  1. Note to my fans! By Takeo Spikes September 26, 2005 To all of my fans: I really appreciate all of your support. I want you all to know that a warrior gets wounded but always returns to the battlefield stronger than ever! I for one am going to miss him this season, and hope for a speedy and full recovery. Maybe he could put on 100 lbs in the next year, and play some o-line as well. Best of luck TKO.
  2. Margaritas, Senoritas, and the Arizona Cardinals?
  3. Thanks. bump
  4. It should be played after each of the six td's we will score at home this year.
  5. Theres nothing wrong with facing reality, and we are going to struggle to be consistent on defense as well as offense. Should Takeo heal and return the same playe next year, Jp get some good experience, and hopefully draft O-line in every round next april, we should be a playoff contender next year. These injuries happen though, and they are unfourtunate as well as untimely. I put my faith in JP becoming a quality NFL quarterback, and us picking up some lineman this offseason that can play. Those things combined with Mcgahee would make us tough to beat, or at least competitive with the leagues top teams. I'm sure Donahoe has something better in mind though.
  6. Willis getting injured would make things a lot worse. I'm going to miss TKO however, he's the one bill who played with an intensity not matched by many in the league. He was proud to be a member of the buffalo bills, and he played like it. Here's hoping for the best for Spikes
  7. Paul: "Travis, this is Paul Tagliabue, we have the results back from your drug test. I'm afraid we have some bad news....." Travis: "She said she was 18." Paul: "I'm sorry? What was that?"
  8. My bad
  9. They meant to say fumbles. And times tripped over ones own feet.
  10. They made that decision when they let go of Bledsoe and pronounced JP the starter. Stick to your guns.
  11. The Burger King picked one off in the second quarter. He took it 50 yards for the score, then proceeded to do the Deion dance in the endzone. It was clutch.
  12. Put in SHANE MATTHEWS BAND
  13. I pray his injury is not serious. If it is, then I hope he can come back and play at the level he's played at the past couple years. Its been fun watching the intensity he brings on every play. Godspeed, TKO
  14. Thats right, Pete. I'm with you.
  15. Another performance like the one today would be a great contribution to hurricane katrina relief. We'd be giving all saints fans and new orleans a reason to smile.
  16. I hope JP has a great game next week, and we win. Period. I'm quitting the drew/jp debate team.
  17. Sure lady, I also remember a long span of time when passes were accurate and there were more than 6 completions a game for totals way beyond 70 yards.
  18. Yeah lady, but I also believe he would have had solid passing stats and led us to more than two touchdowns in 20 trips to the redzone.
  19. Wow. What facts do you base these assumptions on? 75 yards and a 33 qb rating? A twenty yard scramble. A run out of the endzone for a safety? Four piss poor deep balls to moulds and evans? I hope to god JP turns the corner and becomes an elite quarterback, but I have a hard time believing bledsoe would not have won just as many, if not more games than JP this year.
  20. You mean the one that surpassed his entire passing total for the game, on one run?
  21. Bingo! I couldnt have said it better. Every game should mean something. Who cares if Bledsoe hasnt won "anything"? Jim Kelly didnt either then.
  22. The same way he picked apart the Atlanta fifth string high school secondary today. Brilliant.
  23. Take the first 3 off that number and you've got JP's passing total for the day.
