed in the lot and watched on a TV in the camper/van. There are no rules or restrictions hampering this in any way. -
Good point. If that deal can get done, then it is a no-brainer. BUT... who knows if it happens. And if it does, you also need to start planning for the future with another QB draft pick, and hopefully Rodgers is ok with that. Also, I think I'd rather go to the Bears in the NFC North if the Pack lose Rodgers. Than Denver (even with Rodgers) and having to deal with Mahomes and Herbert (and even the Raiders playing well).

Over the Air is higher def than what cable can do since cable is limited by bandwidth. -
