  1. I didn’t say he was I was simply stating there are many good options out there that are at least comparable to Trubisky. I was talking in generalities. The titans aren’t giving up on Tannehill who took them to the 1 seed in the AFC for Mitch Trubisky lol
  2. well it was Singletsry till he dropped the swing pass that could have gone for 40 yards. Yeldon was actually a semi bright spot in last years game
  3. The problem is Trubisky isn’t the best option out there this offseason. There’s a possibility Wilson, Watson, Garappolo, maybe Rodgers. are all available via trade. Then you got FAs like Jameis Winston, Marcus Marriotta, Teddy Bridgewater. You could argue he’s the 2nd best FA QB out there behind Winston but in particular I can’t see the Titans with Tannehill going for him as a replacement. Trubisky will sign a 2 year deal somewhere to be a place holder for a young guy but also has enough potential to keep a job
  4. The Funny thing is for as good as the Rams look against the Cards and Bucs, the one team who took them to the shed this year was none other than the 49ers
  5. Here the thing I worry about is the other assistants it’s one thing to lose Daboll/Frazier but let’s say Daboll gets the HC job. Okay let’s say we promote Dorsey. Daboll can offer Chad Hall our WR coach the OC job, take Shea Tierney as his QB coach and one of the assistants to be his DC. Just cause Daboll goes doesn’t mean that’s the end of the coaching purge
  6. The biggest problem that I see with home field advantage is that fans no longer know when to get loud. I’ll explain in the 80s and 90s when home field was huge, there was no technology for calling plays in. With the advances in QB helmet microphones, the OC can call a play with a kill and the mic doesn’t cut out until 15 seconds left on the play clock. This means that fans should be at their loudest right after the play ends and not after teams break the huddle. By the time a team breaks the huddle, they know the play and the kill play in the huddle, and with the invention of silent counts, it really minimizes home crowd advantage. Throw in that the game has become pass happy, weather does play a factor especially in cold weather cities
  7. I think the incentive is they wanna prove their the best team in the NFL my big worry honestly is we beat the Chiefs and then lay an egg against the Bengals after we all think we’ve done it
  8. If you are blitzing and having a spy and doubling Diggs how in the world can you play zone. Sounds like uneducated fans talking out their backsides. So let’s say they blitz 6 and have a spy that leaves 4 in coverage. Okay double diggs. That would mean literally one of the Bills WRs is legitimately not even being guarded. The Chiefs are gonna stick with the same model that they have done the whole second half of the season. Robber coverage with their safeties and then on 3rd down bring the house and play cover 1 or cover zero. It got them burned vs Cinci but since Pittsburgh had a QB with no arm they feasted in them
  9. A great defense and STs game for the niners. I think the Rams stand an excellent chance against the Bucs as well. Man could all 4 away teams pull it out?
  10. Gotta be kidding me lol. The Packers are just hanging this game to the 49ers
  11. Great defense can still shut down a great QB in the playoffs. I think, if Stafford doesn't pull a Stafford(multiple INTS) the Rams have an excellent chance of beating the Bucs tomorrow as well. The 49ers just won't quit defensively now only if their offensive can do anything.
  12. It’s an incomplete pass holy cow. They literally stop it hands on the ball tip of ball on ground clear as day wow
  13. I think the Bills will add a Guard and some depth pieces. I wouldn’t expect a Scherff, Godwin, or Adams There is some depth to the Guard/Center position in FA this year. Brandon Scherff Andrew Norwell Laken Tomlinson Mark Glowinski Austin Corbett Will Hernandez Connor Williams(not a fan) Ryan Jensen Matt Paradis Jason Kelce There’s also some good depth guys out there that I didn’t list either
  14. Nope Micah Hyde. In a game where possessions matter we legit can’t give one up
  15. I’ll be eating W’s by 10
  16. i think we will but the question is does he go to the Giants with Schoen. I think it’s the right move for Daboll since he has a prior working relationship with Schoen
  17. I mean obviously a big loss for the Bills but they survived Dan Morgan just fine and they’ll survive Schoen as well. Beane has put together a great group of talent evaluators and I suspect you’ll see one of Malik Boyd, Terrance Gray, or Brian Gaine take Schoens spot in the front office
  18. The Bills have as good a shot as anyone to make it there. Will they? Idk that’s why they play the games but I’d say their in the top 5 of the teams remaining for the title. Chiefs, Bills, Bucs, Rams, Packers. Titans, Bengals, 49ers a step below but not by much. This year is exciting because any of the 8 remaining teams have a legit shot to win it with some luck. All 8 have huge strengths and weaknesses
  19. Titans Chiefs Packers Rams
  20. Money coming in on the Bills on the betting sites. Its interesting always scares bettors when money goes heavy on one end.
  21. I think package deals are super smart when it comes to GM/Coach. If Schoen gets hired he should be banging the table for Daboll/Frazier to be the guy. I also believe that if Schoen gets a GM job that Daboll will be his coach
  22. I think this is probably it as well. The next best CB the Bills have is Taron Johnson. He takes over covering Kelce and double Hill with the CB and one of the safeties every play. If Hardeman, Pringle beat you then so be it.
  23. The Hussey crew doesn’t matter in the regular season. They are mixed during the playoffs. That’s why you kept hearing during the Cinci game that these guys haven’t worked together all season. The guys Hussey worked with in the reg season and playoffs are completely different
  24. I would assume that if Schoen gets a GM job, either Frazier or Daboll jumps to the top just makes sense from a relationship standpoint
  25. Chiefs 34 Bills 30
