  1. 10 team.....performance base. QB (start 1) Warner Favre RB (start 2) C. Williams R. Brown C. Taylor M. Bell WR (start 3) P. Burress A. Johnson M. Clayton N. Burleson D. Gabriel TE (start 1) H. Miller B. Watson K (start 1) D Akers R. Longwell DEF (start 1) Dallas Atlanta
  2. A nice addition, but don't be surprised if Kubiak sprinkles in a little Morency. You know those old Denver guys. Anyway, nice pick up.
  3. Very nice. Especially for a 12 teamer.
  4. YES!!! .......now hurry!
  5. That is.......unless you feel the RB in question might be on the other side. I thought we've seen the best of CP before this shoulder thing. I would always side with the RB as well. Not here. Chambers best days are clearly in front of him. Not so sure about CP. He's taken a pounding and isn't the biggest of backs. They tend to lose it quick.
  6. I would agree, but not having Branch in camp (and possibly moving on) and no Givens plus a rookie and Caldwell struggling, they have nothing but T. Brown and Graham. Brady, IMO, will soon find out his best option will be Watson. This guy will be a matchup nightmare. I think he bucks the "spread it around" theory this year.
  7. With this guys speed and smarts, not to mention good rapport with Brady, is this guy primed to put up Gates type numbers? If this game against the Skins was any indication, he'll be a monster. Thoughts?
  8. Excellent. How about CHAD Johnson as a WR?
  9. QB - Best at his position...A+ RB - Thin and unreliable....C WR - No impact player.....Clayton is my favorite of the group.........C- TE - Best at position, but would have done well to get a better WR and a lesser, yet good TE later.......B Kickers and Ds are what they are........B
  10. Fitzgerald and Boldin. Boldin and Fitzgerald. Two top - notch WRs in fantasy circles, right? I think each is a #1. If this is true, where does Warner rate at QB? We all know the injury concerns that accompany him, but if his two receivers perform like we think, doesn't that mean Warner warrants a top slot at his position? He hasn't played more than 10 games in a season since 2001. It appears Leinart is the #2. History tells us that Warner will miss some time. What kind of dropoff should we expect if Leinart sees extensive time behind center? Where do you rate Warner on your QB chart?
  11. Yessir!!
  12. Thanks, inkman. I've learned of these particulars you so graciously provided here since I posed this question. I tend to think I'm thorough in my research when it comes to fantasy football, and I know ones counterparts might throw out "false info" to keep you off track, but I guess I needed reassurance. Maybe I missed something. To be honest, D. Jackson's knee problem may be a lingering problem. NB may reap the benefits. I like him as a real solid #3 with the potential for much greater success.
  13. Does anybody know the status of Nate Burleson? I haven't seen anything telling of injury or fear of him not making the squad. I'm thinking with Jackson's knee problem, NB might be the first option should DJ continue to ail. Any info would be appreciated. I ask because a friend of mine, who is usually on top of this stuff tells me he's struggling and risks being cut. I haven't seen anything to substantiate this claim.
  14. Mine as well.
  15. Just remember this about Gore. Draft him, don't elect him.
  16. AC......you should take this over to the fantasy football forum @ TBD. You will find some advice there. But, while we're here.......keep Manning.....you'll find receptions elsewhere.
  17. Sounds like a real dikc. I say cut him. Cut him now before this attitude spreads throughout the team.
  18. There is a unique rediculousness to this post.
  19. At least. What appears to be a very promising DT for a rapidly aging WR who didn't want to be here?!?! Not even an argument. Welcome, Kyle Williams, to a defense with a lot of promise in the very near future. We're rebuilding. KW fits our needs, EM does not. It's that simple.
  20. Rivers. He appears more cerebral. Headier. Anyone buying this?
  21. Yeah......KUDOS to DW........
  22. Those "bounces" had better be frequent and Alpinian in nature.
  23. LT:....."WILCOTS?!?!.....you think I look like Solomon Wilcots?!?!?!? What up widat?!?!"
  24. I'm guessing you'll be looking for a RB sooner than later. You probably didn't take RB before the 4th round? Risky.
  25. So true. But when it comes to spreading the word of our lord, the gospel according to Ted is shouted high from atop the highest mountains.......can I get an amen?
