  1. I see you never checked that thread after I posted again. Still making yourself out to be a jackass I see. With reading coming so hard to you, its surprising to see you posting as much as you do. Its okay though, we can keep pretending that I don't know what I'm talking about, just so you can remain on your high horse. You totally did not understand the point I was making in that thread, which actually made you the retard. You probably should have read each post I wrote in that thread before flapping your gums.
  2. Lee Evans has a show that's on... not sure when and where, but they are always playing clips and/or interviewing him on WGR. I've heard Poz a couple times on other local stations, he was on 98.5 the other day.
  3. I don't think Schobel is underrated at all. The reason no one recognizes him is because his numbers are quiet. Although him and Bruce are only 11 sacks apart at this point, many of Bruce's sacks came at key times, i.e. crucial 3rd down stops or at the end of games that killed drives. Schobel... not so much. He may put up numbers, but not in the same way. Had he done anything meaningful, he would be rated where he should be and gotten more credit. I don't want to sound negative, I like Schobel a lot, but there is a reason he is "underrated" to some. When you needed Bruce to make a difference in a game, or you needed a big play, he was there. Can we count on Schobel? The answer is no IMO. For those reasons, he can put up as many sacks as he wants, but to me, he'll never be considered with one of the greats, just a good, solid player.
  4. With all of his great touchdown passes, combined with all of his boneheaded plays and interceptions that leave you scratching your head, he does seem to have a split personality.
  5. I really thought Huff was going to be the real deal. I thought he'd break the U. Texas curse and become legit. Thank God we got Whitner. Who were our safeties that year had we not taken Whitner? Troy Vincent and Coy Wire?
  6. Is Romo even that "young?" Wasn't he a backup for like 4 years or something like that, and this is his 2nd year starting? That's a lot of years in the league to be considered "young."
  7. In fact, it was his "pipe laying" that got himself into this mess in the first place.
  8. You know what's hilarious? I thought to myself, "Why would a fan of such a horrible team and franchise actually brag, think they're going to win, and talk schit?" I just couldn't understand. They've got no line, no receiver's, a QB that looks like he ate the starting LT, a coach that looks like the gerber baby and is about to be fired, an owner that is certifiably insane, and a collective team that might not be the best team in college football. Then I realized... its the best team they've had in years
  9. Surely, wonderlic scores mean a lot. Do you want the list of players that did great on the wonderlic and sucked in the NFL, and did poorly on the wonderlic but starred in the NFL? Don't you think the fact that he played on horrible teams, with horrible QBs, and still couldn't win the job (with 5 different teams), that it says something about how bad he is? He couldn't beat out Daunte Culpepper, Drew Stanton, Jon Kitna, Kurt Warner, Matt Moore, and Chad Pennington. But yeah... he's good. I think its hilarious, and maybe an insight in to how stupid you are, that you said that, and then later on in the same thread said this: This was my personal favorite. Sounds like your boy McCown, don't you think? LOL
  10. Edwards hasn't played better than Favre? Are you kidding me? So Favre played against a pretty good Patriots D.... Edwards played against TWO top 5 defenses and completed 70% of his passes with a 107.7 QB rating.
  11. So they had the choice between a smart QB that can't throw the deep ball, vs a dumbass QB with a strong arm, and they chose the smart one.... Sound familiar? Ginn is not Parcells' pick and Pennington gives them a better chance to win than McCown, and does everything better than him other than throw the deep ball. And how is having Chad Henne and Kellen Clemons as the backup QB's not having anyone young behind the starters to develop?
  12. How gay are you that you think a picture of Cooley's rooster is erotic? Dude...
  13. Good post, but these first couple sentences are exactly what erks me. This is a new season, it doesn't matter one bit what these teams have done in the past decade, IMO. Through the first two weeks, for the reasons above, the TWO Bills wins are more impressive than the Colts ONE win. As the weeks go on, obviously the rankings should change according to additional wins and losses. Also, we were winning that game at the half mark, and were only down in the scoring for a quarter or so. The Colts were getting pounded all game long until they came back on the very last play of the game. There's a HUGE difference. Personally, I am one who thinks they will all come around and their offense will be fine. But, until they actually do "get their timing back", start winning some games, and look good doing it, you can't say that they are a better football team. Keep in mind, these are rankings after the first two weeks of the season and that's it. So, for two weeks, we DID prove something. You are absolutely right about the two Bills wins, but I believe I am right about the two Colts games, and the Colts ONE win is not better than our TWO. Regardless of where we are or should be in the rankings, the Colts should not be in front of us. And they should have been. This is exactly what I'm taking about. This is only the first two weeks, and these performances are all we know from the teams so far. After the first two weeks in '03, the Bills were a top 5 team.
  14. I can't understand how the Colts are that high up on the list and ahead of us. They are 1-1 and lost to a bad bears team, and were getting beaten by the Vikings the whole game until they barely pulled it out at the end. With all the trouble Manning and Harrison has had this season, combined with losing their best DT and Bob Sanders, I don't see how they can be in the top 10 ahead of us. Their 1 win was against the Vikings, who are a middle of the pack team, and it took every second in that game to beat them. People need to stop living in the past and actually think about this year.
  15. I hate to nitpick, because I agree with everything you said, but I think that statement is no where near being correct. I'm sure there are plenty of names, Alex Smith being one, that are worse than JaMarcus. He's not even bad yet, this is only 2 games into his first year starting, I don't know how you can say that at this point.
