  1. I don't see any major weaknesses. But, if I understood you correctly, you traded Bell for Fitz?!?!?! THAT was a mistake. Not because of the injury either. Undo that trade and you're golden.
  2. Moss, Jennings, Ward
  3. Gates vs Steelers Miller @ Chargers Gates may seem like the logical choice, but, I figure both defenses will be stout agaist the run forcing either team to, perhaps, pass more than usual. Gates is the top option which is fine against a lesser defense, Pittsburgh will look to clamp down on him. Whereas Miller isn't the top option and might/should have the middle of the field to roam. Or, as usual, am I just overthinking this and stick with Antonio?
  4. Portis for sure, then I'd probably go Gore. Though, I do like McAllister this weekend as well. I'll be playing Deuce. Good luck.
  5. M. Furrey @ Minnesota G. Jennings vs Rams R. Williams vs Jets K. Johnson @ Cleveland R. Brown vs Cowboys Initially, I like Williams and Jennings. Stallworth is doubtful, I think it hurts Brown. I'd appreciate some advice. Thanks.
  6. I agree with the others. williams has been getting a a lot of looks plus Matt Jones is on the shelf. Good matchup vs the Jets. Burress against the skins is a good play as well. he'll be playing a banged up secondary. The giants come out smoking off the bye and the embarrassment in Seattle.
  7. A fair point. On a week-in, week out basis, who's the better play? Mccallister or Bush?
  8. Here are my backs... Westbrook.....awaiting news of his health and availability Tatum Bell.....home vs Baltimore (yikes!) Kevin Jones........@ Minnesota (Lions seem to be incorporating him more) D. McCallister....@ Tampa Bay ( tampa d not what it used to be) Which 2 would you play?
  9. Good non-move. It wasn't warranted.
  10. Perhaps the best option.
  11. Tough one. Really tough. I gotta go with Roethlisberger. Coming off a bye and some laskluster performances, the Steelers and Big Ben should rebound. Just don't expect him to "go off".
  12. Agreed. Way better upside for Bush.
  13. Me too. Brown hasn't gotten it done against the likes of Tennesee and Houston. This team is reeling. Gore and Parker and don't think twice.
  14. Chester Taylor. While Kevin Jones sat on my bench. I'm down 40 pts to my opponent. He still has McNabb AND Driver going tonight. I still have, get this, Favre, G. Jennings, Westbrook, Reggie Brown, Akers going tonight. A rather tall order.
  15. I think the Giants have been the biggest disappointment thus far. Mr. Disciplinarian (Tom Coughlin) hasn't had his team ready on a weekly basis. By the grace of our lord, they beat the Iggles. Blown out by Seattle. mistake prone throughout the Colt game. Where is the pass rush from the vaunted front 7? Not to mention bad eggs such as Shockey and Burress.
  16. To be honest, Burress is the only plus player for player. That said, I wish you well.
  17. I'd go Kitna. He should be involved in a shootout against the Rams.
  18. History tells us it's just a matter of time before Taylor goes down. Jones-Drew looks like a good call.
  19. That's weird?!?!? I posted this as a "guest". No, I didn't login before posting which is stranger, yet. Why did that happen?
  20. Don't you get the feeling, though, that the Lions/Rams will be up and down the field? What scares me off of Jones is the Martz factor coming home to St Loius and wanting to show his new passing toy to the masses. Maybe I'm overthinking that a bit. Taylor, however, has been getting a ton of touches and he has played against some of the sturdiest defenses. This game should be a defensive struggle. I can see each team trying to impose their running games. Then taking shots downfield when the defenses pinch up to help. I'm still undecided.
  21. Though I like Edwards, there still is value in Horn. Is there another entity on your roster worth dropping? Or, maybe trade Horn for a backup RB.
  22. In a losing effort, which calls for bonus points.
  23. Either way, their line hasn't played that well. They really miss Hutch.
