  1. I agree another guy people froth at because of draft status but has never actually done anything of note as a player
  2. Not really, Murray as a # 1 pick to me has been a disappointment
  3. I might be one of the few people who think Caleb Williams isn’t a generational prospect. He’s a bigger Kyler Murray. I get him being # 1 since Murray went 1 but I see him being a good NFL QB. I know a lot will disagree
  4. My guess is its season ending IR not the 4 week variety.
  5. He’s not ready, I already said that but why play a guy who had zero future here and a team that literally only signed him after Spector got hurt. Let Williams grow while the teams suck on the schedule and in 4 weeks you might have a guy who’s ready. but no instead of playing your investment let’s play the guy the Bills have cut 3 times in the last 12 months because he looked good against Russell Wilson 3 years ago
  6. No, I don't care about what he showed in 20 plays. Players get better. Its literally the first action he's ever seen in the NFL. Things tend to slow for guys as they gain more experience and it will for him. AJ Klein provides nothing as a pass defender in a passing league. This team also needs to start developing younger guys on defense as our defense is old as hell right now. He's also going to be a hell of a player in the NFL if he's given the chance.
  7. it needs to be a bit imo. I think he’s been a hell of a lot better in these last 4 games than at any point in his career including Sunday. You lead the league in turnovers year after year by playing free spirited. This team will most likely be 6-2 when they go into Cincinnati and is the next big test for him
  8. It’s very much cost him games. He lost the Cinci AFC title game playing hero ball. The game the Bills dominated in Arrowhead was hero ball. The difference between Mahomes and Allen is he has a better OC and plays within Andy Reid’s system leading to a higher consistency rate of wins and Mahomes does hero ball less often
  9. Whos giving up a starting caliber player under contract beyond this year for a guy who is flashing finally in year 4 and is also a Free Agent next year? Im with the either resign him or let him go in FA and get another pick and a cheap contract. If he keeps playing like this I want the Bills to resign him. They need to get younger on defense and Epenesa is still ascending
  10. Yes, I like that despite being down he didn’t start playing hero ball. He also wasn’t the reason the Bills lost yesterday in comparison to the Jets game. Injuries, travel, WRs not catching the football and a defense who despite playing admirably couldn’t get off the field enough
  11. Haha McDaniels “Just gotta keep making the smart throws and not make mistakes”. 3rd throw of the half picked on a terrible decision
  12. It’s a hard choice my opinion is trade him while he still has some value but with the CB injuries you can’t really do that now. If they have no faith in him then you can’t play him. I guess you could hope the light turns on but this is a team trying to win a SB this year. I’d probably make a call to Carolina(I know, I know) for Donte Jackson to see if he’s available or make a minor trade for CB depth behind Benford and Jackson so Elam doesn’t have to be relied upon
  13. All coaches at all levels teach the same drills and techniques with few exceptions. Coaches are only as good as the players they are coaching. A wise older coach told me it’s amazing how great of coaches we are to everyone when we are winning championships. It’s also equally amazing how bad of coaches we become when we aren’t. We teach the same stuff year after year the only thing that changes is the ability of the player
  14. Nope either sign him to a modest extension or let him leave in Free Agency and get that 4th round comp pick for him. Chances are your not going to get anything higher anyways and they could use him for the rest of the season
  15. Come the ***** on if this is true
  16. As of right now Yes because wins and losses matter man. Those teams have better records because while the Bills when they put it together can be unbeatable, they have too many games of inconsistency. The Bledsoe Bills were the best team to not make the playoffs. Am I supposed to give them a pat on the back for that? Am I supposed to in 10 more years when the Bills win 10-12 games a year but never win a SB am I supposed to give them a standing ovation as one of the greatest 15 year runs to never hoist a Lombardi to go with our 4 in a row losses? Im tired of watching the lovable small city good football team who can’t get over the hump ever. Every year there are excuses
  17. No thanks, let Dorian Williams take his lumps in the easier part of the schedule and get him up to speed.
  18. No, this team doesn't get a pass not just the defense. The QB has been here 6 years, the HC 7, 2nd year of an offensive coordinator. This team has the talent to win a Superbowl.
  19. It doesn't matter if you win by 1 or 40 and it doesn't matter if you lose by 1 or lose by 40 it all counts as 1 win or 1 loss. The team is 3-2 and that's what they are right now despite whatever stats wanna be thrown out.
  20. Picked up the flag and took the helmet off and instead of being flagged they tell him to put his helmet back on. That’s a rule enforce it
  21. After 30 years of traveling to Buffalo from Rochester for home game I’m just tired of doing it. I know that’s selfish sounding but I’ve never gotten a return on investment on all the time I’ve put in I don’t drink so that’s not a thing for me. The excitement of the gameday experience has worn off long ago. It’s just hoping they finally come through once and bring it home for the WNY area. It’s still a possibility but these games they should win and cost us the # 1 seed just put a damper on things.
  22. The simping for Elam on this board solely because he was a first rounder are disgusting. I told people when he was drafted he was a 2nd rounder at best and we reached. He had a terrible senior year. His strength is press man but he doesn’t use his feet and always grabs. Can’t get away with that in the NFL. They literally at times had a LB chucking his guy on the line of scrimmage like a RB or TE does for a crappy OT.
  23. Onside luck. If we get a stop on a 3 and out your looking at 35 seconds
  24. Well that’s what happens when a defense is short handed and an offense can’t sustain drives throughout the day
