  1. While I am sympathetic to everything the Bills went through this season, I can not excuse the putrid, weak, horrible, Offensive gameplan. Dorsey did NOT put his guys in a position to succeed, and instead, set them up to fail. Even if they werent exhausted.
  2. But they are paid lots of money so that should automatically make them not have feelings anymore. Or hobbies. Or any outside interests for that matter.
  3. Spoiled Winning Bills Fan syndrome.
  4. Cool, how many people did you have to hug and support after the shootings? How many interviews did you do about the community and what it means for you to be there? How many of your coworkers got injured every week and left you to pick up their slack? How many died in front of you? It's not just one or two of the items I listed. It's ALL OF THEM piled up over the last 8 months. To win a championship takes a lot of fortitude and a lot of luck (on top of a lot of talent and good game planning). We had bad luck, and it chipped away at our fortitude. I'm not excusing it, just explaining. But I get it. It's the Day After. Everyone is in their dark places. Vent away.
  5. I had a SUITE for the game in Atlanta, and was still hoping the Jags would win and we would host in Buffalo.
  6. I have ALL my groups blocked right now, lol. Cant deal with every single person going to the Dark Places right after a 13-3 season ends. DM me!
  7. Not physical exhaustion. Or rather, not just physical exhaustion. The mental and emotional exhaustion that comes from playing through deaths, playing through injuries, having schedules and routines thrown for a loop, and then seeing one of your guys die on the field. We were toast before the Cincy MNF game, and certainly toast after. We lucked out that the games after Cincy were a couple of cupcake divisional teams we were already familiar with, but we barely got through those even. "Fan Mojo" has literally 0 to do with it. We have no effect on that game. Everything else you listed certainly does, and didnt help. The team was done with this weird, tough season.
  8. The team opened OTAs to the Buffalo Mass Shooting, and wrapped training camp to Knox's brother dying. Then rolled through a season plagued with devastating injuries to our starters and leaders EVERY. WEEK. Then the weekly routines and games get messed up with weather. Then a player dies on the field... It was all too much. Frankly, we were setup for an early exit all the way back in Week 2 when Hyde went out for the season. Amazing the guys managed to keep it together to a 13-3 record and #1 seed for most of the season, and ending with an 8-0 run and #2 seed. Emotions are raw right now. Everyone go home, heal up, rest up, and get ready to make a run next year. Beane has his work cut out for him tho...
  9. Enough was enough. He is and will be fine. We (the team) didnt even harp on Kevin Everett this much and that guy was going to be affected for the rest of his life. The thing is, we got caught up in how much the NFL PR machine had to swing the pendulum back. From "a player died" to "rah, rah, we all love each other, this player is a HERO". The Shield could not have that dirt on its image. Frankly, its why we saw the "unity" (lol) across the league. Oh, every team changed their profile pic to a #3! Yeah, because a player dying is really bad for business so it's in the best interest of every franchise for him to pull through. It reached Pancho Billa levels of BS. Anyways, on to 2023...
  10. How's that "humble, no swagger" idea looking now? Bills just got bullied up and down the field in their own house, in the snow. Another flat, listless game. I can't really blame them for how this entire year went. Completely out of gas, physically and emotionally, at this point. But the Bullies won yesterday. Handily.
  11. I'll start a thread anytime the Bills get another neutral site playoff game in Atlanta, and yall can continue to cry about it like a bunch of babies. Would have been a helluva party. Go Bills!
  12. My canceled tickets from Wednesday were refunded in 24 hours. Might take 48-72 this time. Either way, usually pretty quickly.
  13. No one has any idea at this point what the ticket market will do. Whether a ton of people will want to come and prices go up, or a lot of folks who got tickets see how expensive flights from Buffalo have gotten and put theirs up for sale. It's *usually* safe to wait. This is a unique situation tho.
  14. This only serves to prove even further what a mush-brained idiot Joe Mixon is. Nothing else.
  15. Base pricing is still the same. Tickets are still in the $220 range. It is Secondary tickets that are marked up to $615, $800, $1500, etc. But if you have a code, you can still get them in 117 at $220.
  16. Even worse. They left old generic codes active and folks used them on Wednesday. Then after they figured out the problem around 2pm Wednesday, they shut it down, and cancelled all the ticket orders that had used those codes, all the resale orders, etc, and put everything back up for sale Wednesday afternoon. Then the same thing happened with the Chiefs tickets yesterday, and they cancelled a bunch of orders last night. That is why they pushed the public presale and extended the STH presale today.
  17. It should be pretty simple for an entity like Ticketmaster who has been doing it for decades and owns the platform. But they still messed it up because, well, theyre the only game in town. But you cant trust any ticket other than TM right now because they are in control of the whole show and have already "reclaimed" tickets twice.
  18. I dont think that is what happened. It looks like the Chiefs presale was always scheduled for yesterday. Ticketmaster's system was crashing hard with just Bills fans on Wednesday, so they probably planned to stagger the sales from the start. But something else happened last night, because most of the Chiefs tickets were taken by late last night. Then this morning, they are all back for sale, and TM is extending STH presale.
  19. But this is by design. McD slow rolls rookies because they tend to hit the "rookie wall" with the longer, more strenuous season. Now, instead of being worn out, our rooks are ready to go and have fresh legs.
  20. Could be. They'll likely not get back down to face value until maybe right before game time. But I dont see the demand sustaining the current $1100+ asking prices.
  21. The messed up yesterday too. Late last night there werent many Chiefs tickets left, but this morning there are a ton re-opened. Looks like they had to cancel Chiefs purchases yesterday and re-list them today. What a ***** show
  22. If it ends up Bills/Chiefs in Atlanta, I expect prices to go down. There are a ton of folks in Buffalo who bought tickets but havent even booked flights or requested off work yet. When reality hits that they wont be able to travel, they'll want to move the tickets.
  23. Ticketmaster effed this up at pretty much every level every day this week. They screwed up the Bills STH presale on Wednesday. They screwed up the Chiefs presale Wednesday and yesterday. And they continue to rake in the ridiculous fees for being completely incompetent. Worst service provider ever.
