'I was born a poor black child'
Meathead replied to \GoBillsInDallas/'s topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
exactly which is obviously why the last fkg thing we want to do is listen to most people the 'most people' argument is literally the worst possible one you could ever make about anything except elections. most people have been horribly wrong so many times it should be an automatic that when anyone trots out the most people argument for anything that isnt an election you should just instantly lose whatever debate you are in most people have been wrong every step of the way through the entire historical debate on race and racism. whitey was wrong when they had control of the race issue, blacks are wrong now they they have got control of the race issue. see a pattern? its 'most people' like you that instantly label every observation about blackness as racist that got us into the mess we current are in. most people should take a look at themselves and question every dumbass thing they believe about race that has us screwing this up so badly for the umpteenth time -
Greg Olsen's Brother Arrrested For Rape.

yeah it definitely happens like that. and the female is almost ALWAYS going to be believed. you have to have some pretty good evidence or have the woman have a bad track record to have anyone believe the male in such a situation the other thing that young women do that put them and the guys chasing them at serious risk is they will say no when they actually mean yes. young women want to have sex as much as young men, but young women are conditioned that they are supposed to be chaste an demur. so they will tell you no to protect that self-image but really want you to push through anyway. i had an awful lot of women spend the night but we didnt have sex for that reason, bc i always took no for no and refused to play that dangerous game. a lot of guys i know just went ahead and kept trying and tell me afterwards they had to keep at it for hours to get her to break down. im like hell if im going to take that kind of risk. all it takes is for her to change her mind and she could be hauling your ass to jail -

i dont think its automatic she had mental problems. some ppl just identify with different cultures, if it wasnt black/white we would have no problem with it. im sure weve all known black ppl that acted super white, and whites that adopt the black culture. if we werent so fkd up on race we wouldnt even really care and just let it happen if she had just represented herself as born white but black inside she probably would have been ok. blacks are pretty good at letting you in once you demonstrate you love black folks, i call it The Black Wall and it can be a high wall to scale sometimes, depending on how hard black folks make it. marrying one is sort of an instant in. or you can become a wigger by acting, dressing, etc authentically black. or you can stay white but hang with blacks until they trust you and then youre in. but you cant fake it in, its got to be legit, but you can be as white as me and still be accepted as part of black culture if you do it right politically it was probably too early for her to make the naacp grand pubah chair bc thats probably a political bridge too far right now, but even that day will come eventually. regardless, she stood a better chance of staying in if she had been honest up front. im pretty sure shes still black to her black friends, assuming she still feels the way she did before -
The Media's Portrayal of Trump and His Presidency
Meathead replied to Nanker's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
that whole thing was super bizarre. i thought about making a new thread but havent yet, might still do it anyway, a BLACK journalist brings up a BLACK political organization that hadnt been part of the convo before that, to ask the president if he will be meeting with this overtly BLACK organization he says fine sure, are you friends with them. lets set something up and in some bizarroland alternate universe, hes accused of racism is there anybody on the planet that can explain exactly how that would show bias against blacks? really a nice little microcosm of why the race issue is broken in america. lots of bad stuff going on with that fkd up little exchange and the 'outrage' that followed and of course this is exactly why we got this disaster president every unfair extraneous attack against him was viewed as an attack against whiteness. trump is an epic dick that sheds plenty of usable material, yet the press seems to think that gives them license to freely extrapolate everything to its worst conclusion and then pretend their projection is fact, and THEN hold it against him the sea of disaffected whites sees this and its a very familiar feeling. not so surprising, since for the last twenty years america has been on an escalating campaign against whiteness, culminating in the last eight years where blacks and enabling whites turned into the new racists that gleefully broadbrushed heartland america like it was still the 1970's those of you that know me know i was sounding the alarm bells over this, way before the don was even a candidate, way before the election. i wasnt sure exactly what form the rebound off that dysfunction would take, i did speculate it could elect the don but i thought we couldnt possibly be THAT stupid. but if it was gonna happen it was gonna be bc of us continuing to bash the sea of whites over old racism so something was bound to happen its been a brewing problem a long time, and bc we didnt give the proper healthy attention to it, it has bitten us square on the dick. hey i like that: the trump presidency is like a cobra bite to the dick a cobra bite to the dick that we created nice job some lessons should be pretty easy right now. just ask black lives matter. think them niggas sitting around wondering if they went too far right about now? wondering if maybe they had listened to me and loved the white man like brother king wanted them to instead of campaigning against and condemning them even tho most of whitey has actually given up racist intent and beliefs? bet yo black ass -
President Trump's "alternate facts"
Meathead replied to Benjamin Franklin's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
actually both are correct part of the problem of irrational resistance that obama faced was bc hes perceived as black. as much as i like to obligatorily congratulate whiteness for finally overcoming their racist roots, that doesnt mean they are going to be doing cartwheels if their little darling brings home a black man. they will live with it, but they wont like it. theyll get used to it and accept him eventually, but they aint rushing to come over and watch basketball the primary reason republicans became the B word from hell in obamas terms was bc obama was the least experienced president in modern history. the gop saw red meat and knew they could intimidate and manipulate him, and they certainly did. but lets not pretend many of them didnt get an extra zinger in the penis simply bc they liked stymieing a 'black' man. we can actually see the softening of the gop towards blackness over the course of obamas terms, but theres no doubt they has an extra special flavoring of total resistance for the first non-white man to hold the office did the liberals WAY WAY WAY overstate that resistance in the form of widespread accusations of blatant racism? oh hell the fk yeah. liberals WAY WAY WAY overstated every fkg thing about race during his terms. hell, liberals have been doing that at least the last twenty years, its only crescendoed like crazy during obamas terms. liberals fixation on race, especially the automatic condemnation of whiteness with a simultaneous coddling of black dysfunction, was the primary factor in getting us the cartoonish don presidency did america elect obama primarily bc he was 'black'? definitely did the gop max resist obama bc they are racist? mostly no -

they already do what? please provide links Don’t Hold Your Breath for a Marijuana “Breathalyzer” Test Technology closes in on a roadside device to check pot levels—but the definition of stoned driving remains elusive. Although many researchers and companies dream of fielding a roadside test for driving under the influence of cannabis, such a product may still remain years away from practical service use. Millions of dollars’ worth of speculative research will likely be needed to correlate data about consumption amounts with actual driver impairment. And the issue of stoned driving remains enormously complex, with experts still highly uncertain about marijuana’s precise effects on cognition and competence. This fall a California-based company called Hound Labs announced it has developed a portable breathalyzer-like device called the Hound that could quantify recent cannabis use in the breath—the latest in a series of claims in the field. But like its predecessors, this product will have to run a tough gauntlet of medical and legal complexities. “There’s a little bit of hype,” says Nick Morrow, a retired Los Angeles County Sheriff deputy and court-qualified expert in drug symptomatology who has taught a drug recognition course for officers. “The good thing about the U.S. is if there’s a way to make a dollar, you can bet people will be lined up around the block to make the next best mousetrap. That’s what’s going on with cannabis testing. Breath, oral, fluid, saliva—all of them are competing to come out with the easiest, greatest devices,” Morrow says. “Maybe those devices aren’t ready for prime time yet, but everybody wants to get the patents. As far as having something that really works, defense and prosecutors can agree—the science is not there yet.” https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/don-t-hold-your-breath-for-a-marijuana-breathalyzer-test/

its similar to booze, some ppl can handling driving drunk, some cant. even the same person sometimes can have a higher tolerance one day to the next so some days they would be ok and some days not. the laws cant account for those fluctuations of course, so they set a standard and enforce it. id like to see something like that for weed but i dont think they are even close on a weed breathalyzer yet. i dont think they can even test blood levels that accurately so it doesnt even have a percent allowable level like booze. and that means they have to lab test a sample, which makes everything harder and take longer yes i have been known to sample the occasional select cannabinoid phamaceutical enhancement extracts. i personally avoid driving under the influence, tho like everybody else it happens sometimes but i keep it low on purpose. didnt always. do now. i dont want the responsibility of the impairment so i try to plan around it. there should be a penalty for impaired driving even if eventually i get the ticket
-
sorry yes, of course youre right. i was half asleep when i typed that. and im not a leftist
-
i agree with fraud chef, im not comfortable with stoners driving stoned all the time. its probably safer than booze driving but its still a hazard. id like to see them perfect a breath test or some other field test for weed before its legalized nationally

yeah i guess thats correct. we lurched right after 9/11 to assuage our fear, we lurched left under obama, and this cycle was a populist shift, but with two different versions of populism - libertarian and nationalism if it was actually sanders vs trump we never would have had this disaster presidency. or if hillary hadnt cheated

when i first got hired into AT&T's new information systems consulting group in the 80's a bunch of us new hires were sent to denver to work on an emergency diagnostics problem with their high end digital switches on a big project with the gubmint. it was grunt work but required technical debugging knowledge so the team was mostly b.s. degreed or higher. we were out there for months and at first everybody was pretty straight. the company paid for a lot of outings for us, one of which was that concert at redrocks. a few of us had been getting high in private together but that concert made us realize most of us were getting high privately out there, including one of the squarest looking instructors who was training us on special requirements for the customized digital switches that was back at a time where not many places drug tested, but if you got caught using weed you were definitely fired. it was funny seeing how most of the class of software tech ppl were buttoned up during the day and stoners at night

Should the Bills cut Kyle Williams to clear cap space?
Meathead replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
wait, cutting freddie proved to be a mistake? in what alternate universe, bc what i saw was a freddie that barely made the field last year and wouldnt have been much help here either as a player or leader. if roster spots grew on trees, sure he mighta held the team together a little more, but these guys didnt gel under rexy, i dont think even freddie magic makes that happen love me some freddie. but he didnt belong on this team at any time last year. just not enough contribution to spend on that roster spot -
i dont think money made was the point, it was intelligence and capability. you were generalizing weed users as losers and those two wouldnt usually be called losers

White House Spokesman Predicts More Federal Action Against Marijuana The Justice Department may step up enforcement of federal marijuana laws in states that have voted to legalize its recreational use, according to White House press secretary Sean Spicer. http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2017/02/23/516945294/white-house-spokesman-predicts-more-federal-action-against-marijuana rednecks are people too, you know. and people sure love their weed you want to fracture the trump base? go after the weed that ship has sailed, don. turning back the clock is only going to keep tilting your slide whats next, porn?

dont even try to point the the instances they found bias yes there ARE some cop organizations that are definitely racist. just like they will always be racists in every race. and its great when we can catch them and eliminate that. but now they are the outlier there are also problems with the investigations having cultural and political bias. there are some illogical conclusions made based on that bias in the investigation objectives. several current books point this out is detail. i would provide titles but i know thats a waste of time so yes, the idea that there is a SYSTEMATIC racism in american law enforcement against blacks is indeed for sure a fantasy now data from multiple sources has been clear. the one big university study, done by a black man, returned results he said were the most surprising of his life. statistically relative to crime rates by race, there are more whites and hispanics killed by cops than blacks. as one of the book authors put it, we really should be talking about white and hispanic lives matter the point there, of course, is that the issue there is that cops are sometimes dicks but they arent racist dicks conspiring against blacks. thats most false at this point in history. so our focus should be on cops acting properly, not condemning them automatically for a specific racial bias that doesnt even exist even for threatening to shoot him? thats my question for somebody in law enforcement. is that a special level of threat that he has to try to apprehend at that time? does he even have the option to just phone it in? i honestly dont know. thats a pretty specific and serious threat, i would think policy would be somewhat clear

i definitely think the op has a point accountability just wasnt there. i thought for sure adding whatshisname the old db coach would make them self-accountable bc thats what whatshisname was all about. it seemed to materialize for a while there but then just collapsed at the end. i thought rex had learned from the first time and adapt. but he went the other way. it took him what, three years until the jets collapsed from accountability problems. didnt even take him two here ed reed
