  1. No one is disagreeing with you on the things he did. They could have actually done a really nice article to me on this . Obviously Snyder wouldn’t have been a part of it but it could have been titled “ After Damning history, new regime, led by Josh Harris, moves Commanders franchise forward. You still could have delved into the past of the franchise under Snyder detailing the things that were done while also getting first hand accounts from players, coaches, and Harris himself about the things they had done to turn around the franchise. To me that’s real journalism and something I would have wanted to read. This article is nothing but a fluff hit piece with no sources to draw cheap clicks. That’s my point in this not that I’m defending Snyder from his yacht in London
  2. I agree he's was a terrible owner who did a lot of bad things, I said so as much but again someone was just squatting on this article waiting for the Commanders to have success. Its really a lot of fluff surrounding one unnnamed source. Its only a complete turnaround because they found a QB which good of them of course I just roll my eyes at the timing is all.
  3. Yes he was a terrible owner and should have lost his team and did a lot of bad things but I did kind of roll my eyes when I saw it published with the title. It wasn't even through Snyder himself but one unnamed person that they made an article out of it. Man is living in London trying to stay out of things now and someone had to dredge him back up because the Commanders had success after he sold the team.
  4. I'm always calm until right before kickoff. Its just the way I am then I'm a wreck especially if they fall behind early which has happened in both playoff games so far so it hasn't been easy.
  5. I always say this but home field advantage is overrated now. With coaches communications until 14 seconds, silent counts, play calls with kills involved, crowds can make a difference for sure but not nearly as much in the past.
  6. There was a thread awhile back when the Bills were finalizing their new stadium and Oakland was moving to Vegas about who the most likely teams would be to move in the future and I'm pretty sure I was on the Bengals amongst others.
  7. Does it surprise anyone that Mike Brown is being cheap but wants everything given to him. I wouldn't be surprised if the Bengals move to another place just so Brown can line his pockets in a new stadium deal in a new town. Someone will give it to him if he can't take Cincinnati to the cleaners
  8. A bit here or there. I don’t usually get nervous until right before kick off and learned a long time ago I have zero control over what happens Sunday. Will still be upset Sunday if they lose obviously but no use in giving myself anxiety all week on something that’s out of my hands
  9. They actually had Cam Lewis on Kelce quite a bit in game 1 so maybe that’s the plan again with him mixing in matchups with others on Kelce
  10. I could be wrong but didn’t Carroll have some friction with Wilson cause Russ wanted to throw more and Carroll is a run first coach. That’s what rumors were for why Wilson wanted a trade out of Seattle
  11. Yes but of course people will believe what they want to believe
  12. I would have Slowik on my phone dial if Brady gets the HC job with the Saints. Had 2 top WRs injured, a garbage OL, and a QB who was overrated after his rookie season.
  13. Every week on Monday , someone in the media asks about Micah and every week McDermott tells them No. he is there to help the defense and give tips to guys. My guess is they brought him back to help Hamlin and Bishop and for a pair of eyes to watch tape with and teach things he’s seen
  14. They have basically without just coming out and saying it that Hyde isn’t going to strap on a uniform this year and then retire
  15. Benford I would bet goes on Sunday.
  16. I don’t think that’s a conspiracy theory at all. This makes a lot of sense as the entire country had it. I think that’s what they did with Dawkins as well
  17. So we just have Saints and Cowboys left now? Cowboys prob going Schottenheimer so Saints or bust for Brady
  18. It’s a solid hire for the Jags imo. Seems to get the most out of offenses. Needs to choose the right DC
  19. I have no idea why but I was way more nervous before the Baltimore game than I am versus the Chiefs. Maybe its because we got over the divisional hurdle that has been in the way or maybe because I felt the Ravens were the toughest for us in the AFC but I shouldn't be this calm before we go against a team that has ended our season 3 times in the last 4 years.
  20. Yes and no, he was with McVay his first stint for 3 years as an assistant, then took the OC job at Kentucky and worked with Will Levis. They won 10 games which at Kentucky is unheard of and then he came back to be the OC for the Rams after O'Connell left. My question would be why did he leave that to go back to Kentucky after that. Seems to have worked out for him though as he had one of the better offenses in the NFL with the Bucs this year.
  21. I wouldn't say extort but he put pressure on them because he was a huge possible donor and Leipold was trying to get a lot done at UB when he was there. He was trying to get the fieldhouse, he was redesigning the coaches offices and remodeling them and adding a nutrition area and was attempting to have a new weightroom build from the fieldhouse. Brought him in for a visit and his brother definitely didn't get the good genes in the family. Sandy, Khalil's father, is a monster and Khalil took after him but LaDarius was much smaller. He also only had one offer. It ended up working out in the end as LaDarius ended up being a solid player for UB in his career.
  22. With Coe He has been successful at every stop and comes from McVays tree doesn’t surprise me he landed a job. It’s a solid hire by the Jags. Saints appear to be Brady’s last chance and a lot of people don’t believe he’s the favorite
  23. Seems like Jerry is saving pennies until he passes the team along to his son.
  24. I get that, looking at his career arc, this is actually the longest that Kromer has been at any stop in the NFL. Kind of crazy when you think about it only being almost 4 years. Sometimes when you get older you know a situation is good and your content to stick with it versus trying to go somewhere else and start over again. Lets hope Kromer has hit that point in his coaching career that he'll stay as long as the Bills organization will have him.
  25. Just don't see it happening. Kromer has been a great O-line coach in a lot of stops. Usually O-line guys get passed over a lot for coordinator jobs even though Kromer does have a little bit of experience. I could see a situation like you said where Kromer gets a new title or titles possibly as high as co offensive coordinator with someone else but run game coordinator is more likely like you said. I can't see him making a lateral move to Jacksonville when he has an incredibly good offensive line here already and has built something special unless he just likes and wants to be in warmer weather.
