  1. Slow processors very rarely get better. He’ll always stink and like the other poster feel he’ll be in the UFL soon enough
  2. A couple of guys that I liked once upon a time that the Bills could add. These guys would be more practice squad types and not guys to put on the 53 man roster. Viliami Fehoko DE San Jose State (cut by Dallas) - Fehoko was a 4th round pick last year by Dallas but he had a knee injury as a rookie that really hampered him and he was buried in a very deep depth chart in Dallas and never really got an opportunity. His knock coming out was he didn't have great lateral agility but has really good size at 6'4 270 ish and if I recall had a hell of spin move at San Jose State. Might be worth taking a look at but could easily be picked up off of waivers by a bad team willing to stash him at the back of the 53. Ja'Tyre Carter OT Southern University (Cut by Chicago) - Carter was a very raw but promising tackle coming out of Southern University who was drafted in the 7th round. I thought he had all kinds of potential to be developed down the line as a swing tackle type. He was pushed into duty as a guard in Chicago way too early because their o line was trash and he wasn't good. I doubt the Bills would bring him in due to other young guys they have and there is potential for him to be picked up on waivers as well. Dillon Johnson RB University of Washington( Cut by Carolina) - I really like Johnson coming out of Washington this year but he was undrafted mostly because he ran a 4.7 40. I watched Johnson a lot in College last year and I was drawn to his overall toughness as a bell cow type back for Washington. Strong downhill runner who did well with the opportunities he was given during this preseason. Verone McKinley III Safety University of Oregon (Cut by Arizona) - Don't know if Buffalo would bring him in with probably keeping 5 Safeties and having two others on IR who are going to be released when healthy. McKinley was undrafted because he was a limited athlete with limited size but was a ballhawk in college and a lot of people were comparing him to Jairus Byrd. Hasn't caught on with a couple of teams now. Kedon Slovis QB Everywhere University (Cut by Indy) - Slovis was a former 5 star QB who went to multiple universities during his time in College. I think he has a ton of potential if he can be developed and could fit on the Bills PS as the 3rd guy and eventually become a backup in the NFL. He signed with the Colts and I have no idea why as they had a whopping 5 QB's in camp with 3 of them having NFL experience in Richardson, Flacco, and Ehlinger. He never had a shot at making their roster and I don't think he will be asked to be on their PS as it seems either Ehlinger or Jason Bean have the inside track for that.
  3. For all the the Bills have never not kept 6 LBs. The Bills have also never kept 11 DBs and that seems very likely unless a trade occurs. If they keep 11 something has to get chopped that they usually haven’t
  4. Malik Willis is awful
  5. I thought about Ulofoshio being the stash but he played in the last preseason game and was 2nd in tackles. I mean does the league care enough about it to investigate if he’s really injured
  6. I think that’s where the issue lies with SF and Aiyuk. Aiyuk wants that type of money but SF doesn’t think he’s worth that amount but would prob gladly pay him like 25 a season
  7. I think you’re overestimating him in College. He had a good soph season but in his junior season he couldn’t tackle anyone and has always been incredibly grabby at Florida. He didn’t excel in man his junior season and was never a good zone corner further showing his weaknesses when he got to the Bills. He was drafted on tools like size and speed and lineage more than his tape. He was the anti Tre White who didn’t have physical traits but great tape and excellent fit.
  8. I figured if he was of interest to Buffalo they would have asked for him in the Diggs trade. I know Day 3 picks are considered whatever but under this regime they have made some really good Day 3 picks
  9. He wants an extension thats the reason why he wants to be traded. I highly doubt someone is going to take him on without paying him.
  10. I've never been high on Elam but Jones is looking for a high paid extension on top of being traded so for that reason I would say no to the deal. Milano can't be cut really until 2026 so we don't need two large LB contracts.
  11. I agree on all of these points. Could someone scoop up Andreessen on a bad team and develop him at the back end of the roster while playing ST's sure I guess. I guess Buffalo can do that as well but Gore isn't getting claimed. Every year there is either a RB or WR that Bills fans love in the preseason and think is going to get claimed and doesn't.
  12. Eli Harold, what a win for Beane there.
  13. Yea that only move I can even recall off the top of my head was the trade for Ryan Bates. I'm sure there is another trade he made where he acquired a guy at cutdown but its very rare someone is coming in.
  14. Because they need another veteran in the room. They won’t feel comfortable playing Andreessen and Ulofoshio in real games, Williams is not proven yet, and Spector is hurt. I’ve said it in numerous other posts that it wouldn’t surprise me if they sign a vet. I can’t project who they will pick up so Morrow fits that role as of now
  15. Out of the names that have surfaced so far, i'd be most interested in Dillon Johnson the RB from Washington who was cut by Carolina for a PS spot. Not advocating for Tommy Sweeney but if they need a 3rd TE there is some familiarity there with him and could see the Bills bringing him in to the PS or 3rd TE spot
  16. If DiNucci makes the team it will be for one day until they can agree on a contract with a different QB.
  17. Yup I got ya I read through the verbiage and admitted I was wrong unlike in years past where there was no 2 IR return spots hence IR ing a young guy before the season to protect losing them
  18. Yea I hear ya. I think you can get around Trubisky or really any of them besides Milano by rostering them and making them inactive and calling up guys from the PS for 2-3 weeks instead of IRing them for an auto 4 weeks. Maybe they cut Ferguson and give him a contract extension by doing it since he’s a FA after the year. Like do me a solid and we’ll do you a solid type thing
  19. So it appears you’re right after looking at the verbiage but I wouldn’t expect MVS to want to do that. Maybe Morris would , I would think Spector they wouldn’t want to do. I also wonder out loud how much if they did IR a Spector or Morris for the year how that affects their years of service and Free Agency purposes. Might not at all but curious is all especially since Morris was undrafted
  20. We don’t even know if Spector is going to be out for the beginning of the season. Morrow would be the backup MLB. If for whatever reason Spector goes to IR I expect them to bring on a vet from another roster
  21. The problem is if you IR a 3rd person it’s for the season. That’s typically why they’ve IRd young guys.
  22. It is 8 but only during the regular season. The Bills can only designate 2 at 53 cutdowns
  23. Spector isn’t getting cut. Core ST who’s a veteran and knows the system . The Bills need the depth with Milano out. I’m not hating on the idea of Andreessen I had him on the roster after the 2nd preseason game but when breaking it down if he makes it he’ll be probably the last guy.
  24. The point was Andreessen isn’t making it over Ulofoshio. If they keep 6 can he make it sure. If someone goes to IR from the LB corps can he make it possible but less likely imo. His best path to be honest is if they decide to keep 9 DL or trade a DB but all 11 DBs are more valuable than keeping Andreessen at this point
  25. Deion Jones was already cut and the posters point was If Spector goes on IR. So my whole post and point still stands
