  1. I honestly would do a mush rush against him and not get up field. I want Justin Fields to beat me with his arm and his lack of weapons. They are missing Darnell Mooney, most likely will be without Claypool who has a knee injury, and have been missing Khalil Herbert who might or might not be back. Don't expect a lot of sacks this week. Expect a slowed down rush with a Milano,Edmunds spy and the expectation that we will hold up on the back end in coverage.
  2. I won’t claim this as my own but someone named it the Pitch 6
  3. yea that’s the thought of Morse is in and Bates is out then RG if Morse is out and Bates is in then Bates Center Boettger RG
  4. If anything it will keep Van Roten off the field which is def a bonus. Boettger isn’t anything special but he’s not a turnstile on the inside.
  5. All teams have their issues. All teams treat the Bills/Chiefs every week like it’s their SB. It’s hard, even with how talented both teams are, to get up for every opponent and blow them out. The key is that these teams keep winning despite all that
  6. Just terrible by the Texans holy cow. Had it in their hands and literally let it slide away.
  7. The Bengals would be the 1, the Bills 2, and the Chiefs 3. I'm under the assumption that the team the Bills lose to is the Bengals. If that happens then this scenario is accurate.
  8. Lovie Smith is such a damn wimp. You honestly think your gonna hold Mahomes down all game
  9. A lot of times it’s not pretty but we’re 11-3 and we’re at worst going to finish 13-4 most likely. We are going to win the AFC East again and if we can get by the Bengals we will be the # 1 seed for the playoffs. We have won 5 in a row , 3 in a row vs division rivals and every team treats us and the Chiefs like it’s their Super Bowl.
  10. The Ravens stink I want them at home in the playoffs again.
  11. I started out 7-1 and finished 9-5 and finished as the 3rd seed for the playoffs. My team is not really that good but I won a ton of terrible low scoring games. I'm the 3rd lowest scorer in the league so it goes to show you how luck I got. QBs-Cousins, Brady, Watson RBs- Ekeler, Najee Harris, Singletary, Zonovan Knight, Raheem Mostert WRs- Keenan Allen, DeAndre Hopkins, George Pickens, Donovan Peoples Jones, Darius Slayton TEs- Knox, Noah Fant Defense- Jets Kicker- Carlson Lost Javonte Williams(my 2nd rounder), which spurred me to trade for Najee Harris. Allen out most of the year, Hopkins suspended 6 games, lost Michael Thomas for the year. My team was pure dog poo at one point. Just lucky to be in the dance but I think I have a solid enough team now to make a run if I get lucky.
  12. As I said in another thread earlier in the week, the Bills usually are at a disadvantage when they play in these types of elements but playing the Dolphins in this weather is actually a rare advantage. The Dolphins are obviously in warm weather all year. If it's windy, their QB has a weak arm and will have trouble cutting through the elements particularly on down field passes. Tyreek Hill, who has a bum ankle, will have trouble on a slick surface even if he's at 70%. The Dolphins also lost their starting RB Jeff Wilson who I doubt plays and Raheem Mostert has been playing with a bulky knee that last 4 or 5 games as well. Dolphins defense also struggles away from home in trying to stop anyone. Just look at the splits this year its a huge difference.
  13. Well the last time this happened with Kyler Murray creating a Hail Murray chain or whatever it was, the Bills went on an ungodly tear of wins and were off to a great start this time around as well as we are 4-0 since that game.
  14. The thing is to set things up with guy who do things really well in one thing you have to be able to establish something else. For example James Cook teams know can catch the football and has great speed in the open field. Well every time Cook got in the game early in the year it would be some sort of outside run play. This is the NFL teams know tendencies. It wasn’t until Cook started running the ball inside the tackles that teams had to adjust when Cook was on the field. Same with Hines. Can’t expect screens to work when a guy plays 10 snaps and everyone knows he’s one of the best pass catching backs in the league. Establish him as a runner more and you’ll see more success with stuff like that.
  15. Maybe Allen is politely telling Beane that he needs more help on offense long term and that maybe he should start investing some high draft picks into the offensive side of the ball
  16. Isn’t that really all we need him to do? It’s clear McKenzie ain’t that guy. It’s clear the Bills don’t think Shakir is ready to be that guy. No one is expecting Beasley to run seam routes, if the expectation is for Beasley to be a zone beater who can find soft spots and keep us ahead of the chains by catching 6 yard passes and falling down then so be it. Shpuld I expect more out of a slot than that? Absolutely but it’s week 15, the Bills know they need help, he’s familiar with the QB and team. There aren’t better options. Even a guy like stay Hilton doesn’t fit what the Bills needed
  17. The Pats can make the playoffs. A weaker team making it to the wild card and we are by no means a lock for the 1 seed and I’d much rather play NE than the Chargers, Bengals, etc etc.
  18. A snowstorm might actually benefit the Bills. Stick noodle arm Tua in a windy stadium with feet of snow and their passing game is no longer effective. They just lost Jeff Wilson probably this week, Hill will play but on a bad ankle, and Mostert, their other running back has been slowed by a bum knee all year. Noodle Arm QB, Speed WR with a bum ankle in snow, and two injured Running backs in feet of snow and wind seems like a win to me. Allen and the offense wont score as much in it but I trust Allen to improvise in bad weather against a Dolphins defense that struggles to stop anyone on the road.
  19. Their all like that. I supposed its their job to drum up different conversation points but each one of them has grown some out of nowhere ego where their opinion is the be all end all of Buffalo Sports Talk. Sal was incredibly likable early on when he first got his break, now he acts like hes an insider because he stands on the sideline when really he has no more of a scoop than what he is told by the team. Comes off arrogant to me now. Jeremy White thinks he knows everything. Schoop and Bulldog could care less and would rather talk about things that interest them more. Howard is a likeable character, seems down to Earth but talks too much and never takes phone calls(prob for good reason). Etc Etc.
  20. Big win to give some breathing room. Win next week and it essentially locks up the AFC East
  21. All that matters are wins this time of the year. A much improved Jets team in bad weather. Take em and move on. We're 10-3 and have beaten two divisional rivals in a row and 5 in a row. The offense has to click better next week.
  22. So much for the Raiders getting back into the playoff picture with their weak schedule. Yikes terrible loss pending they can’t get Carlson into moonshot range
  23. The Lions are a pretty solid team rn now that they got their defense semi figured out. I’m rooting for them to get back in it
  24. The Bills Bengals Monday Night game will be huge esp if they are still 1 game behind Buffalo
