  1. Actually.... it did. Did you watch the Giants game? He held his own against Osi, one of the best pass rushers in the league. I was impressed.
  2. Like I've said, and will continue to say until even after the season is over... Hardy was brought in here for touchdowns. I don't care how many receptions or yards he has, I'm looking at touchdowns and I would expect at least 5-6. If he can give us that and build on it next year, that is a good start with a rookie year. Any type of reception or yardage total just just gravy in my book.
  3. Yes. He was forced into it because they made so much noise and attracted so much publicity that he was put on the spot.
  4. When will you dumbasses stop falling in love with every arrested player that is released or wants to be traded?
  5. Archuleta has become one of the worst safeties I've seen. The book on him was always that he was terrible in coverage, but a great guy for run support. However, every time I watch him play, all I see is him missing tackle after tackle. Now he can't cover or play the run. Its no wonder he was released.
  6. Good article. I really like Bell's attitude, he seems like a really great kid. I hope he can stick around.
  7. "Offensive lineman who have started and been successful at major college programs whos skills translate directly to the NFL" are not mid round picks, they are first day picks. How about we also draft a receiving TE in the 7th round that has been highly productive and can come in right away and start
  8. The article is actually defending us as fans of Buffalo towards the ownership.
  9. As well as our new back-up QB Kordell Stewart, right? lol Sorry, I'm going to have to keep ragging on you for a while lol.
  10. I bet this is one post you'd like to have back lol.
  11. I also think the surprise player will be TE Derek Fine. 50 catches and almost 1,000 yards is a lot to expect from Hardy, IMO. I'm not going to put a catch number and yards that he should have, because as long as he's giving us touchdowns that is what we need. I expect at least 6 touchdowns from him.
  12. I wouldn't be shocked if he made the team, or possibly even started, judging by the lack of competition we have at that position as well as special teamers we lost. I just think everyone is getting a little crazy and overboard with Viti, thats all. Lets hope he IS the next generation.
  13. Its odd they released Gandy, but they draft 3 TEs every year, so I guess not really a surprise Fletcher is out.
  14. I'll be honest, I've been here a while and you're probably the poster I most likely agree with all of the time, but we're really far off on this Viti thing. I don't understand how you can be so obsessed with an UDFA FB from the army. If he was anything like you say he is (better lead blocker than Schmitt, a starter, and the next generation of Gash and Neal) don't you think he would have been drafted? I think you are really exaggerating his skill set and abilities. Those things you mentioned ought to be characteristics of a FB drafted in the 2nd round. He sounds like he has the attitude and strength, but football is much more than that.
  15. I disagree. The Bills brass have said repeatedly that as a TE, you've got to be both a blocker and a pass catcher for our system, and Rucker is only a receiving threat. I like the kid, but he couldn't block his head from smacking into his knee everytime he sits down to put his cleats on.
  16. He sounds smart, I think most of us would agree that was probably the best move for him. That must be hard passing up the opportunity to actually be drafted, though.
