AZ cuts Jordan Phillips - now signed by Bills

Regardless of how theyve played since leaving for other teams, I'll never not believe that had we kept them, we would have at least beaten Tennessee in 2020. Which would have changed the landscape of the rest of the season. They had serious personal beef with that Titans line, and were both really good at getting into Lewan's head and taking him out of the game. -

So a list of 5 Hall of Famers, some going back 30 years, and Bryce Paup. (Did Bryce Paup get us to a Super Bowl?) Not sure that's really making the point you want to. -

Right, that's why I want to trade for Hunter. No one else on that list makes us any better than we were last year. They just replace Hughes/Addison at the same level. -

OMG you guys gotta build a bridge and get over it. If these agents have a player we want, we will definitely work with them again. It's business. EVERYONE involved knows this is a possibility on these "agreements" during the tampering stage. Plus, it's a situational RB. I'm sure the FO has already moved on. It sucks, but oh well. -

From that list... Trade for Hunter is my top and only difference making option. Shaq Lawson is the consolation prize. No thanks to anyone else. There is no creativity in overspending and then begging your players to restructure. -
Not surprised after the two DT signings. Thank you, Justin, for causing the Newton fumble. Great hustle! Could we bring him back on PS?

Thought this fit well here to illustrate what could happen following the "fan model" -

The Rams brought in at least 3 big contributors/difference makers, so I'm interested in who that poster thinks was "the one". -

Who was that one guy you are referring to? -

You think NO has a stacked roster with depth at every position? Or all/any of those teams? Even Tampa and the Rams have holes on their roster. Some even at starting spots (Rams LBs). -

You cant stack an entire roster. You just cant. It's a give and take. And teams with Franchise QBs have to give more than they take. Get used to the new normal. -

$17M/yr for an injured RB?!? I'd rather have Danielle Hunter -

Read what room? This message board?!? They better not. You know the old saying. "Once you start listening to the fans, you'll be sitting with them". For as disappointed as I am with the news today as a fan, they better not make any moves just to make me(us) "happy". -

That's what it's like having a successful team. I know it's a new feeling for most of us, but we're going to have to get used to it. We have a true franchise QB and he is getting paid like one. Cap space is at a premium, and we will rely far more on draft picks and low tier FAs, than any big splash signings. -

We made it all the way to an hour before the League Year starts. A new TSW record! -

This could be said for pretty much all the announcements made over the past 2-3 days. They do it for views and clicks, and because ALL of us fans hang on every refresh. So far, this year. But it does happen. And it's nothing against the Bills. -

I mean, we all know this 3 day tampering period isnt anything official until the league year technically starts today. NONE of the reported agreements this week are official signings until this afternoon. Any and all of them can change. -

What's to spin? It's McK's choice. Everyone involved kows Buffalo is the superior team and franchise, but that is just one of many factors for players. -

I think its as simple as not wanting to move and get acclimated to a new organization if the money is the same. People dont like change. It's human nature. We're more likely to stick with a known quantity even if it is a lesser choice.
