  1. Willis, in the game against us, looked like he had no clue how to go through reads in a passing game. He moved the ball on our backups with his legs and that may work a little bit against the Texans, but he's not going to be able to just run and beat the Texans. He's going to have to use his arm and i'm not sure I believe in Willis to do that at this point.
  2. Well the one that makes sense to me is Houston at home over Tennessee with Tennessee starting Willis
  3. who’s to say he wasn’t going to retire then learned Giselle wanted a divorce so he decided to come back
  4. He has played with Mahomes, Lamar, and Rodgers and has never had a breakout season. What makes you think Allen is the X factor to bring that out
  5. Sounds like Lazard and Cobb are both out. Bunch of rookies at WR this week for the Bills
  6. Well Epenesa is on pace for 7 sacks this season so about the same as Allen.
  7. Let it go man. You were beating that drum during draft season and I kept telling you no one was going to take him in the draft because of his serious injuries. Then he gets hurt again. Justyn Ross is lucky he's walking let alone going to be a star in the NFL.
  8. Yea in 4 years so far he has 23.5. 10.5 as a rookie and he has regressed since then partially due to injury but 13 sacks in the last 3 years isn't impressive. Obviously this season isn't over but he only has 3 sacks so far this season so he's on pace for 7. Not exactly marquee numbers to give up a 2nd rounder for. So at the pace he's going in the last 3 full season he'll have a total of 17 sacks in 3 years or an average of a little over 6 sacks a season.
  9. My biggest concern with him is he hasn't lived up to the hype the last 3 years. He has 13 sacks the last 3 years for a whopping 4.3 per year. Granted different situation here in Buffalo than in Jacksonville. Maybe a new environment will help but giving up a 2nd for him I'm not so sure about.
  10. I explained in a later reply. Meant for malcontents and trouble makers not for reclamation projects. Guys who are malcontents who have troubled pasts Lets not forget about the AR-15 the cops caught him with in his car at UF.
  11. I remember 2 offseason ago when the Bills hardly did anything "splash" worthy and the Chiefs added Orlando Brown, Joe Thuney, and Jarron Reed and Bills fans when into mass panic about how much better the Chiefs got and the Bills sat on their hands only to have the Bills have the Chiefs on the ropes last year with 13 seconds to go
  12. To put this in perspective Toney is a known headcase with a lot of talent that struggles to learn the playbook and had an AR-15 found in his car when he was at UF
  13. Maybe your not thinking of the same things i'm thinking. They have success with malcontents who have screwed up before and have turned them around. Tyreek Hill, Frank Clark, Travis Kelce(in college), Willie Gay Jr who just came off suspension, Bashaud Breeland who got arrested and went on to be successful with the Chiefs. I think were thinking of 2 different lines. Your thinking of reclamation projects.
  14. So you think Schoen and Daboll would pull the wool over Beane and McDermott about a headcase football player after they helped them get the jobs their in currently? If the Bills inquired I'm sure they would have told the Bills the truth about the player.
  15. The Chiefs have had good success with guys like this unfortunately
  16. They did the survey. Most wanted to keep the tailgating experience and keep good sightlines. It looks like this rendering did both. Plus we have no idea how accurate these are. Its a new stadium thats keeps the team in Buffalo.
  17. Most fans were correct, it 100% looks like a European soccer stadium based on the architecture group they hired. Good sleuthing there by people.
  18. id be more worried about the Chiefs getting another high end weapon
  19. A 4th is good for a pass rusher that you think can make a difference as a contender. Solid move by Philly
  20. Quinn isn’t the same pass rusher he used to be. Will be a nice fit for them tho and the style of defense they play. Curious how much they gave up but I have to think a 3rd sounds about right or multiple day 3s
  21. I can't see the Packers with Rodgers trading him in season despite their struggles. My guess is GB thinks they can turn it around and I don't blame them. Now if Rodgers retires in the offseason, they are in full rebuild mode, then I can see it then.
  22. I just think with the overall success our scouting staff has had in the mid-late rounds, giving up a 4th is hard to swallow for me. At least we have two 5s due to the Ford trade and giving one up to me is palatable to get us the player we need regardless of position and still maintain harmony in each round
  23. while I get your point I wouldn’t go higher and this is not a knock on you but a 5th rounder is a 5th rounder I always hated that saying. Yes some are more valuable than others but it is a media created saying to make higher picks seem more valuable
  24. Thats taking staying off my lawn to a whole new level right there.
  25. If he did, no big deal. Guys may return after 9-10 months but they are also usually not the player that they were before the injury. It usually takes a good 18 months for them to be the player they were before the injury. Let him take his time. We are facing a Packers team void of WR talent and a Jets team that has good WR's but doesn't have a QB to get them the ball.
