  1. IMO (also, direct knowledge, but whatever) this is the only admin in a long while that at least voiced the issue as a clear and present danger. Sorry for them that Iraq didn't have a newsworthy smoking gun. Might be surprised what has been learned through Libya, but again, who cares? I can't believe Bucky got tossed. But Katherine McFun bags will win overall, anyway.
  2. Maybe it's just me, and I know I'm in the minority, but I'm going to look at this next Monday or Tuesday and form an opinion then. I have no input on the draft, but I can damn sure praise or B word over the result. That's my right as a fan.
  3. Yeah, like someone is going to take an airstrike in Philly seriously. I'm saving that for NJ, they already have a history of bombing grade schools, which gives me plausible deniability.
  4. WTF is "trickeration"? Does it come inside a 60's breakfast cereal? OK, the same complaint theme has been used ad nauseum in a lot of different areas, but damn - it seems like each year that goes by TV gets dumber because it's cheaper to do so, and they have it in their heads that we will accept anything because it's TV. That said, I have no idea how to change it. The "smart" channels, like History, Discovery and NGC have fallen into it as well. UFO tabloid and secret weapons of the Nazis. Sheesh.
  5. Yeah...running across her by chance would be one of those "ubba thug thornby lubble doodle" moments.
  6. Honestly, I wouldn't do that. It doesn't reflect the reality and many people who read it would look at it in the Sci-Fi frame of mind, and dismiss it. Defeats the purpose. I could probably do a half decent job of explaining a 6-8 kt device in Washington, LA or NYC - but I'm just another internet poster with an opinion.
  7. OK, all I can get on short notice is a couple Apaches. And I promised them only cover fire through the parking lot to get that.
  8. Ah...remember your first deer? I couldn't stop looking at him hanging in the shed.
  9. Allison Kraus- I just love her voice. She can sing to me anytime. I'd enjoy sitting on the couch and playing the guitar for one of her ballads. Lean Rhimes has come along in the same way with the look. Probably one of the best voices in country music, and she's all grown up now. All over. I also wouldn't mind a few hours with Sara Evans. Has some nice curves, and a sultry low voice. We could discuss politics and hockey playoffs, or something. Julie Roberts is definitely a hottie. But, even if one absolutely can't stand country - do yourself a favor and watch a Shania Twain video with the sound off, if you have to. I don't know that I'd vote her number one - but damn...
  10. Oh, I know it wasn't, Cincy. I was just musing out loud and pretty well agreeing with you. The realities of things are pretty well lost on a lot of people, until they happen.
  11. Yup. I forget where, but she was in the top 10. Shania was number one.
  12. I think that's the key. Atlanta IMO is not the "south". That's true of any big city. Savannah is the "south", in Georgia terms. Atlanta is a little bit of everywhere.
  13. Everyone here is a flaming liberal democrat. Things get interesting. I'm the only semi-conservative within 5 blocks. For some reason, raving about the evil George Bush and telling me the evil of my ways gets them horny. I don't understand it, nor do I care to.
  14. Slipping to the side a bit, I had an insomnia period the other night and instead of watching infomercials, caught a thing on CMT about the top 20 sexy women in country music. Holy Crap! It's not Loretta Lynn's Nashville, any more.
  15. Let me guess. He's all for Condos on Gettysburg, too.
  16. The Ted is the same way. How many times have you seen the Atlanta fans cheering players on the other team? Didn't they give Ozzie a standing ovation in his last game there?
  17. That would defeat the purpose. He needs to live in isolation and be miserable.
  18. Trust me. I already know more than most people would care to.
  19. I lean towards life in prison myself. He's a young guy, and I'm pretty certain prison wouldn't be much fun for him.
