There was no problem. Miami focused on shutting him down. How'd that work out for them overall? Can't have everyone with HoF stat days. If teams focusing on Cook allow us to score 48 points otherwise, so be it. Just the way this game went.

Oh, let me clarify: Our in-home superstitions absolutely matter. My lucky blue underwear knows this as well. My statement was specific to this board

Just ignore it and it will hopefulyl go away None of the Bills are here. This may come as a surprise to some of us, myself included, but nothing we do here actually affects anything with the team.

Most underrated play and favorite sequence of the game
DrDawkinstein replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I dont remember exactly when in the game that catch and run by Cook happened, but it sure felt like a nail in the coffin. Like, the one time they do get a pressure on Josh we turn it into a huge play. Any wind that was left in their sails blew right out. My favorite moment in the game was after our last TD, and they showed our sideline celebrating, and then cut to the Dolphins bench and showed their players sitting there in stunned, disappointed stupor. Reminded me of the "Let it Snow" game when they showed Ray Lucas crying on the bench and Ricky Williams quitting and heading to the locker room. I like beating the Dolphins. I love destroying their spirits. It;s not on the docket for today, but maybe later in the week. -

I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of Teal in Highmark yesterday. Especially after Green Bay had to issue a statement about the number of Lions fans at Lambeau last week. Good time to travel to Buffalo, the Dolphins were hyped, and yet it looked to have less Miami fans than even past years when the Dolphins stunk. That said, I want Bills fans to PACK THAT STADIUM in January.

Lot of good stuff in this video.

Love seeing this "boring" Josh and the methodical, surgical execution by our Offense. Kudos to Dorsey (and likely Brady and McD) for doing the hardest part: calming down. More so than play-calling or game-planning (which have been good), bringing the anxiety down has been the biggest improvement in this offense, imo.

Von's out, Poyer's out, Benford got dinged, Tre went down. Every team has injuries.

Probably not the whole reason, but it's a thing. Personally, I think he's done coaching. But if an opportunity presents itself and he does come back, we have his rights.

Ja’Mar Chase: “I’m open. I’m always ****ing open”

Apple is on the Dolphins now, he's that forgettable. I hope he enjoyed the show today. -
The only thing that sucks right now is that I have to wait 9 more hours for the football/Bills coverage to start.

Still do and that's why he isnt officially fired.

Crazy what a real running game can do for a QB.

This was VERY SATISFYING. ***** Tua. ***** Miami fans. ***** The Dolphins. Great game by everyone involved with the Buffalo Bills. Coaches, Players, Beer Vendors. All around great win. And at the peak of Miami's hype. You love to see it.

Happier to have Hyde back there with a backup.

But what are you going to get for a non-playing DB that would have "actual value to the roster"? As disappointing as Elam is right now, I believe we learned that having decent DBs waiting in the wings is very valuable to the roster as you get through the season and injuries mount. I dont see us trading him for another position that will come in and start, so might as well keep him around in case of emergency.

Fixing the RT spot would have the double benefit of increasing TE production since they would no longer have to stay in and chip, and then that also solves the #2 receiver issue, so I'll go with that one. Although, in lieu of that miracle happening, I am all for keeping the TEs doing what they are doing and staying in to help. It's working. Good on Dorsey for finding that solution, regardless of it limiting TE production.

Terrel Bernard named AFC Defensive Player of the Week
DrDawkinstein replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm really curious if Frazier ever ran Edmunds in a blitz like the one linked below. 8:19 into the video if it doesnt link to the time right. It's a great setup that has our DL and Milano fit up and take up all the guys, and Bernard comes knifing through like a shark. Not sure if we ran different types of more straight ahead blitzing previously, or if Edmunds was just too big and lumbering to pull something like this off.
