Solid flow by Williams to make that tackle -

For the Allen defenders, I agree typically ball placement is good throwing it over The outside shoulder but when you have 10 yards behind the DB maybe put some air under the ball and make it an easier catch. To me it’s both of their fault -

Terrible throw for how wide open he was -
What a win by Vanderbilt. They kept taking those late punches by Alabama's offense and kept responding. Good for them.

Concerned that Joe Brady may have crashed back to reality.

For as much as people want to bash Beane , if any of these guys were GM we’d see a max exodus/ adding big names after every loss -
Raiders are open to trading Davante Adams

I get this line of thinking but the purpose of gaining a high draft capital is your hoping to get an impact player through the draft or trade that will give you 4 years of cheap labor versus a 32 year old rental that is on the verge of falling off a cliff as a WR. -
Dolphins activate OBJ, will play vs Pats
gonzo1105 replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yea, he hasn't played really at all the last couple of years and they are playing Huntley who surprisingly looked worse than Thompson. -
I wouldn't mind Doubs as I do think he would probably be our # 1 or 2 WR right now. I don't think Buffalo makes the move as they don't want another me guy, its pretty obvious. The positive side is you might be able to get him for extremely cheap especially if he is such a malcontent that they just want to get rid of him.

Did Beane Fail Josh and the fan base?
gonzo1105 replied to Returntoglory's topic in The Stadium Wall
No he hasn't failed him. They have simply met a team that was better than them most years in the Chiefs. Is there a big gap between the two teams no there isn't but the Chiefs have been better. You want to argue that is Beane's fault than sure but he has done enough for Allen when it comes to playmakers. Signed Beasley and Brown. Traded for Diggs. Drafted Kincaid, Davis and Coleman -

The quote from another poster was useless. He blocks, he plays STs. You wanna talk to me about MVS being useless okay. I don’t disagree with your point but there is a difference between useless and being an above average pass catcher -
O'Cyrus Torrence.....He just hasn't taken that next step...
gonzo1105 replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m never a big fan of taking huge offensive lineman. Lateral quickness is always a big question mark and knee bend. When big guys get tired, they get lazy. Torrence surprised me early in year 1 but since then has been about what I expected. An average guard -
We’re gonna need to run the ball well and have Allen make plays with his feet

Week 5 - Bills at Texans Game Week Thread

Hollins is far from useless. He is not a great WR by any stretch but he is a great blocker. Need him to be the guy who got 700 yards in 2022 tho this week -
Hamlin hasn’t been fine. He is terrible in the run game. I can’t wait to get Bishop in there and Edwards needs to be starting next to him until Rapp comes back

Pulling for Knox to have a breakout game on Sunday

Idc as long as we win if that means Knox has 15 catches great, if Knox has zero great -
Yup I like Ian Eagle but Charles Davis ruins him. Can’t believe Kevin Harlan is a C teamer

Joe Marino All-22 review - "The coaches were duds"
gonzo1105 replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
We can all break down film all day. What I saw was a team that wanted it more and came in with a physical mindset and they didn’t get matched. As a former coach, sometimes you just get your ass kicked and that’s what happened. It was very similar to the Bengals divisional game. The ravens wanted to run it they did it, screen passes you got it, play action passes were there. It was one of those nights -

Again , whether we feel culture is important is irrelevant it’s been clear for years that the Bills value it and that’s not going to change -
Raiders are open to trading Davante Adams
gonzo1105 replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
The problem with this board is they don’t look at cultural fit. Adams had now forced himself off two teams. Kupp has been a model teammate his whole career. The Bills like these things whether people want to acknowledge them or not. I’m not saying it’s a good or bad move just saying out of the guys who could be available I could see the Bills calling about him specifically. It’s much of what I said about Coleman fitting their culture in the pre draft process when 95% of this board was hating him because of his 40 or separation skills. -
Yes, we have been a slow football team in general for years. Bishop will help big in that once we get Hamlin off the field but none of the DBs are elite athletes that start

They won’t trade him to KC that’s for sure. I would expect Pittsburgh or NYJ. How bout a dark horse with someone like the Commanders? That division is wide open and with Daniels ahead of schedule maybe they make a move for a # 1 WR I do believe that someone like Cooper Kupp would be more up the Bills alley if they were going to trade for a guy
