  1. I don't think he bought the earings. I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure he just wore them out and around for the day and then returned them.
  2. I think you should be banned for posting a youtube video featuring the Patriots scoring a touchdown. And to answer your question, that play takes too long to develop, IMO. I like the reverse play, throwing back to the QB (if you have an athletic QB who can run and catch at the same time).
  3. This !@#$in sucks. This is my last straw with Goodell. I can't stand him.
  4. Because we are the first team to open up camp. Other teams don't open for another week. We don't have our top pick signed, unlike other teams.
  5. You're right. You should just show up at your job without knowing how much you're getting paid, or what your medical benefits are, just because you should be happy to have a job. Good one.
  6. Are you kidding? Where have you been? We have this problem almost every year. It is rare our top pick is in camp for the start. McKelvin wasn't signed in time, Whitner wasn't signed in time, and Marshawn was signed until the morning of camp (I believe he missed the first practice, and arrived for the afternoon, but not sure).
  7. It starts from the top on down. Usually once the first pick is signed, it sets a guideline for the 2nd, then the 3rd, and so on. The 1st pick usually gets about 10% higher than the 1st overall pick the year before, though it does get tricky if it's a QB, which is the case this year. Also, Jake Long took less money than the 10% annual raise, so that is something the adds into Stafford's argument as well. Once the top picks sign, it usually creates a domino effect. But if they haven't, teams such as the Bills are put in a tough spot because there really are no guidelines to go by, and neither side wants to risk getting owned (by signing, then once the other picks sign and the market is set, you realize you could have gotten a lot more).
  8. Wow. She actually looks exactly like him.
  9. I had no idea. Someone should have made a thread about this earlier.
  10. I'm smoking the same stuff you were when you said no analyst would chose Reggie over Bruce.
  11. I believe that was also the play McGee hurt his shoulder pretty bad when he landed.
  12. Oh, boy. I give up. There's no hope for trying to make your brain process things it just can't seem to process.
  13. My God, you are a moron. Let me ask you this: When you go to buy a new car, is "how good the car is" the only thing you consider when buying it? Or does the term "value" have more factors that goes into it?
  14. Oh really? Because you seem to think a player's "value" means "how good he is." That says enough right there.
  15. The Main place mall is located on Main street... in pretty much the direct center of all business activity in downtown Buffalo... you can't pick a better location than that.
  16. Holy schit! I can't believe they let her wear that on air!
  17. Thank you. You said it better than I. Or at least explained it in terms that VOR can understand.
  18. Read the thread. I was saying that just because teams didn't give us their 1st rounder for Peters, and selected an OT with their pick instead, doesn't have to mean that Peters isn't as good as we think.
  19. Oh, I wasn't saying you were. I was saying the same thing you were, and pointing to race as a factor in who they "go after." It is WEO that for some reason is trying to get me to say that I think T.O. is equal to the rest of the names on that list, and I have no idea why.
  20. Just because teams weren't knocking down our doors to give their high 1st round picks for Peters doesn't mean that Peters MUST be just a decent tackle. It probably doesn't even have much to do with his play. It could be more because they don't want that type of attitude on their football team, or because they don't have the cap money to sign him, or they don't want to handicap their salary cap future. None of that has to do with how good Peters is. So to say that since teams woudn't give us their high first rounders, and instead wanted younger, cheaper guys with extremely high potential, somehow leads to Jason only being a decent player, is absolutely ridiculous, and a horrid way to set up an argument and make an unjustified conclusion.
  21. Well, his conclusion from that was that he's a decent tackle.
  22. No one that lives downtown owns a computer, so no.
