  1. Problem here is that no WR is going to have an impact at 11. We do have more than just a first round pick. Get your position of impact and then lets see where we are in the 2nd and 3 rd rounds. Is this terribly unreasonable?
  2. You couldn't be more wrong. If the Bangles take a wideout then someone slips, no?
  3. Reinforcing your defensive front 7 is never ridiculous. If we stay put at 11, I hope to see in this order Harvey, an OL or Rivers.
  4. Why not? He is, afterall, great in the community. Isn't that the important thing?
  5. Well, this really sucks. And to compound matters, I'm an idiot as well.
  6. Either way, it's irrelavant. That's MISTER irrelavant to you.
  7. Agreed. My best advice to the Bills Brass? Don't "over-draft" at WR.
  8. Isn't Croyle their guy? I can't see why KC would do this, though I'd jump ALL over it.
  9. This post has nothing to do with QBs good or bad. Neither is it about who should stay or who should go. This post isn't about the good community service crap. Nor is about who I'd like to play QB for the Buffalo Bills. What is this post about? Reading thru this godforsaken thread leads me to believe that Hamdans Revenge is a broad. Or certainly a guy who posts like one. HR..........for crissakes...............SACK UP! All due respect is afforded the lovely ladies that frequent this site. Please, no offense.
  10. I don't view myself as the classless type, yet, I find myself entrenched on both sides of this argument. I praise JP for his work in the community, while at the same time, I condemn him for his lack of QB capacity to help my team win football games. Soooooo...........simply put, here's to hoping he takes his act elsewhere. I'm thru with the "community service" types with very questionable QB skills. Being good in the community is not a prerequisite to playing well on Sundays. Get me a guy who can GAME and if he's good in the community, great. That's a plus.
  11. Understood. Neither do I. Thy tongue was deeply embedded in cheek.
  12. A 2nd or 3rd is not a high price for a starting caliber QB, my friend. Just making a point.
  13. So, others besides some of us Bills fans thinks JP is less than adequate. Naah.....like the article says.....they'll be lining up in droves right after the draft. Right? RIGHT?
  14. Hamden is great....Hamden is good....thank you for our food......Amen.
  15. I didn't write this post....but I could have. My sentiments exactly.
  16. If you don't think Harvey makes the Bills a better team sooner AND for the long haul, YOU'RE delusional. Where does the thinking of ".....if we don't get a WR in the 1st round, we've failed....." mentallity come from? No way in hell does this make any sense. I was going to add, "IMO", but, I have a hunch it's not opinion. At least not fundamentally.
  17. [quote name='apuszczalowski' date='Mar 26 2008, 03:12 PM' post='98875 And remember, they are only looking for a #2 WR right now, they don't need a guy that can step in and take Evans spot right now (if he eventually does thats a plus, but right now they only need a #2) so if it takes 2 years to get the player to reach their full potential (thats typically for the WR to reach their full potential as a #1, not a #2), thats fine since they are only going to be a #2 for now. Exactly. They need a #2 WR. So why in the world would you draft a #2 WR with the 11th overall? All this clamoring for a freakin' #2 WR. I just don't get it. As stated above, draft Harvey. If he's not there, get Rivers. If he's not there go OL or CB. Crissakes.......
  18. It's a......great day for a....white Wendliiiiing!!! -Billy Idol-
