I would absolutely take Saquon over CMC. But Saquon isnt available and I believe his contract is more prohibitive.

Saban wasnt around long enough to be considered a failure, imo. He just got a better offer and knew College was a better place to be. I get that as a Dolphins fan, you may feel differently

Even as a classic Edmunds detractor I don't necessarily agree. I think he'll go to another team and play very well. Hopefully he doesnt go to another decent AFC team. He will definitely be a point of conversation here for a long time into the future, and likely due to how well he does on his next team. But it's just a matter of $$$. We can't afford to pay him $18M-20M/year.

Ehh, if I'm going to add a RB, I want a true RB. Not a pass catcher. We have lots of those. Give me someone who is dangerous between the tackles. That is who we are truly missing. The way I figure, if I'm adding a pass catching RB, I might as well add the better pass catcher and go OBJ. JMO

We arent paying anything right now. New deal was an extension that doesnt even kick in for another year. He is making a base $965k this year.

Maybe he could be, but the bigger difference is both of those guys are their teams #1 target. For the Bills, Knox is like #3 or #4. Only so many balls to go around, and our offense runs through Diggs and the WRs.
