i agree, but i also think that those players not being developed until after TD is gone says something as well...

jeez how many LB's are we going to keep? the good ones are spikes, fletcher, crowell, stamer, haggan, hunter, ezekiel, and now odom... so who's getting cut?

i know he has terrible character but that is so tempting... maybe if he were to be cut it would light a fire under his ass, he might also feel comfortable coming back to work with jauron

i dont think it is a must-have, but there are FB's out there that can physically produce a running game, guys like lorenzo neal and tony richardson who have blocked for a 1,000 yard rusher for the last 8-10 years no matter who it is back there, i think we are in a good situation with either shelton or ricard, is there a possibility of keeping both, or does everyone see it as one or the other

ive been meaning to post a topic regarding this, but how do you see our FB situation playing out? are we going to keep both? if ricard is really better then why was he sitting in free agency so long?

Also 2 out of his 3 throws were horrible passes and Terry Glenn just made phenominal catches, the one over the middle should have never been thrown, and the touchdown was in a terrible spot.

i hope aiken steps up and takes the spot, i dont like to depend on josh reed. if he does something good then great, but i dont want to count on him to do so. price is shaky as well as davis, lets give aiken a shot.

Why do you care about todd collins? I hate all this talk about him. Why do people waste there time following up on a player that barely started one year for us, and turned out to be a bust yet we are still tracking what he does 10 years later? ....... who cares

i find it annoying that people say he is not a bust because he played well in one half of a pre-season game against one of the worst defenses in the league. The guy hasnt even started his second game in the NFL, there's no way one can say he is a bust, and there is no way that you can say that he isnt.

his hands are actually great, but hes extremely slow and looks real stiff. The fact that he lacks quickness makes his route running suffer a lot, and he wont be able to out muscle guys at the pro level to make up for it like he did in division II. I hope he pans out and can make the practice squad this year.

i want JP to be our man this year, but if i were the coach i would start holcomb throughout the preseason some just to keep JP's head in check, i think holcomb should start and get one series with the 1st team and then JP 1 series and the first team out.

- I think the most interesting thing I saw today was the personel change on defense. In our nickel coverage Troy Vincent moves from safety to the 3rd corner on the inside and Rashad Baker came in and played the cover safety. I found this interesting because of all the rave of Jabari Greer vs. Eric King for the 3rd corner position. - I really hope Roscoe Parrish can just stay healthy, he is truley electrifying. There is nobody that can handle him, he is so quick and can stop on a dime in and out of cuts. - Andre Davis made a lot of plays today, but he didnt look good doing it. He looked slow and bobbled the ball, but seemed to always be the one catching it. - Kyle Williams had an outstanding day of practice. He uses his hands so well. He looked better than Tim Anderson and McCargo, I was definitely impressed. - In the mini rookie scrimage Wendell Hunter was making plays at both sidelines. He looked really good and was not only fast but i saw a running play come right at him and he fired in there like a missle and stuffed about 3 lineman. I dont know where this burts of energy came from. - Stamer impressed me again with some nice break-ups and looked like an animal on the special teams drills. - Im glad we have Robert Royal on our team. Yes he is making plays and they are definitely featuring him a lot, but is just a leader out there for the receivers and tight ends. I think with some of the departures of our veterans last year we needed a guy like this.
