  1. Please tell me this is a "Music Man" reference.
  2. That seems like it could work. He'd have to gain 25+ pounds though. He's listed at 225. I just looked at 20 or so TE's on nfl.com, and only one was listed below 250, and that was 249. Most were in the 260-275 range.
  3. If by "digs even deeper" you mean "reels off a bunch of speculation and says absolutely nothing", then yes, fox sports digs even deeper into spygate. I want to see the Patriots get what's coming to them too, but this article seriously says nothing! It's all just a bunch of stupid drama crap.
  4. This is hilarious. How many others have taken some heat from wives/girlfriends for spending too much time on here? I know I have. Not to this extent though. Come on Anya, give him a break! Being a bills fan is 24/7, you don't know what news might break at 10 on sunday night.
  5. I'll take that win and drop one draft place anyday. That game sucked.
  6. HA k, but seriously, I don't see us making any trades involving our first rounder on draft day. I think we'll sit at 12 and wait for whatever great player comes our way.
  7. I'd trade our 12 for LJ and KC's first rounder, #23. I also am confused about what reasons KC might want to trade LJ though, can someone fill me in?
  8. KTFABD- Thanks for being a great poster. Personally, I wouldn't put much stock into this performance. Much more important to look at what he's done in the real game, and I can't say as though I've seen them, but it doesn't seem like he would have been winning all these awards for being the best linebacker in the country if he wasn't making some huge plays and playing very consistently, which is exactly what it sounds like he's going to do.
  9. Very interesting how the all knowing TBD posters choose Patrick Willis in Round 1 and Antonio Pittman in Round 2 PRIOR to the pre draft luncheon, where those two players were the most praised by Marv and Tom.
  10. Greeny has the luxury of saying he thinks teams should tank because he doesn't have the pride of the team like a player or fan. I'll say always play to win, but if the bills are 2-8, I'm not really gonna care if they lose the last few games either, in fact I think part of me would be happy we did, but a bigger part of me would be happy with the big W.
  11. Wow. Thanks for posting. This guy sounds great, definitely would love having him on the bills. Interesting how you compared him to Sam Gash though, since all Sam ever did was block, and since Leonard sounds like a bigger threat as a runner and receiver. So i'm wondering, how is his blocking?
  12. i'd do it, the dude is a freak. i think he'll be a hall of famer if he's on the right team. we could make up lost time later on the defensive side.
  13. While you are 100% right, the real problem with the NHL over the last few years is that there aren't enough canadian and american hockey stars. Think mid 90's: Gretzky, Lemmiux, Messier, Yzerman. Crosby is a star talent and he and other young guys could help bring up the league as a whole.
  14. I noticed this with CBS too, all the actrual sports broadcasters are getting pushed out of the way by former players so we can see boomer esiason talk about how terrible the bills are.
  15. This might be the most lopsided poll ever. With the twelve overall selection in the 2007 NFL Draft, the Buffalo Bills select Patrick Willis. (please)
  16. I take it back, if Okoye is there, I think that's who Marv will take.
  17. True that he was not very effective as a change of pace back, but when he started and played most of the GB game, I thought he played very well given enough carries. Not to mention, Dick and Marv are on record saying they would feel comfortable starting the season right now with our running backs. While I respect a lot of posters opinions on this board, I'll take Dick and Marv's first. And, whoever we end up giving the ball to this season will do better with our new line.
  18. I agree with you that A-Train is better than most give him credit for around here and in the media, and that we also need a RB, but I'd rather pick up that back in day 1 personally.
  19. I hope not. If we draft a WR I want 6-2 or taller. If I had to bet who I think marv will take, it would be leon hall, but we'll see. I'm pulling for willis but I think he'll be gone.
  20. negative. I don't think quinn or russell will become the franchise type build-a-superbowl-team-around quarterback. So I think it means the glorious run continues.
  21. QB 2 RB 9 WR 8 TE 6 C 6 G 6 T 4 DE 3 DT 9 OLB 9 ILB 10 CB 9 SS 4 FS 4 K 1 P 1 I upped your levels for WR, LB, DT and CB. I lowered QB, TE, DE, SS and FS. Looks like in general we have the same main needs, but place more importance on others.
