    Building a team capable of winning division and conference championships sounds good to me at this point.

    Phil Jackson...? I mean good coaches usually have good players. Was Marv Levy as master tactician? No... but you are selling him short. He was able to coach a team with Todd Collins and Alex Van Pelt as a QB to 6 wins...

    There may actually be something there. How long do it take the Patriots to recover from Flutie? The Bears? Unfortunately the Chargers hurt my theory.

    Would not be a bad move but would not happen b/c of the personality of Wilson versus the personality of JJ. However, outside of Pete Carroll, I do not know of any coaching sexy coaching candidate out there right now.

    The best plan would be to let New England score field goals and hope that McGee can get a few TDs on kickoff returns.

    Maybe having a converted tight end playing right tackle hasn't helped him much. Around that time of the switch there was the drop off. Peters athleticism seems to indicate he would make a better pulling guard or a left tackle...

    Yeah, because that would have been so much worst than what happened. Open your eyes, the Bills constantly blitz on third and long, the other teams always see it coming and more often than the not the other team gets a key third down or have you not noticed the terrible third down rate for the defense?
