The Bills always give up some sort of points to good teams on their first drives. Its like they play base and wait to see what the other team does before they adjust to them. It absolutely hurts watching them fall behind constantly against good teams.

I mentioned in the Ravens thread that I saw last weeks show and it put a wry smile on my face as the Ravens talked about what a special team they had and how special Jackson/Henry was knowing that the Bills had eliminated them from the playoffs already. This is two weeks in a row that the opponent was shocked that the Bills played a conservative ball control offense and that they were effective in doing so. Payton made some comments about how surprising it was to see the Bills run the ball as much as they did and how efficient they were at it against them

I disagree but I’m one of the handful of people in the offseason who wasn’t calling this a rebuilding year. I’ve been begging this regime to get younger and faster for the last 3 years and they finally started that process this year and I expect it to happen next year as well since they are likely to have 10 draft picks. This team is as capable as the other 3 if not more to win the SB. It’s time for this bunch

If your watching the Hard Knocks series on the AFC North this last episode focused on the Ravens vs Steelers Wild Card but it put a wry smile on my face listening to how great the Ravens felt about their chances to make a huge run and Harbaugh talking to Berman about the great leadership of having Lamar wanting to throw out side in the cold and wind ripping it with perfection for two days. Harbaugh talking to the official on the sideline about just how special the combo of Jackson/Henry was knowing we ended their season. I'm very much looking forward to the next episode which will undoubtedly focus on the Bills vs the Ravens.

I think Notre Dame plays Ohio State very tight but OSU pulls it out. Notre Dame plays like a team and that means something. I hate both these teams but I’m happy an SEC team finally isn’t involved and Notre Dame is a likable team

I called Blakeman as the ref when I was sleuthing in the point spread. His staff calls a lot of penalties but doesn’t seem to favor the Chiefs at all. Hochuli did our divisional game last year so I correctly picked both officials and that Blakeman would be ours

Yup totally agree. People want the big explosive plays and haven’t come around to were more the Steelers with Big Ben or the Panthers with Cam than we are the High flying pass team they saw 5 years ago

It was interesting because they were in a 4-3 but they walked Dorian up onto the line of scrimmage to chuck the Tight Ends and take on the FB/pullers at the line. Something we ran in HS for Power I and Wishbone teams back in the day

If he’s willing to come back cheap with the possibility of being a backup player than yea especially now that he’s a full year removed from a serious injury. Elam isn’t in the plans for next year and I believe Douglas walks imo so it’s draft a guy fairly high and bring in a vet to compete

Not in the game thread only a couple acknowledged it as a bad throw. As for Andrews he has one year left on his deal and Likely is now the better player. I could see the Ravens drafting a TE fairly high and then letting him walk after this season
