  1. I agree, he was my # 1 guy who would be available but you couldn’t have a conversation around here last off-season if the name wasn’t Brian Thomas, Xavier Legette, or Adonai Mitchell with a little Xavier Worthy sprinkled in. I honestly don’t believe the Bills cared a ton about size necessarily. They took the upside player in Coleman which isn’t surprising when you look at their draft history
  2. Philly is pooping in their pants. Ravens truly do play to their competition
  3. The AFC playoffs are pretty much set with the 7 teams now. The 7th seed is the only thing up for grabs. Denver, Indy or Miami with a very outside chance. The Indy vs Denver game is going to be huge for those two teams in two weeks. Denver has to worry about tiebreakers because they are currently 3-4 in the conference while Indy is 5-4 and Miami is 4-4
  4. I remember when his name was getting thrown around for HC jobs.
  5. How many teams are going to fall for Justin Fields comes in the game and keeps it for a first down to end the game. Your backside DE shouldn't be pursuing at all. Man some NFL players are dumb as a box of rocks.
  6. I mean it is really ridiculous how good their offense has been this year and how unexplicably bad their defense has been as well. The fact they gave up 44 points to a Steelers team that has been offensively deficient almost all year long says just how bad they are.
  7. I've always thought Kyler Murray was terribly overrated. I mean for as much praise as people give him, just look at his careers stats. Its literally nothing special especially for a first round pick. I compared Caleb Williams to him and I don't think i'm far off.
  8. Thats an absolutely massive win for the Colts. I know its against the Patriots but it keeps them alive with that Broncos game a couple of weeks from now. The Patriots are going to be solid again in a year or two. I like what their trying to do but its all contingent on Maye's continued development.
  9. The old New England Communication system going down at the most inopportune time. Thought that died out with Brady/Belichick but I guess not.
  10. Richardson is def inaccurate but his guys have let him down 3 separate times just on this drive alone.
  11. Alex Austin making a play former Bills 7th rounder
  12. Patriots need to bring back those uniforms full time. They are so damn good looking.
  13. Steelers have a ridiculous schedule, I know their a game behind us and so on but i'll be very surprised if they are there when its said and done. I'm still not sure they win the North over the Ravens.
  14. Whats sad is if the Colts could get their head out of their asses they would have a shot in the division with their schedule cause the Texans look like they are in a severe regression but they are struggling with the Patriots.
  15. I disagree. Sometimes they can go overboard but kids don't need to see that ***** on television or live and start mimicking it as a young player.
  16. Man the Bengals are awful on defense just plain awful.
  17. I realize this and most teams dont give up on guys 2 years in. Hence the Bills not giving up on Elam. I was simply giving examples of teams that had given up on young players. I mean your scope is going to be very small if your looking for 1st round picks who were with their original team for two years who were only cut in the last say 10 years.
  18. I mean I dont know a ton of examples off the top of my head and there are obviously circumstances with different ones but Chris Carter and Brett Favre, Steve Young. I mean those are off the top of my head but i'm sure there are more examples but also acknowledge its much more likely that he will not find success.
  19. Give me Greg Rousseau. Needs to have the advantage rushing the passer against a backup and has to set the edge well for this McCaffrey outside zone runs
  20. Preseason game he pulled him cause of slippery conditions
  21. im not advocating for him to be on the 53. I said PS and there is zero wrong with a couple former high round guys being on a 17 man PS as reclamation projects. The Bills will also most likely have a need there next year with Douglas likely exiting and Elam in the last year of his contract and zero chance at the 5th year. We’re a team that is right to the cap and finding cheap contracts that can contribute is something this team has to do now and in the future. As for Forbes I could take it or leave it. He’s supposedly up to 180 pounds now . He has high ability it’s worth taking a look at if he’s willing to take a small role that can expand
  22. Yup lol, I mean he was the 16th pick 2 years ago. I assume the vast majority of the NFL will be after the guy and it’s possible someone claims him that has some cap space and a bad roster but you’d be on the hook for a solid contract for a guy who might be a bust. That’s the thing about taking a guy like this though. There is no downside just upside. The Bills wouldn’t be investing much of anything in him
  23. Forbes is a 1st round pick of the Commanders two years ago and is just 23 years old. He has to go through the waiver process like any person who is released but he comes with a decent contract due to the fact that he was a 1st round pick and might not be waiver claimed(tho I think its still a possibility). If he gets through waivers I'd like to see the Bills make a play for him as he is a very high upside play with low risk much like when they added Lewis Cine. He can come here and rehabilitate himself and get a chance to compete for the starting spot opposite Benford or at least be a depth corner. With that said, he was very bad in Washington and Washington basically gave up on him with a new coaching staff it seems. Very similar to Cine in that regard. Was a pretty consensus first round pick who had excellent ball skills at Mississippi State. Can do both man and zone from his college film but has a very thin build. I would not add him to the 53 but would offer him a PS spot
  24. I think your going to see him mix in for awhile with Williams. Gotta knock off the rust but need him more for the playoffs down the line so its the best of both worlds while Williams still gets live experience.
  25. Let’s hope this doesn’t end in divorce or we can count the 2028 season down the drain. Congrats to them. Both seem like they come from grounded backgrounds despite both being celebrities
