  1. Tomlins response to stopping the Ravens. Well it’s Lamar, okay yea he’s good but your a defensive coach paid to figure out a way to stop him and others. Very non chalant and his team is playing like it too
  2. Steelers just look like a team that doesn’t care to be honest. I don’t know what their doing for coverage but my goodness their all just standing flat footed like their being taught just to watch the run game. It’s not a good indicator of Tomlin and his staff that they have kind of given up on the season
  3. I always say this but the Steelers have to find a way to get Warren the Ball. As sad as it is he’s one of their best offensive weapons
  4. I mean literally no one even went with him. Jesus. Steelers had their chances to get off the field
  5. Stroud has completely regressed. He is down two of his WRs and was missing Collins for a bit as well so we’ll see if he bounces back in year 3
  6. Wish they played Steelers/Ravens first so I had an idea who to root for. I assume Baltimore will win so I guess go Chargers unless Pittsburgh somehow wins then go Texans
  7. The right team won this game tonight
  8. Ohio State has completely owned this first half and squandered it. Game should not be tied
  9. I think it’s more that the AFC is top heavy and the NFC is a deeper conference. I mean the AFC has some trash teams at the bottom of the roster lol
  10. Why would Stefanski and the GM tank when their jobs are on the line. They would care less about grabbing a boatload of picks for the next HC and GM. The only way to turn it around for their sakes is to find a QB to get them to the playoffs. With no cash they better either hope Winston finds the no TO juice or draft a rookie who’s a hit. If Ward or Sanders bust it’s not their problem in year 2
  11. The Browns just need to realize the player and contract is a sunk cost and stop trying to force it. They have the 2nd pick, take the QB. I’ve seen so many mocks, not that they mean much right now, that have them trading out or picking Hunter. Talking about getting your organization fired if they do that
  12. I believe he would have worked better with a guy like Beau. People have to remember building a system can take time especially because Kotelnicki didn’t have anyone from his system join him. He had to teach all the players and coaches his terminology. I believe he would prefer a mobile QB who can add to the run game scheme. People forget just how bad that Penn State offense was last year and how much it improved in his first year. Andy will be a Power 4 HC if he wants to be sooner rather than later, I’d ask him to give me a job but the wife makes too much money to go back into the game for the amount off the field guys make
  13. I worked with Andy, great guy. He actually gave me my big break in college football. Even the Penn State fans for the most part said he called a great game but Allar was so bad yesterday that even his playcalling was being sabotaged by Allar. If you have looked at all of Kotelnickis stops they have been a severe run offense with a dominant line that uses a mobile QB to win with both his feet and arm. Allar has the arm but is an average decision maker and is not as mobile as Tyree Jackson, Jason Bean, and Jalon Daniels are so that limits his offense as well
  14. I don’t know why people say this as it pertains to Texas especially. I know transitive property isn’t effective but Georgia beat Texas not once but twice in the season and Notre Dame beat Georgia. Ewers isn’t a great QB and UGAs defense owned Texas. I think ND vs Texas would be a really close matchup
  15. Does he have a relationship with anyone in the front office, like has he worked with anyone in the front office. These are typically how things happen in the football world
  16. I disagree to be honest. I think Texas would be a great matchup for ND more so than OSU. think Texas is soft, I don’t think they get past OSU but if they did ND would out physical them imo
  17. I think if the Bills are ever on it , it will be an offseason version. Beane seems more open about the process of doing things and could picture the Bills features in that regard. Can not see McDermott being for an in season or training camp hard knocks at all if he could help it
  18. The comp picks if hired would be for 2026 and 2027 not this year and we currently don’t have a 3rd this year either
  19. Why do fans feel it’s necessary to do this *****? I get fans are nervous as you should be it’s the playoffs and one loss and we’re done but Codrington is a bottom of the roster corner and we can only deactivate so many guys. Of course he should have played last week. I just feel like the OP is a doom and gloomer fan or troll hence the name of said poster and is setting themselves up if we lose a close game particularly due to a PR blunder
  20. I mean with only two jobs I’d say it’s unlikely Gray lands one but next year might be his time. I expect a lot more than 2 open next year
  21. Patriots- Mike Vrabel Just makes too much sense so probably won’t happen New Orleans Saints- Aaron Glenn All early reports were that he was the guy they wanted. Was a former player there, was there DB coach before going to Detroit Jacksonville Jaguars- Liam Coen I was the first guy to bring up Coen on this board and I am surprised he hasn’t gotten more requests. Has been a QB coach, OC at multiple stops, basically comes from the McVay tree which is always the cherry on top for owners Chicago Bears- Ben Johnson I think Johnson has been waiting for the opportunity to go to a place with a franchise QB. Here he gets the opportunity to work with Caleb Williams and build something with them. Rumors are Poles doesn’t want him and prefers someone like Flores because Johnson might garner too much power. Las Vegas Raiders- Kliff Kingsbury Raiders wanted him last year as offensive coordinator and wouldn’t be surprised if they take another swing at him this offseason to be their HC. Kinsbury is a West Coast guy and strikes me as the type who wouldn’t mind spending a couple years in Vegas New York Jets- Steve Spagnuolo I honestly have no clue but Spags is 65 he could be very content being a DC the rest of his career but most guys want that opportunity to run their own program particularly when they have failed once. He’ll see the talent on the defensive side of the ball that might excite him. The Jets will want an experienced splash name to get their fan base excited and Spags will do that as a championship DC. It’s clear by the interview process the Jets want someone with a great deal of experience
  22. Looks like the Raiders put in a request to him as well. This would be a nice blow to the Chiefs
  23. He’s been mostly on the pro side in his career so waiver wires, free agents etc. Player Personnel title usually he oversees the entire scouting department . My guess is with that title he’s Beanes right hand man. it’s unfortunate there are only two openings for him and they’re the Jets and Titans. Gray has an interview with Tenn and Gaine has one with the Jets. Good news is if they have one leave, they have another GM candidate they can promote in Malik Boyd and if Schoen gets fired next year it’s likely Beane would welcome him back
  24. Flores I could see, Glenn is too big a hot name to take that job imo. Flores and Kingsbury are on the high end of retread territory for me
