Goats: Allen Coleman Rousseau Bass Hollins Rough Days: Torrence Ingram until the final play -
Did McDermott took over play calling in the 2nd half?
gonzo1105 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
He clearly didn’t. You can see Babich screaming in the headset on what to do on the last play. They just settled into the game -

Why do they ***** around like this. You grab momentum, your defense has figured it out and you give them a chance to return it. Send Matt Smiley away on a bus. I’m not usually that guy but either they are really bad at picking STs players or Smiley is bad at his job -

I feel the Bills just need to get off the field a little quicker and if we do that we win. There is nothing about Arizonas defense to stop us only our defense is by letting them possess the ball so long -

Watching this game, Arizona has no chance of stopping us unless we stop ourselves. We can do what we want -

Ja’Marcus Ingram is killing us right now -
We kind of had a thread like this not too long ago but my opinion hasn’t changed. DE, DT, and WR are primary needs CB, LB, and backup QB are secondary needs I agree a I would l Ike to have a 2nd TE guy who can block. I don’t need Lee Smith but not a pure flex TE who has some experience blocking in College. Kicker and Punter should be on the list as well as would like to haves if Bass can’t turn it around

Packers @ Eagles in Brazil - Sept 6 at 8:15pm
gonzo1105 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Eagles still can’t cover a lick. Only got off the field there because Love was inaccurate two plays in a row. Once people corral that offense a bit their in trouble again -
I’m on the fence here. I assume the deal is in the 14-15 mill a season range which is actually a bargain for ascending tackles if you can believe that. Whether you think Brown is worth it is another point entirely. I agree with the point that with Grable and RVD looking like they’re ready to step in in a year or two. I assume Brown is working under his rookie contract for this year then the big money will be in the last two years. Dawkins signed an extension but has an out that happens to line up two years from now. That means by the time Browns money kicks in, Dawkins could be coming off the books for either Grable, RVD or a rookie pick. From a OL money management perspective it makes sense that you’ll likely only be playing one OT big money moving forward still in the future but will Brown keep ascending to be a dominant RT or will he plateau is the question. I also don’t think this affects us getting WRs in the future. All our WRs are under cheap contracts and I full expect, especially with locking up Brown, that one of our top 3 picks will be used on a pass catcher next year I’m on the fence here. I actually disagree that he punted well. He still has an incredible leg of course but he twice failed to put the ball inside the 10 yard line, booming one about 5 yards too deep and the other with no backspin that a Chiefs player almost saved. He’s the same punter he was in college. He’ll wow you with his big leg but his placement was always his Achilles and appears to still be

I was really high on Dorian coming out. Had him as my # 2 MLB prospect. He has very high end traits for the position but has struggled to harness at times. You can see him pop though and I’m hoping he can take a leap this year because he has pro bowl like potential in my opinion. I think the Bills drafted him to eventually replace Milano later down the road but Milanos injuries have thrust him in a prominent role now obviously

NFL 2024 Kickoff: Ravens @ Chiefs, Sept 5 - 8:20pm
gonzo1105 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
The Ravens in both this game and the AFC title game have gotten away from their run game way too much they need to run downhill with both Henry and Lamar and playaction off of that instead of constantly dropping back with Jackson who is not a natural passer. -

I mean I legit don't know the rule but should their not be a delay of game penalty on Spags for calling that TO? If the HC is the only one who can call it. -

Then they should have just injury settled with him instead of wasting one of their 8 return spots on him. Could have then signed him to the PS when he got healthy. -

I already told you Ty Johnson was injured. They obviously weren't going to expose Davis and Cook in the last game. Johnson had 1 carry for 6 yards this entire preseason. If we're going by your theory than Ty Johnson is in line to be the starter since the Bills didn't use him at all and must have been worried about their bell cow getting hurt. -

If you can believe it guys get better. There is also a new offensive coordinator who likes to throw to Running backs. Evans is a better pass catcher than Johnson. I'm not saying its the reason I said its a possible reason for why they IR'd Evans. Johnson was also injured all preseason. Its not totally inconceivable to think that Evans was going to make it. -

Mack Hollins wouldn't be running that. Its funny how people take their fastest guy and one of our slowest guys and make the comparison. Its like Worthy vs Samuel in that situation and yes if the Bills blocked it up that well, Samuel scores on that. -

Really easy for the Worthy when a man isn't going to touch him. The OL and supporting cast gave him a truck sized gap to run through.
