  1. Then go get a left tackle.
  2. Classic Einstein. Doesnt understand what he is looking at. Just sees "guy on ground = bad". Brown made that block and sprung the runner. Nothing to complain about. Here is the screen shot taken merely half a second earlier that changes everything and shows the truth: Huge hole and free lane for Murray to run through untouched. He cant/shouldnt play anywhere but RG. He even has trouble at LG. Enough with all this shuffling the deck and making guys play out of position. If we need a RT, then get a true RT.
  3. The folks in charge of the PAC-12 could not have messed this up any more than they did.
  4. That wasnt bad. He gets off that quick, and often gets under the shoulder pads to get good control. They wont call any of that. Especially a OG on DT. They can get away with all that pretty easily. Kid looks solid. 👍
  5. Grabbing the outside of the lower chest pad with your elbows in will totally fly. That's proper technique. It's when the hands go to the outside of the upper shoulder pads, and/or you get your elbows up/out and arms extended that they'll get you.
  6. Those are actually all pretty sweet jerseys. No shame in any of them.
  7. Wonder what he'd do for a Kiko Alonso jersey
  8. I meant to answer this, and then... life happened. lol Yeah, the one we spec'ed was at 22kW. All sorts of fancy features they have on them nowadays with wifi and apps and stuff. This is the model: https://www.generac.com/all-products/generators/home-backup-generators/guardian-series/22kw-7042-wifi-enabled Annoying/Frustrating to see an MSRP of $5500 on the manufacturer site and then everyone we talk to is $12k all in. But that is full install. Pulling permits, pouring the pad, wiring it into the house, etc. I get it isnt easy, but when more than half is install/labor... ugh.
  9. Luckily, without a twitter account, I cant see the comments
  10. So the boys were finally showing some fire, and McD had to put a stop to that. Got it.
  11. Agreed on every point. He's a 3rd year late round pick, but with GREAT football pedigree. He's well ahead of where Poyer was at this point of his career. I've never seen him as a cut candidate as long as he was able to perform as well as he did last year. Knowing that needs to improve. But there is time and opportunity to do that.
  12. So Dodson WAS the alleged swinger, but he is denying the swing ever happened.
  13. Then the NFL needs to adapt their OL prototypes. Just like they did after dealing with 20 years of almost zero great QBs coming out. The NFL adapted and accepted the less traditional, more mobile, running QBs and now we have a whole new base of young star QBs. And the League is the most exciting and interesting it's been since the 90s.
  14. Speed, AND the instincts/training to actually break to the sideline when you get space. One of the most basic concepts drilled into us RBs from Pop Warner, but for years I've watched Bills RBs continue to cut back inside and into all the traffic of the Defense. Break for those sidelines and get in the open!
  15. Because Rochester actually puts fluoride in their water which turns all the men into sissies. We dont do that in Buffalo.
  16. I normally love Hard Knocks. Finally checked it out this week. Made it half way through the first episode before turning it off. The good news is, it inspired me to check out The Righteous Gemstones instead since I was already in the HBO app. Masterpiece.
  17. I dont care how desperate we are at MLB, or how much coaches like seeing the intensity of a camp fight, if you are swinging a helmet in the vicinity of Morse and/or Josh that is a cuttable offense.
  18. The max PS salary is $20,600/wk. For 18 weeks, that's $370,800. If he has even $4M properly invested he can make about that much without having to leave his house.
  19. Hopefully coming from a football family he was well prepared on how to manage and maximize finances. 6 years, $13M, and moving on at 31. Not a bad gig if you can get it.
  20. After reading Touhy's statements I was inclined to believe him. However, a couple of minor things dont add up. 1. As others pointed out, they totally could have legally adopted him. 2. His statement that none of them made any money from the movie, and all they got was half of the author's payment ($14k each, or about $60k total). I find it nearly impossible to believe that the Touhy's being good business people just handed over all the rights to their story to the movie studio. That movie was up for Movie of the Year, won Oscars for other things, was a big hit... and it all just lined some studio exec's pocket? And they were ok with that? I'm sure a lot went to Sandra Bullock and maybe some other actors, but still... Just giving away your story seems idiotic. My conclusion after studying all the evidence presented by both sides: I dont care at all. Start the season. Go Bills!!
  21. In fairness, it was their lives as well. It was the story of Oher AND the family. Not just Oher. How much of Oher's football money did he give them? I'd assume none, rightfully so. That all said, something about that family did give me the creeps even back then. Had a very unsettling "white savior" feel to all of it. Whatevs. Season is about to start.
  22. This is like being asked to choose my hottest cousin. Fact of the matter is, if Josh goes down for an extended period of time/the season, then our season is done. Pull a Cincinnati Special. Tank it and get a top 10 pick. Then add that talent and get your QB back in 2024 to make a run. There's really no point to discussing Kyle vs Barkley (but I get it, message board and all).
