  1. How about "Wang makes his first start since 2008" or "Wang starts against __ tonight".... I could keep going. Relax.
  2. You don't see the humor in it? How about "wang" being slang for a man's genitalia, and "mound" being slang for a woman's? Wang returns to mound. Must be me, I think its hilarious.
  3. On the ESPN ticker, I just almost passed out from laughing so hard, because it said: "Yankees Wang to return to mound." ...... This almost seems too funny to be done on accident. Does someone at ESPN have a sense of humor?
  4. Why is everyone saying that no one saw the Stroud deal coming? I could have sworn when we traded for him, he wanted a new contract. We initially moved some money around to make him happy, but I thought it was mentioned he'd get a new deal when the season was over if he stayed healthy.
  5. New Orleans is looking to trade down from the #14 pick. PM me if you're interested.
  6. What the hell are you talking about? Enough healthy bodies? Tell me what offensive lineman were injured during training camp and preseason.
  7. Yes. Lets add another DE that is good against the run. Jesus Christ.
  8. Doesn't anybody? We need a DE, the best one is there (Orakpo), and people want to draft a WR or a tweener who we don't even know can play in his current condition. He added an incredible amount of weight, lost some quickness, and nobody knows what he will be like on the field right now. The only thing people have to say negative about Orakpo is that he comes out of the same school that other players have failed. He is productive. He has done everything he's been asked to do, and done it with great success. I'm not an advocate for him, I like Brown much better, but if the choices come down between Orakpo and Maybe (yes, maybe. Because that's all we know about him) I'm choosing Orakpo every time.
  9. Based on the evidence that the Bills drafted him as a project, and wanted to stash him on the practice squad to let him develop, except Jauron had to admit "he's come along faster than we thought" and his play in the preseason forced the Bills to keep him on the roster instead of the squad, because another team would have taken him. Just a start.
  10. Quick feet and raw athleticism, with poor strength? This is why Bell needs to stay at LT and not move to guard.
  11. I would be very happy.. if I understood what the hell you just said.
  12. After the pass rush, OG is a SERIOUS need IMO. Not only do we not have a starter, we don't have backups. I think the only way to legitimately stop Owens and Evans is to get to Edwards before he can throw the ball. With us having a large hole at LG, a new OC that we don't know how good he is, not knowing what we're getting from Peters, and no solid backups at OG or OC that can come in and play WHEN a starter goes down, I view the interior of the line as a SERIOUS concern. I think we need to draft AT LEAST two interior lineman, but preferably three.
  13. He's had absolutely no one around him to do anything. Bulger has been hurt, or just played very poorly, and Steven Jackson has been injured, too. That team has been in complete dissaray since he's been there, with no consistent players around him. Is there a chance that he's not the player he once was? Sure. But is it also possible that he can be, or still is capable at producing at a high level? I think it exists.
  14. Is that seriously your argument? Wow.
  15. And, I doubt the Giants would release him if there were even the slightest chance he wasn't going to jail.
  16. No Plaxico, No Amani Toomer, No Jeremy Shockey, No Derrick Ward. If that isn't a team desperate for playmakers, I don't know what is.
  17. And then will be suspended by Goodell when he "returns."
