  1. I love the later start! After running the kids between softball and soccer all day, it'll be nice to actually watch the draft well into the evening. I'm gonna have some buddies over and turn it into a rather fun Saturday night. I hope this time sticks.
  2. Sanchez-Jaguars Crabtree-Bengals Pettigrew-Vikings Raji-Raiders Orakpo-Broncos
  3. Hillbillies have a front office? I thought they had a front parlor.
  4. I'd like to see us rip out a page from the Pats* book and address our needs while parlaying some pick(s) to next years draft.
  5. My crystal ball has us addressing the DL with our 11th pick, aiming for Pettigrew with our next selection (probably needing to move up) and going OL in the 2nd round. JMO
  6. All I know is Rhodes outplayed Addai last year. He was in on most critical downs and all goal line.
  7. .....which is why we'll do better than what the 10 million GM's of Pittsburgh say they'd give.
  8. Don't be surprised if 'ol Russ gets all "Monte Hall" with our little "Dante Hall". No good deal goes undone.
  9. You seem to know quite a bit. Do you know Lynch will keep his azz outta trouble and on the field? He seems to be having trouble in that dept. And when exactly did Jackson become so reliable that you've become comfortable with Omon as his backup? Crissakes, people complain when we don't bring talent in then there's those who scoff at the proven, winning types that are on board. Without going crazy, I thought Rhodes signing was brilliant. Rhodes was clearly the RB on the Colts last year.
  10. Pittsburgh is a great example, no doubt. I would also add Big Ben has one under his belt and that defense wasn't too shabby either. The patchwork OL works for SB bound teams when they have a SB winning QB and stellar D in tow. We may be able to replicate the patchwork OL, but those other ingredients? Not so much.
  11. If he's as wanted and good as many think, then we should get a 2nd, right? Don't get me wrong, I like the kid an he serves a purpose, but if we move him it had better be for no worse than a 3rd.
  12. Not to my knowledge. But I think I know where you're going with this and I agree. We're going to bypass the natural progression of winning record and playoff appearance and go straight to the dance. Fate is on our side....right?
  13. What do we do with Owens? Was he brought in for window dressing or did we just change plans on the fly? Are we trying to win this year or not. I'm getting mixed signals.
  14. Right, because a DT on the the other side and a WR is more important than an "in his prime" LT. Quite simply, this organization is clueless when it comes to putting together a winning team. Protect your QB and get to the opposing QB. Simple as that. Wanna guess the two weakest units are right now on the Bills?
  15. This may go down as the single most assinine post of all-time.
  16. Look at the stats? Don't the stats say Bledsoe's a HOF? Some would argue this. News Bulletin: He's not! McNabb isn't a HOFer, IMHO. But, you never know. The bar gets lower for some. Hell, if Kirby Puckett can make the baseball HOF, I suppose McNabb can as well.
