  1. Bad news for Tua and the Dolphins: He's only been good in the 4th quarter, and the Bills blow out their opponents so badly the starting QB is already pulled by the time the 4th qtr starts.
  2. Updated prediction: Bills - A Billion Miami - 24
  3. I've seen this enforced at Bills games as well, they make you wait until after the play to walk down. Definitely Sabres games, you have to stay at the tunnel until a whistle. No standing in a section is easy to enforce as well since it's a pretty clear-cut, binary rule. Most people know what they are signing up for when they buy tickets in that section. And you will absolutely get kicked out for it. Are you my toddler?
  4. There is literally nothing to say.
  5. Agreed here. I dont necessarily like standing the entire game. I'd prefer to be able to sit down here and there over the 3 hours without missing any action. But I also understand if my tickets are in the 100s, it is something I'll have to deal with, and have never complained about it. It did piss me off the couple times I've sat in the 300s and had to stand all game just because the people in the front row wanted to. No need to stand from way up there. If I really wanted to be able to sit the entire game, and it was something I was actively worried about, I'd buy club tickets to be sure.
  6. Even if you went with just his base salary, he's at $12M/yr the next 3 years. That is quite expensive for a RB. Would rather give that money to Davis.
  7. CMC, since the entire equation is cost AND availability.
  8. He's sitting on the couch not making any money now, so.... yeah, hanging out with a SB team and being part of their SB run, and getting another ring and whatever credit he can milk from that to boost his resume and HOF chances... Yeah, I think he would.
  9. OBJ, by far. CMC is too expensive and too fragile.
  10. Let's not use the terms "slime cannon" and "bildo" together.
  11. Yeah I could dig this. Problem is, every TD is up to replay and the refs are under the direction to let the play go so it can be reviewed, so there will be a lot of false horn blowing.
  12. The best part is, when the renderings are finally released, @YoloinOhio will be the one to break them in their own thread. And this one will STILL be bumped with no pics.
  13. And this also ties into the recent "We have an attitude of domination" quote from Von Miller. Between adding him, and the aggressive swag attitude of guys like JPhillips, DJones, Shaq, and even Settle (compared to the more quiet reserved guys like Star, Harrison, Butler), it would make sense we've seen a major uptick in all of this. Not sure what this does to Edmunds contract offer status. Or... to take it a step further... does this mean that other MLBs could also thrive behind this line and there is no need to pay Edmunds big bucks since the key piece is DL?
  14. Winner gets the clamp. Loser has to be the crayfish.
  15. My main criticism of Edmunds in the past has been his lack of play-making in the middle. No TFLs, tipped passes, INTs, etc. And when compared to his counterpart, Luke Kuechly was such a playmaker it made him look even worse. I've always been waiting for him to look anything like Kuechly. In separate conversations about McD and his DL rotation, it was noted that he rotated heavily in Carolina as well, UNTIL he had better DLinemen and then the rotation rate dropped. As I look back, it would seem the improved DL coincided with Kuechly's addition and performance. Maybe what we've been waiting for is the DL to get to the level that McD's Defense requires, in order to free up the MLB who has a ridiculous amount of responsibilities in that scheme as well.
  16. Yeah, this makes me think we got away with one. Great job by Brown to loop back to the LOS tho. He really only gave the refs a 1sec window to throw that flag and likely no one noticed in that time. I'm sure that is part of Dorsey's design. Great coaches/Great teams push those rule boundaries. I like it.
  17. They are like Free Agents. They could absolutely choose to stay on the PS, not get playing time, and stay at the low PS pay. Or they can choose to go to the new team which MUST put them on the active roster, and get real pay. It's unlikely, but it's possible.
  18. That is college-only. In the NFL a forward pass is a forward pass. (Unless the rule changed very recently) I still think we got away with one, because the NFL rule is 1 yard and he was definitely more than 1 yard away from the LOS. But maybe not being engaged helped the refs miss it. That, and Josh's beautiful play action fake took all their eyes to the run.
  19. Yeah, that's what I figured as well. Definitely wasnt eligible, but still within the range (or close enough) as far as the refs saw, and more importantly not engaged.
  20. (I actually believe you) He's downfield before we even finish the play action portion. But looks like it was all good thanks to @patzen's clarification.
  21. Man, that first TD pass play to Gilliam, how did we not get flagged for Spencer Brown being so far downfield? He was as deep as the LBs! edit: lol, even Baldy says "I dont know how he got there". (Good teams are lucky)
  22. Which game do you think we will need to rely on Moss, Blackshear, Howard, or Sweeney to win? Have we needed/missed any of them so far?
  23. Panthers finally learning to be proactive in addressing the inevitable McCaffrey injury.
  24. There goes our Super Bowl. Beane asleep at the wheel!
