What do predictions after game 4 last year
nero47 replied to Fake-Fat Sunny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I still stand by my 11-5 or 9-7 prediction, as I originally felt we would lose the first two. I expect us to win the next four, before losing to Oak and NE. -
The struggles of JP and the Buffalo offense
nero47 replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Repectfully disagree. I see JP responding extremely well this week. This is a bright QB, who learns from week to week. This week he will be looking off receivers, as well as having a fired up running back to keep the D line honest. -
Are the Bickering Bills coming back?
nero47 replied to The_Real's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Suddenly Mularkey and his coaching staff are only middle of the road and need to bow to the "star" Players. It didn't seenm to be that way last year or in the first game this year. WM needs to start playing like the premier back he thinks he is. "Cadillac" in tampa made him look secondary. Parker last year did the same. I get it he only plays like a star when the other guys don't have a star back of their own. That means a stellar game this week and a horrible game against Miami. Grow up WM. -
Most innaccurate passer in the ENTIRE league
nero47 replied to Justice's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Evidently you already missed it. Our Defense got torn apart last Sunday. They sucked worse than JP. Where were the stops, turnovers, sacks, etc. We looked bad because nobody!!! played well. -
I would agree with your statement. This was a game in which every facet failed. If their defense forces us 3 and out. it is our defense's job to return the favor. The offensive line needs to open holes, but mcgahee needs to move the pile instead of running around it. JP faced his first real defensive coordinator and got rattled. in fact He didn't realize how much easier things are if you relax. The throw to a wide open Moulds showed that. My preseon prediction was that we would lose this game because we were playing a superbowl tested defense with their coordinator. This was not a bad team. Now that they've been awakened, perhaps they will get real.

PIN numbers are on the magnetic strip. A sharp thief will have areader to get the info. Call the bank immediately and get a new card.

Preseason pick here was a loss. Hope I'm wrong but TB 13 - Bills 10 Cadillac - 85 yds McGahee - 97 yds

Final Score this Weekend: Bills v. Texans
nero47 replied to NJ_BillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Final score will be 31-10. Defense shuts down Texans and creates many opportunities. Offense operates very well on short field. -
My concern was just that going back to oakland and stinking the joint up again. I also thoght that they had upgraded their defense. Against the run maybe, against the pass not at all.
-
are these the raiders we must fear. I had them down for one of our losses this season . After watching their defense, I may be putting that one in the win column. BTW this is no longer preseason. The Pats look beatable and not necessarily with a perfect game.

Final Score this Weekend: Bills v. Texans
nero47 replied to NJ_BillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
if Bills are leading why is Losman throwing a pass? -
8-8 maybe not 3-13. Defense is too good, as are ST. Preseason practices are over, game plans go into effect. Running plays be com a staple. Also watch for long passes early to loosen up defenses. He doesn't have to make them only come close enough to force the defense to think.

When an official says EVACUATE..it

There are shelters for people to go to to ride out storms in Hurricane areas, whther in Texas, the Gulf Coast, Florida or The East Coast. If New Orleans did not have a plan of where to house people safely, shame on them and the state of Louisiana. For now we can only give to the red cross or salvation army to help house and feed those in need, regardless of whether they were foolhardy or not. As an aside, most of these people have never been through a hurricane before an think it is mostly wind. most due not show the kind of flooding that we are seeing because of NO's location. -
nixon tried price caps in the 70's, it only put off higher prices later, then led to stagflation. Heard gas is $5.50 per gallon in Atlanta.

Players don't progressively get better
nero47 replied to Kelly the Dog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Well Put. This is a training period. JP appears to be adjusting well. The O-line is running plays according to the book and does not appear to be adjusting to the type of defense being portrayed by the otherside. Otherwise I think you would see other linemem in there. -
Well said

Well, we have another one coming!!!

our state constitution prevents a state income tax, and can only be changed by general election vote of the citizens. -
Does anyone know if the preseason games are shown on directtv, and if so whether they will be showing the Bills game at Saddlejacks in Daytona Beach this week. I know the people who run the place are from Rochester and big Bills Fans. OBTW : After scrutinizing our opponents scoring and defensing (pts for and against) at home and away,(against our own abilities) for last year. I predict the following two possible outcomes: either a 9-7 season again ( no playoffs) or 11-5 (playoffs) It was very interesting to see how poorly some teams played in their own stadium.

Not being vanilla with the D in pre-season
nero47 replied to Fake-Fat Sunny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Why is itwe always concern ourselves with teams gameplanning their offenses for our D in the regular season. We are not gameplanning our D in preseason we are simply testing different plays just as the O does. Come regular season we will be using the D to game plan against the oppositions O. -
Did Mel Kiper see the same scrimmage I did?
nero47 replied to Charlie68's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
All the write-ups I saw reported stats of 6/10 or 6/9. my math shows 60% to 67%. That will win you a lot of ball games Everyone talks about the almost interception and very little about the almost TD to Evans. Every QB has at least two bad throws per game, even brady and manning and I don't see them being labeled as weak. JPL will get us where we need to go. The playoffs baby!!!!! -
About time someone realized that Jonas Jennings was not a great LT. Besides being hurt quite a bit, I would like to see a stat that shows sacks allowed lineman. my money would be on JJ at the top of the list. Everyone thinks JP is going to suffer as a Rookie QB. However he has more going for him than Big Ben did. First, he has had afull year to learn the system before going in cold. Second, field position is almost everything. Our defense and ST's playing at their potential should produce many short fields allowing plenty of short drives and limitations on the other teams D as to what they can do. Gandy doesn't have to be All-Pro.

Wake up and read. moulds has already restructured his contract. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor..._len&id=1990017

Touche! However i don't think WM is going down for any length of time. I believe he's back at full strength and with the wall in front of him he shouldn't be getting hit real clean.
