I mean it’s great but their pass rush already is awful. Got rid of a guy that is one of their better pass rushers for a safety but how many safeties can get in. Starks , Gilman, CGJ, Hamilton. I get Hamilton can play pseudo LB pass rusher, I guess CGJ can play Nickle but your tasking Orr to come up with it when he’s been one of the worst DCs in the league in comparison to the talent they have

The final play to Shakir. Samuel was wide open for easy TD
gonzo1105 replied to MikePJ76's topic in The Stadium Wall
He’s not open, Gonzalez underneath is trying to bait him to throw it to Samuel . Look at how he’s positioned he’s ready to drive for depth to undercut the throw to Samuel -
10/5/2025 GAMEDAY Bills vs Patriots Post Game Thread SNF
gonzo1105 replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Inexcusable loss. These are the Games that continuously cost the Bills the 1 seed. They had a chance to put a stranglehold on both the division and the 1 seed and they blew it . Yes the Pats played well but they made too many mistakes tonight- 785 replies

He has 3 plays in pass rush I vividly remember so far pass rush wise. 2 plays last week where he flushed Rattler out and Epenesa got the sack, the Intentional grounding play by Rattler, and the Jets game where he got close and Fields sidestepped him allowing Logue to clean it up for the sack. Im sure there is more but those are the ones I remember. He has been fine for a rookie playing 4 games. You can see he’s getting better as it goes along

The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion
gonzo1105 replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I haven’t seen Davis get enough touches to draw a conclusion one way or another. 2 carries a game isn’t enough period for a RB to get in a rhythm. You could be right , or maybe the Bills asked him to shed the weight. Usually players don’t lose or gain weight on their own. The coaches, with the strength staff usually decide the playing range they want a player at -
The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion
gonzo1105 replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I seem to remember a lot of people bitching last year about why James Cook wasn’t in the game during key situations and games as well and now that he is in in these situations there must be something wrong with Davis/Johnson. Just no winning with some people -
The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion
gonzo1105 replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t care about preseason or his stats. Nor am I going to draw any conclusions on a team or specific player. If that was the case infinity amount of RBs or WRs that bills fans loved in the preseason would be on this football team right now -
The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion
gonzo1105 replied to TBBills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don’t know how anyone can draw that opinion when a guy has 11 carries on the season, Johnson has 8. Combined the two are averaging less than 5 carries a game. Hardly any data to draw any conclusion beyond peoples beliefs -
The Ray Davis-backup running back discussion

I would venture a guess he's playing more because he is their 2nd best offensive player and is playing out of his mind right now and they just gave him a massive extension. Yes, I think there is a big step down from Cook to the other two but I mean Cook is pretty damn good. -

Neither Davis nor Johnson have really gotten many opportunities to even play this year. That’s a good thing with Cook being so dominant early in the year -
Where’s the juice at the position of Wide Receiver?
gonzo1105 replied to zow2's topic in The Stadium Wall
Most of Josh’s completions were to Wide Receivers this past week. The Bills clearly want to get everyone involved that catches passes. I think people overvalue the need for a WR every year on this board. Would I like to add a young guy sure in the draft but I don’t think it’s the top priority of this team -
2025 Trade Ideas Prior to the Deadline
gonzo1105 replied to Kirby Jackson's topic in The Stadium Wall
When looking at teams to trade with you not only have to look at teams that are out of the playoff race but also teams that have a HC/GM that are secure in their jobs beyond this year. Teams that I feel will be trading possibly that have secure leadership at least for next year are Jets Cleveland(Maybe) Tenn Las Vegas New Orleans I mean that’s about it. If there is a malcontent out there then sure a guy could be dealt but don’t think the Bills would be interested. -
Bills asking fans to wear all white for the Pats game on Sunday

Yes I do agree that is the main reason they are asking for it so people will buy the other white jersey for sure -
Week 5, Cheats v. Bills, PREDICT THE SCORE!

Bills 30 Patriots 23 -
I wonder what the former teammate love ratio will be for Mack Hollins compared to Stefon Diggs in pregame on Sunday.
-
I think Jameis Winston would be fun as hell to watch with the Bengals. It would be grade A entertaining to watch what Winston’s TD to INT ratio would be with those weapons
-
It’s really dependent on if the Steelers can be good enough and how long it will take for their guys to get healthy. The Bengals aren’t going anywhere and the Browns could be a dangerous team in a one off just because they have an elite defense but until they get above average QB play they aren’t a contender. I think the Bills are going to be the only AFC East team and the 3 other division winners. A 2nd team from the AFC West is getting in. The question is can they get a 3rd like last year in the Broncos . I believe they can and can a 2nd AFC South team maintain their pace (Colts/Jags) or have the Texans get back into it. This game is huge for WC implications this week between the Texans/Ravens if either of these teams id going to get back into it

Sauce Gardner is crying, but does he have a point?
gonzo1105 replied to Draconator's topic in The Stadium Wall
Nope I disagree, if anything he has always been a grabby Cornerback who got away with it early in his career because he was a high pick in a big market and now the refs are calling him for the player he’s always been. -

Yes I agree , at least the Bills are wearing their frost ones so it makes color sense -

Yes and I understand where your coming from but there are plenty of examples on this Bills team alone where guys who needed development have become at the very least good players after not playing much in their first year Bernard didn’t play at all, Shakir was non existent as a rookie, Epenesa was inactive half the season(I think he’s not a great player btw), Spencer Brown and Dalton Kincaid took 3 years to be who they are, Bishop is rapidly improving after looking like a lost puppy and injured as a rookie. At least for the Bills, Jackson not being active isn’t an indicator of being a bust. He would be active on game days but the Bills 4th DE, Javon Solomon, is on a lot of the Special teams units and that’s the difference right now in him being active or not

Honestly looking at it just by the numbers, Ryan Stonehouse makes a lot of sense. Still young, was an all pro, had an injury but appears to have bounced back. Huge leg. I don’t know what his hang time and placement is like but he can kick it
