You will, IMO, set yourself up for disappointment. I can't see setting the bar at an above .500 mark when we are in serious transition. That's not pessimistic so much as realistic. I am on board with the new boss but think the process will be slow at first. To me, how many wins next year isn't important so much as implentation. Let's find out who belongs where on the field, particularly defensively since this is clearly the new regime's primary focus this offseason. Another draft focused on the offensive side and implementing CG's scheme would seem to be the next step. 3rd year we put it together and put the pedal down. That's how I see it, anyway. I'm cool with this, if true.

What, we can't get one at 41? Frankly, I'd be pissed if we move up to get a QB. That said, I don't think they will.

I get the recent philosophy of future picks, but I felt this was the year they should have gone in the opposite direction. Their roster is devoid of impact. This was the year they should have been aggressive in improving a stale roster.

They'll end up trading half of those into future picks then half of what they draft won't make the team. All in the name of "good value"

I think we stay put and get either Saffold or Tate.

I have a feeling the 8 picks prior to Buffalo's will be distinctly different than what a lot of the cookie cutter mocks would have us believe. From teams maneuvering up and down to players selected. Many of us will be surprised as to who is available when we are on the clock. Count me in the camp that has us trading down and still zeroing in on what our FO truly wants.
