  1. I blame the coaches just as much. Daboll for not calling plays that would actually get guys open, and Frazier for not adjusting to what the Titans were doing. But Josh's indecisiveness was pretty obvious to me. He never looked comfortable. He'd pump fake, then move to tuck it, then change his mind, then change it back... It was very reminscent of the Tyrod days where he'd drop back and we'd count "one thousand one, one thousand two, one thousand THROW THE BALL" where he was supposed to deliver it on rhythm, but would instead hold it, and hold it, and hold it, and then... sack. And after taking a bad sack to make it 2nd and 17, we should be able to easily manage that with an underneath play to get to 3rd and 9ish, and then manage that with another mid-range play. Instead, for some reason, we take a 40 yard deep shot that was DOUBLE covered on 2nd and 17, which then makes it 3rd and 17 with no chance of converting. Neither Daboll nor Josh were happy simply moving the ball down the field. Where as Tanny was fine taking the quick slants that got the ball out fast, prevented sacks, and kept the drives alive.
  2. I had to stop right here. Disagree that he had a "great" game. He was very indecisive and cost us at least a couple drives. He was indecisive on pulling it down to run, when he absolutely should have. And he was indecisive on making even the most basic throws, rather pump faking and double-clutching the ball all night. This holding onto the ball too long put way more strain on the OL than they should have. They regularly gave him 4-6 seconds, and he just held the ball. Until often trying to bail too late and run right into a defender for a bad sack. I mean, just throw it away into the dirt. Where as Tannehill consistently got the ball out quick all night. Even on incompletions, at least they werent sacks. As a matter of fact, the goose-egg, big fat ZERO in our sack column is mainly due to how quick and decisive he was in getting the ball out. Josh was slow making decisions, missed open guys, was too slow to tuck it and run when the field was wide open, and took bad lanes when he did try to run. He's still my dude, but it wasn't a great night.
  3. That's tgregg, who I did not think was Steely Dan. But could be wrong.
  4. I dunno. Maybe if he was just walking around on Elmwood in broad daylight, I'm sure he'd be swarmed. But out to a private dinner at a small, local place. I think Buffalonians would respect his space more so than most other towns. Just from what I've experienced when seeing Bills out in public.
  5. I think you mean step-father, but this is Alabama we're talking about. Roll Tide!
  6. I dont accuse people of this lightly, but the amount of roids these guys have access to, and regularly take, is pretty astounding. Hemsworth comes to mind as well. Fine by me, it's their job to "look the part" and they are being paid well for the health risk.
  7. Yes to her and @Draconator's mom. There are laws regarding people in positions of authority that supersede age of consent laws. In this case School Admin/Student.
  8. They get a ton of inside info during the lead-up interviews as well, but I dont think any team is listening to them for secrets since they could easily be fed misinformation, and teams probably have better intel already anyways.
  9. If you have cable TV at home, she can sign into the ESPN app with your account credentials and watch legally for free.
  10. Whatever happened to @Steely Dan?
  11. I'd argue that the Division is pretty much a lock and the Bills' to lose, and not even the Pats are a threat of that. With that, I'd say a meaningless win that helps their final record end up around 8-9 is the best for the Bills since the Pats dont make the playoffs, and it hurts their draft position. Guaranteeing they miss out on better players. This is why that game was pretty much win-win for us, depending on how you want to look at the Pats' demise. I was fine if they won, but I got a little smirk when they lost knowing they were home and all the Massholes had to see it firsthand and then take that long drive home.
  12. Sad to hear about Senator. His love of Mike Leach, and his long-time signature of "(16/19/23) and 0!!" were legendary. RIP
  13. Anyone know if Stuckincincy is still kickin?
  14. We hate the Dolphins! We hate the Jets! We hate the MOTHER F&%$IN PA-TRI-OTS! I'll revel in their fumbles, bumbles, mistakes, and ineptitude as much as I can at every opportunity. You love to see it!
  15. Doesn't sound like a selfish player or a bad team mate to me! Love this team!
  16. They arent going anywhere. A new stadium will be built.
  17. If our equivalent offer is Dane Jackson and a 5th... the way Knox has been playing, no thanks. Would rather keep Jackson.
  18. #1 its a joke #2 they better not have STOLEN any of the mojo. If the Bills O is flat on Monday, I'M BLAMING THE SABRES!
  19. Winning a Super Bowl... against the Bucs and Tom Brady... ultimate exorcism.
  20. Yeah, I was all about this trade for most of the year, then forgot about it over the past month. Good work, Knox!
  21. More leaks. Not as much controversy. Yet. NYT issuing a leak during each PrimeTime game so far. Wonder if they are sitting on all 650,000 emails. Or someone from the league office is leaking them out as they see fit...
  22. And the most crucial step for the owners once you have that GM/Coach tandem: GET OUT OF THEIR WAY! Terry has been the Ralph of the NHL. Not as cheap, but as meddling. He fancies himself a "hockey guy" who wants to have a say in running the team the same way Ralph fancied himself a "football guy". But neither are/were those guys. The best thing an owner can do is find the right guys who understand the sport and the league, and get out of their way. Luckily, the Pegulas realized how in over their head they were in the NFL. They are starting to realize it with hockey as well (I hope).
  23. Eichel was a cancer that needed to be cut out. That much is now clearer than ever. It's early, and there is a lot of season left, but it seemed like the boys played like a team for the first time in a long time last night. Agreed on the bold. Wish we would've traded Eichel away instead of RO'R...
  24. PSE made these guys hold this sign for the Sabres, and I’ve never seen such forced smiles and “ickyness”. Josh won’t even hold the sign in his throwing had and barely by two fingers. I hope they all used hand sanitizer after.
