Who the hell knows what happened on the video. For all we know someone acted out of line in his house around the time he got picked and thats why they were telling everyone to get out. Lets not just make the assumption that he hated going to the Bills, especially as he is saying the opposite now. I like that Beane traded down and got the couple extra 6th round picks. Means that the Bills can get back into the 4th round or they can get some guys that will fill out their 90 man roster, works either way. Lets go get an OL, TE, or Speed WR in round 3. -
I think the Value for the 2nd round that fits a need is going to be Safety, LB, IOL, TE, RB. There could be a WR that they like at 57 but it wouldn't surprise me if its slim pickins by 57 in that regards. I think Beane is trying to find legit speed. If they are looking for a WR that could be there at 57 that is a speed guy thats Calvin Austin III and maybe Alec Pierce (who I actually think is a great fit from a character/need type player)

I love that most of the guys on here are talking about guys who are going to go in round 2 or 3. I get that not everyone goes in depth with their prospect watching but these are not sleepers they are well known prospects. Heres some actual sleepers: Ja'Tyre Carter OG Southern- Lots of starts at southern, was a LT there but most project to guard. Tested off the charts at pro day. Probably goes in round 6. Marqueese Bell S Florida A&M- A former 4 star recruit who transferred to FAMU. Might go in round 4 but I think most people over look him cause he's from a HBCU Jequez Ezard WR SHSU- His teammate Zyon McCollum was once a draft sleeper who broke out. Ezzard was a Howard football player who dominated and transferred to Sam Houston. Killed it in his short time there. Smaller WR with punt return potential. Could develop into a WR down the line. Probably a 7th round/UDFA type who I think can make it with the right team.
-
Yup he's a sleeper in the draftnik community but I bet he goes round 3 today or at the latest early round 4. Love the guy. Reminds me of Lee Evans
-
Cockrell was given up to quickly by the Bills. He's actually been a pretty decent backup CB in the league. Was with the Steelers for awhile, couple of other teams I cant remember. I mean def not a star or starter but for a 4th round guys he's been in the league quite awhile.

There are actually legit 4 Draftable punters this year. Araiza, Stout, Camarda, and Stonehouse all could go in this years draft. Good punter class.
-
There are a lot of good TEs so I’m not worried about a guy at 57. McBride, Dulcich, Ruckert, Otten are all good value imo
-
Yup I think we’re going offense but is it RB, WR, or OL. There will be some good options at guard and RB at 57 for sure. The way WRs are going I’m not sure what will be there at that pick. I could see Parham being that guy at 57 TE as well will have value

Jets are 100% taking Johnson
-
Not in love with Elam but I’ll trust Beane. I guess I don’t get why they traded up. I mean I guess Dallas could have taken him or they had intel someone was trading with them but man does Jermaine Johnson Johnson have an injury flag
-
Jermaine Johnson my god with Von Miller
-
Not a great start if your in the CB fan base tonight. Not getting either obviously but might push others up
-
There could be a couple of different reasons. One you already mentioned is maybe they want multiple picks in a certain area of the draft because they feel thats the strength. Manipulating grabbing extra picks at the top obviously means you have more flexibility to trade up later in the draft if you really like a guy. Another thought, and I think Beane said this once, but maybe it was another GM. If the Bills add 6th and 7th rounders it might be because they want guys to fill out their 90 man roster. The Bills are loaded, its not exactly a destination for a UDFA to find a job. So by adding late round picks, they can get the guys they really want, don't have to negotiate with other teams with weaker rosters, and if they cut them later its not a big deal because they weren't good enough.
-
Boy if this isn’t 100% accurate I don’t know what is. There are tons of people on here that don’t watch anything, or watch a 3 min highlight and run with it like their scout of the year here. The rankings done are usually very off especially once you get outside of 40 picks. they’ll watch their favorite guy drop and drop begging and pleading for the Bills to take him then the Raiders get him in the 6th round and he is proclaimed a steal only never to be heard from again. a guy goes round 3 and heads explode about what a guy reach a guy was cause Joe Marino said expect him in round 6
-
This is the one game everyone points to. Now put on other games and you can see his inconsistency
-
Word is they also met with Roger McCreary CB Auburn and OG Josh Ezeudu North Carolina

Right people don’t understand that Williams is a pipe dream. Every team wants a # 1 speed WR. He could go as high as 4 and I say his floor is 15. So then you say okay Gonzo 15 is in range for a trade up. The Saints at 16 have two first round picks, the Packers have two first round picks, the Chiefs have two first round picks. Any of those guys need WRs way worse and have more ammo to get him than the Bills
-
You do realize that Justyn Ross had a spinal injury, almost quit football, and is still a huge injury risk. I will be very surprised with his lengthy medical issues if he goes anywhere close to the 3rd round and even scratches that potential. George pickens is 6'3 195 and he is considered an alpha bully, Treylon Burks is 6'2 225 and is considered an alpha but Gabriel Davis at 6'2 210 and has proven in the NFL he can get vertical despite being a 4.55 guy isn't a big bodied WR in your opinion. Remember you said too many of those guys are redundant. Were not getting Jameson Williams, Chris Olave, Garrett Wilson unless we trade up and give up a 1st next year. I just don't think that happens. You can wish all you'd like to get that guy but the best your gonna end up with if they decide to go that route in round 1 without a trade up is Treylon Burks or Jahan Dotson.
-
So what are we looking for in your opinion? Your looking for a burner would be my guess. Someone to take the top off of a defense. This is why everyone loves Jameson Williams. Well we have maybe a 5% shot at Williams. If that's the case we can eliminate other guys who ran slower. Pickens doesn't fit then either with his 4.47 which is too "slow". Take Treylon Burks off the board with his 4.55. Danny Gray ran a 4.33 is that fast enough for people, Bo Melton ran a 4.34. People just want big name guys that they think are going to be legit # 1s. At best for the next couple of years, the WR we draft will be a # 3 guy. If we get a guy in the first round that's fine I understand, more weapons for Allen. I'm sayin there are other options in round 2 or round 3. A couple of years ago no one was talking about Gabriel Davis. He was thought of as ho hum whatever pick in another very deep draft where we traded it for Diggs. There are tons of guys who are successful is rounds 3 and 4 and later that become big time WR's.
-
I just told you 3 really good players that could Kyle Phillips, Danny Gray, and David Bell. 3 guys you didn’t even mention in your initial convo with me. Okay so you hate Phillips, Calvin Austin etc because he’s a slot. Ok go look up Gray and Bell and tell me what you think. Both are outside guys. One a burner, the other a possession guy. Romeo Doubs(not a fan but a guy projected in the area), Bo Melton who is rising after the combine and had bad QB play his whole career
-
so you chose to pick at 1 guy for being a slot, and due to your reading up on people believe that Shakir won’t be there. I didn’t say he would I said he’s not going in round 2. Gray is one of my favorite prospects at WR that is overlooked. He might not be there when the Bills pick but everything you read about him is 4th-5th which isn’t accurate. You think Alec Pierce might be there at our 3rd but Pierce is going round 2 but because everyone tells you round 3 based on what you read.
-
Danny Gray is a super underrated prospect that the Bills could get in round 3. Kyle Phillips is an excellent route runner in the mold of Emmanuel Sanders. Shakir is a fantastic pick in round 3. He won’t go round 2. David Bell wouldn’t have been available late 3 but with his slower 40 he may drop. Personally I like Gray. Reminds me of a raw Lee Evans.
-
by the time 25 rolls around the best options are Dotson and maybe Burks. If that’s the case I’d rather wait till 2 or 3 and get a similar WR who let’s be honest will be at best our 4th WR starting out.
-
I can get James Cook in the 3rd who is a better pass catching back than Breece Hall. Cook lines up everywhere . Might not be as good a runner as Hall but why invest a 1st rounder if we can find our pass catching back who’s better at it in round 3. No one is loading the box on the Bills as long as Allen is here. But your in love and there will be no changing of opinions. I’m not even against the idea of Hall just throwing out other options
