  1. I remember McNabb running wild on us a couple years back with a very similar defense. I think Vick is a better athlete than McNabb so I see him having success running against us. The way I see us winning this game is that Atlanta can't complete a pass so if we contain Vick we win. It will also be nice to see PP / Alvin Harper come back to Buffalo and humiliate himself.
  2. What is really funny is how many have questioned his effort.
  3. The weak par on their D is Nose tacle in my opinion. I do not think much of seth Payne the Cornell graduate. Also they are solid at CB they have Aaron Glenn who has matched up well with Moulds when he was a Jest. They lost Jamie Sharper and didn't they also lose Jay Foreman. Their D has been weak the last few years I see us pounding Willis and setting up play action deep. I do not think many teams can boast the kind of deep speed we have with Moulds and Evans who can both streach a defense.
  4. I'm weak after viewing that. anyway you can get a full view of that?
  5. Thanks ByTor2112. I set your image as my background. Its a little grainy but what the hey.
  6. Long story short I was on BuffaloBills.com and there was no April wallpaper. It getting pretty late into the month too. Any answers out there?
  7. What is to say we even need a third string quarterback when the regular season starts. A couple years ago didn't we go int the season with just Bledsoe and Alex Van Pelt? This would open up a roster spot as well. Hopefully JP will be durable.
  8. I have heard he runs too straight up or in other words too vertical. This is problematic because in the NFL in order to break tackles you must bury your head. Perhaps if he has a good vertical and a good set of hands we could switch him to WR. Having said that about his running style I must say I have never seen him play I just have a friend who plays LB in Canadian College Football.
  9. On the topic of the draft I picked up my Sporting News Draft preview and the guy I liked was Luis Castillo DT out of NorthWestern. I think he would be a reach with our 2nd round pick but I doubt he will be there with our third round pick. I'm not really worried about the pass rush we get from our DTs seeing as how just about everyone in our front seven is a decent pass rusher and Edwards is ok in that area I'm just worried about the run stuffing as Edwards could not get that done playing next to pat williams so I doubt he can do it with sam adams.
  10. Tanks for your insights. Thanks for your kind welcomes. I am actually more worried about this lose than I am Jonas. The main reason for this and this is no offense to the defensive coaching staff is McNally. I thought originally people had way too much faith in this guy, however the o-line from the first miami game on was damn good. Also given the presence of Willis and EM and LE we will be able to keep teams guessing about whether we will be passing or running and this should be quite advantageous to the o-line. I hate to bring up ol Killdrive but given his predictability it made our o-line's job way too hard because teams knew we would be passing the majority of the time, but know with MM and Tom Clemetnts the playcalling will be much better as to keep the defense guessing.
  11. Hello folks! This is my first thread. Heres my first question 1. Why do you think we will be ok with ron edwards/tim anderson at dt? I think the lose of fat pat is going to be big simply because I do not think ron edwrads will be an adequate starter. Lets suppouse that sam adams and pat williams are equal or close to equal in talent it seems to follow then that our run defense will take a hit because ron edwards was already a starter next to pat wiliams and our run defense sucked. Now one might argue that the starters around ron edwards are better than when he was previously a starter , which it is because there was no tko or posey or lawyer milloy, however I do not think that this really matters because dt is the most important position for stuffing the run because they keep the linebackers clean. Long story short I see our run defense taking a big hit because we will not be able to keep tko and london clean. Hopefully the coaching staff knows something about tim anderson that we do not know.
  12. Canadian eh! 4.6 forty. This guy resembles another Canadian offensive lineman who went to Michigan st. by the name of Tony Mandarich. You never know untill he plays, though. It will not take much for him to be better than tony.
  13. I don't know if Reggie Heyward pans out and taking into account the fact that they already have stroud and henderson Wiley could be getting alot of one on one matchups. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of him resurecting his career.
