I tend to agree, have a two game cushion. You lose to Houston okay that sucks but you’re still in the drivers seat. Come back for Pitt and win both to lock the 1 would be my guess

I don’t know enough about kicking mechanics but it’s embarrassing for him to have the yips on short kicks. He absolutely buried dead center almost every one of his other kicks and he’s been mostly accurate but the ones he does miss are absolutely mind blowingly completely shanked not even close. It’s like he thinks too much on short ones and long ones he just lets it rip

It’s Bruce for now but Allen will be by the end of his career

Joe Burrow and HC Zac Taylor get in a heated convo at end of game

Id say it’s a much bigger risk not having a QB that can move the ball -

A defense can be built, he is gonna be looking for a place that he believes has a franchise QB or one he can draft in his first year -

I think that’s possible too I just said that in another post as well. Brady will also likely come with a cheaper price tag -

Yup could see this too just with the natural connections. I didn’t think he’d get one this off-season but the way the Bills O is rolling right now I think it’s a solid possibility -

I keep saying the Bengals should pull out all the stops to get Ben Johnson it makes sense from both sides of the financials make sense. I would typically say that the franchise QB always wins when their is a rift but the Bengals ownership does have a history of battling franchise QBs -
Good post felt it was warranted for a shout out

I agree with you. I mean I don't think the St. Brown TD should have had that reaction as we literally tipped the football and had 3 men around the football. If anything it was a great concentration catch and a great play by the Lions more than a Bills mistake. My big issue is the soft zone to burn time is they still allowed way too much chunk plays. The goal is to give up 7-8 yards a play not 12-15.

Yea, I noticed on one run play where he was meeting a RB head on that he kind of turned to lessen the blow on his on arm
-
I think he has been everything they asked Gabe Davis to be but better. He doesn't make the spectacular wow catch like Davis did from time to time but Hollins doesn't drop passes, he is one hell of a blocker, he's apparently a great teammate, plays ST's all for a nice tidy 2.6 million dollar tag. Ideally he is a WR # 4 on a good football team but this board did him really dirty after that Texans game.

The good news for us is that the AFC, with maybe the exception of the Ravens and the Bengals(who aren't going to make the playoffs) are the only two team's in the AFC that has the offensive firepower that the Lions and the Rams have in terms of capability. I mean the Chiefs are struggling on O, I don't think anyone fears Pittsburgh's offense. The Chargers are limited with weapons, the Broncos are employing a rookie QB, and the Texans struggle when you get them away from home. I'm not saying we're going to walk through the playoffs by any means but when it comes to dynamic offenses in the AFC there are very few that can match the Bills or even come close.

Defense’s Injuries - Can we get healthy for the playoffs?
gonzo1105 replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Honestly, Milanos injury might be a blessing to get Dorian back in the lineup since he’s been the better player. Need Milano healthy tho cause the drop off after Williams to Spectoris astronomical They still have to lock up the 2 seed that is still not guaranteed -
At least the #2 seed in the AFC in the bag now?
gonzo1105 replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
If the Texans can somehow get by the Chiefs with an injured Mahomes, it becomes a really strong possibility that they could end up in the 3 seed instead of the North Champion -
Combined, the outside guys got a total of 4 balls thrown to them. Hollins caught the one for a 7 yarder, Coleman caught the bomb then had the jump ball in the middle of the field that fell incomplete and Cooper wasn't targeted at all so without seeing an All-22 I'm guessing the Lions were bracketing outside WR's or the Bills believed they could toast the Lions over the middle.
-
He's better down towards the line of scrimmage right now. He almost got toasted on that Williams deep ball that was also a penalty thats where his weakness is at and unfortunately that is where the Bills need him to become successful unless their going to shift their scheme.
-
Ed has been invisible quite a bit this year but his two best games have been against KC and Detroit so I guess I'll give him that.
-
Yea I mean I know its not major but it makes me roll my eyes a little bit that he had to get carted off the field and he's a young guy who had to of known he was going to start this week so he should have been hydrating himself.
-
It was probably a Williams is hurt enough and we have a big enough lead so lets have Spector finish it type thing until they realized that Spector was getting absolutely abused on anything underneath and we're like okay Dorian gonna need you to go back in type thing.
-
Cole is much better suited at playing close to the line of scrimmage then he is being in a high safety look. He's actually similar to Elam in that the things he did in College didn't entirely fit the things that the Bills do defensively. I think he's smart enough to get it and become a solid safety but to be honest I'm more starting to get worried about Bishop's durability. He hurt the shoulder, he went out of the game today no matter how minor today and there was a little bit of chatter that he didn't come to camp in the best shape he could have if I recall.
-
I'd argue the top 5 QB and the top 5 TE but yea he has a lot of talent. Thats how these guys end up getting NFL jobs. We'll see if he can replicate it at his next stop. Thats why I think all things considered he would prefer the Bengals job if they invest in him and his staff there.
-
I'll bank on he plays next week or at most misses one game.
