  1. I do not think it is exactly set in stone. Sorry I could not be of more help.
  2. TSN if your in Canada. Is it on one of the several ESPNs.
  3. Minnesota reminds me of New Orleans they lose when you expcet them to win and win when you expect them to lose.
  4. LOL! I am quite concious about those things when I am typing. On this side of the border we can write it both way like color or colour. I will try to spell it Center or color when these words arise.
  5. I agree Darrell Jackson and Koren Robinson can't catch a cold. I do think that Seattle has a lot of talent and if they ever put it all together they could be dangerous.
  6. I'm a Newbie. I read posts on here for a few years, though. I would occasionally post as a guest.
  7. I was thrilled when I heard about the Holcomb signing. He has a fair amount of starting experience and when he has played he has been fairly productive. If Cleveland had had a solid defense when he was there I think that team would have won many games with him as their starter.
  8. I think Tampa might have trouble at the kicker potition too given that they cut Martine Gramttica last year. I do not know who they replaced him with. I cannot stand those Gramatticas.
  9. I like every thing I read and hear about JP I am just trying not to get overly excited about him because I do not want to be disappointed. Lets not get carried away he has yet to start a game in the NFL.
  10. TO is an amazing player. The thing with the Eagles, though is that even with out him I do not see any NFC team challenging them. Perhaps Carolina or Atlanta and I think Seattle might have the potential, but they never put it together.
  11. I was looking at the Depth Chart on Billsdaily and saw Duke Preston's name there at centre. I got to thinking that, even though Teague is the starter there that if Teague is shifted to LT he could be a potential starter. My reasoning behind this is that Tennessee drafted Justin Hartwig in the mid to late rounds and he is solid also Daniel Koppen of the Patriots I think was a 4th round selection so given that these teams have been succesful in getting quality starters at centre at this point in the draft the Bills ought to be able to do the same thing given that Duke Preston was selected in the same area of the draft. I am not a college football buff so I have not seen what he can do only read about it.
  12. Long story short I am agnostic. As far as how I deal with death if you have ever read Albert Camus his works have helped me deal with death. People die, you do not have to do any thing to deserve to die and knowing this does not make it any better. The idea that there is nothing after death probably bothers most people. The only way I get around this is by revolting and not letting it bother me. If you want some more insight like this I suggest you read The Outsider or The Stranger by Albert Camus or Caligulla by Albert Camus.
  13. The Bledsoe thoughts were particualrly interesting.
  14. Not only is it not a reassuring thought, but it would be much better to have a hole at LG than LT.
  15. I thought the first episode of the Simpsons was horrible. I enjoyed the second episode, though where Bart had the heart attack. American Dad was ok. Family Guy was great and did not disappoint me in the slightest. I missed King of the Hill last night so I won't make any comments on it.
  16. Talk about horrible luck for tight ends with Canpbell and Euhus also being hurt.
  17. Hey. Do you just follow the NFL or are you a CFL also? I'm a big Saskatchewan Roughriders fan as you might be if you live in Regina.
  18. One of the things I like about Mularkey is that he always seems realistic about things. I think he has a great demeanour for a coach. It is like he knows how hard to push his players. Hard enough to be prepared for games, but not so hard such that he is seen as taking advantage of his authority as coach.
  19. When I read stories like this I find it hard not to get excited about JP. I do not know how others feel, but I try not to get overly excited because I do not want to be disappointed if JP does not pan out.
  20. Correct me if I am wrong here, but doesn't it usually take a few years for offensive tackles to develop? I was hopeful when Mularkey and McNally came in here not just because of their coaching, but because Big Mike had a few years to develop. I think Big Mike has been right on pace with other great lineman in terms of their development I just hope he takes the final step this year and becomes the same caliber as other great Right Tackles.
  21. I think the question we have to answer is do we want Gandy at LT and Teague at C? Or do we Teague at LT and Ross Tucker at C? I think we are set at RG with Villariall, RT with Mike Williams and LG with Bennie Anderson. I do have a sq uestion for those in the know. How good is Ross Tucker? He seemed steady last year at LG and Centre not spectacular, but steady. In fact it seemed like the turning point for the o-line was when he replaced Lawrence Smith at LG. Also do people think Lawrence Smith could provide solid depth?
  22. I have a friend who is a Detroit Lions fan and I picked the We stuff up from him I found it annoying at first, however it grew on me. As far as the defenense not having a nose for the ball Takeo Spikes had 5 interceptions last year and 2 for tds. I think the big part is JP if he fullfills his potential he will obviously be much more difficult to game plan for than Bledsoe was and harder for the Pats defense to stop.
  23. In these days of free agency I am not sure what jersey to purchase. I still have my Bledsoe jersey, my I will put Parrish on the back of it. I wouldn't mind a McGahee jersey.
  24. I think we have a chance at home, but how do we beat them at Foxboro? I think we will have a solid team this year it would just be nice to win the AFC East for the first time in a LONG time! Do we give up trying to win the division and settle for a Wildcard? The only thing I am hopeful of is Mularkey I think given his offensive creativity he might be able to match wits with Bellichick such that Bellichick is not able to come up with a scheme to beat our offense? Any way any thoughts on how we might unseat the Patriots? I do not want to take any thing away from the Jests I just think if we can some how un seat the Patsises we will be AFC East champs.
